Nanoparticles(NPs)have gained significant attention as a functional material due to their ability to effectively enhance pressure reduction in injection processes in ultra-low permeability *** are typically studied in controlled laboratory conditions,and their behavior in real-world,complex environments such as ultra-low permeability reservoirs,is not well understood due to the limited scope of their *** study investigates the efficacy and underlying mechanisms of NPs in decreasing injection pressure under various injection conditions(25—85℃,10—25 MPa).The results reveal that under optimal injection conditions,NPs effectively reduce injection pressure by a maximum of 22.77%in core *** pressure reduction rate is found to be positively correlated with oil saturation and permeability,and negatively correlated with temperature and ***,particle image velocimetry(PIV)experiments(25℃,atmospheric pressure)indicate that the pressure reduction is achieved by NPs through the reduction of wall shear resistance and wettability *** work has important implications for the design of water injection strategies in ultra-low permeability reservoirs.

The privileged C_(2)-symmetric rigid phenol-type ligand is more attractive but challenging in asymmetric ***,we designed and synthesized a class of rigid-featured chiral tridentate Phenol-2NO ligands,that incorporate the advantages of both the phenol skeleton and pyrroloimidazolone-based N-oxide moiety,from readily available L-prolinamides in operationally simple two steps and up to 44%overall *** importantly,using an achiral quinoline derivative as an additive,the newly developed Phenol-2NO ligand could serve as the anioic ligand upon deprotonative activation to coordinate to Zn(II)to form a highly enantioselective catalyst for the asymmetric Michael-type Friedel-Crafts alkylation reaction of indoles with 2,*** yields(up to 90%)and high enantioselectivities(up to 99%ee)are obtained for a wide range of substrates under mild *** and DFT calculations revealed the reaction mechanism and the origins of the *** also represented the first activation of phenol-type ligand/metal complex by an achiral organic base as the additive in asymmetric catalysis.

Pulsar search is always the basis of pulsar navigation,gravitational wave detection and other research ***,the volume of pulsar candidates collected by the Five-hundred-meter Aperture Spherical radio Telescope(FAST)shows an explosive growth rate that has brought challenges for its pulsar candidate filtering ***,the multi-view heterogeneous data and class imbalance between true pulsars and non-pulsar candidates have negative effects on traditional single-modal supervised classification *** this study,a multi-modal and semi-supervised learning based on a pulsar candidate sifting algorithm is presented,which adopts a hybrid ensemble clustering scheme of density-based and partition-based methods combined with a feature-level fusion strategy for input data and a data partition strategy for *** on both High Time Resolution Universe SurveyⅡ(HTRU2)and actual FAST observation data demonstrate that the proposed algorithm could excellently identify pulsars:On HTRU2,the precision and recall rates of its parallel mode reach0.981 and 0.988 *** FAST data,those of its parallel mode reach 0.891 and 0.961,meanwhile,the running time also significantly decreases with the increment of parallel nodes within ***,we can conclude that our algorithm could be a feasible idea for large scale pulsar candidate sifting for FAST drift scan observation.

The treatment of chronic and non-healing wounds in diabetic patients remains a major medical *** reports have shown that hydrogel wound dressings might be an effective strategy for treating diabetic wounds due to their excellent hydrophilicity,good drug-loading ability and sustained drug release *** a typical example,hyaluronic acid dressing(Healoderm)has been demonstrated in clinical trials to improve wound-healing efficiency and healing rates for diabetic foot ***,the drug release and degradation behavior of clinically-used hydrogel wound dressings cannot be adjusted according to the wound *** to the intricacy of diabetic wounds,antibiotics and other medications are frequently combined with hydrogel dressings in clinical practice,although these medications are easily hindered by the hostile *** this case,scientists have created responsive-hydrogel dressings based on the microenvironment features of diabetic wounds(such as high glucose and low pH)or combined with external stimuli(such as light or magnetic field)to achieve controllable drug release,gel degradation,and microenvironment improvements in order to overcome these clinical *** responsive-hydrogel dressings are anticipated to play a significant role in diabetic therapeutic wound ***,we review recent advances on responsive-hydrogel dressings towards diabetic wound healing,with focus on hydrogel structure design,the principle of responsiveness,and the behavior of *** but not least,the advantages and limitations of these responsive-hydrogels in clinical applications will also be *** hope that this review will contribute to furthering progress on hydrogels as an improved dressing for diabetic wound healing and practical clinical application.

ARGs and ARB in typical environments which exposed to antibiotics are ***- and photosensitizer-related technology can clear specific ARGs or ***-Cas- and phage-related technology can eliminate particular ARGs or *** combination can be used to eliminate microbial ***-specific technology can eradicate most types of ARGs or ARB in one *** resistance genes (ARGs) and antibiotic resistant bacteria (ARB) in the environment pose serious threats to environmental security and public health. There is an urgent need for methods to specifically and effectively control environmental pollution or pathogen infection associated with ARGs and ARB. This review aims to provide an overview of methods abating the prevalence and spread of ARGs and ARB from species to community level. At the species level, species-specific technologies, such as nanoparticle-, photosensitizer-, CRISPR-Cas-, and phage-related technology can be utilized to clear a particular class of ARGs or ARB, and in combination with low-dose antibiotics, a higher removal efficiency can be achieved. Moreover, the combination of antibiotics can be used to reverse microbial resistance and treat recurrent antibiotic resistant pathogen infections. At the community level, community-specific strategies, such as biochar, hyperthermophilic compost, and fecal microbiota transplantation can eradicate most types of ARGs or ARB in one shot, reducing the probability of resistance development. Though some progress has been made to eliminate ARGs and ARB in disease treatment or decontamination scenarios, further research is still needed to elucidate their mechanisms of action and scopes of application, and efforts should be made to explore novel strategies to counter the prevalence of antibiotic resistance.
