Owing to the broad energy coverage of Insight-HXMT in the hard X-ray band,we detected the highest energy of pulsation exceeding 200 keV around the 2017–2018 outburst peak of the first Galactic pulsating ultraluminous X-ray source (PULX) Swift J0243.6+6124,which is the highest energy detected from PULXs to *** also obtained the highest energy of pulsation of every exposure during the outburst in 2017–2018,and found the highest energy is roughly positively correlated with *** our newly developed method,we identified the critical luminosity being 4×10^(38)erg s^(-1) when the main peaks of the low and high energy pulse profiles became aligned,which separates the fan-beam dominated and pencil-beam dominated accretion *** the critical luminosity,the phase of the main peak shifted gradually from 0.5 to 0.8 until the outburst peak in al energy bands is reached,which is in agreement with the phase shift found previously at low *** result is consistent with what is derived from spectral analysis.

羊肉新鲜程度受多种因素影响,其检测一般要从感官性状、分解的理化产物和微生物繁殖程度等方面进行。然而基于单一指标的羊肉新鲜度检测局限性大,适用性低,很难综合评价羊肉新鲜程度,而且传统检测方法操作复杂,效率低,不能满足日常实际需求。高光谱成像技术作为一种快速、无损、高效的检测技术,可以有效地获取冷鲜羊肉腐败过程中表面、内部组成和理化变化信息。提出一种基于改进深度森林算法的冷鲜羊肉新鲜度评价模型,增加特征筛选挖掘与多个评价指标相关的光谱信息,同时增加层增长控制有效防止模型过拟合。采集了0~14天4℃贮藏环境中羊肉样本的400~1000 nm高光谱数据,采用实验室方法测定了样本的挥发性盐基氮(TVB-N)、pH值、菌落总数(TAC)和大肠菌群近似数(ANC)指标值。选择感兴趣区域提取光谱数据,通过S-G平滑滤波法和多元散射校正法对原始光谱数据进行预处理,利用连续投影法提取了18个特征波段。将数据集按照3∶1划分为训练集和测试集;利用本文提出的改进深度森林算法建立新鲜度等级分类模型。结果表明,新鲜度等级分类总体精度为0.9857,并利用hamming loss、one-error、ranking loss和marco-AUC四种多标记度量指标评价模型性能,分别为0.0257、0.0143、0.0142和0.9986,均优于传统多标记分类算法也表明,该多指标新鲜度评价模型可用于羊肉新鲜度的快速无损检测,改善了单一新鲜度检测指标模型分类的局限性,为后续高光谱成像技术的多指标无损检测提供了方法。

It is highly desired to develop efficient photocatalysts with recycling property for practical application to degrade toxic ***,nanosheet-assembled NiFe_(2)O_(4)microspheres with commendable activity are successfully synthesized by a facile solvothermal reaction with NH4F as the modifier,and their photoactivities are further improved by coupling with NiO through an in situ growth *** optimized nickel oxide(NiO)/nickel ferrite(NiFe_(2)O_(4))microsphere composite(5NiO/NFO-4)exhibits a satisfactory photocatalytic activity for 2,4-dichlorophenol(2,4-DCP)degradation under visible-light irradiation,which is attributed to its wide visible-light response,well-designed hierarchical structure and enhanced charge transfer and separation by coupling NiO as a high-level energy platform to accept ***,it is found that the NiO/NiFe_(2)O_(4)microsphere photocatalysts can be easily collected and recycled owing to the distinctive magnetic *** work provides a feasible route to rational design visible-light-driven photocatalysts with high-activity for environmental remediation and purification with good recyclability.

Deep shale gas reservoirs have geological characteristics of high temperature,high pressure,high stress,and inferior ability to pass through *** multi-stage fractured horizontal well is the key to exploiting the deep shale gas ***,during the production process,the effectiveness of the hydraulic fracture network decreases with the closure of fractures,which accelerates the decline of shale gas *** this paper,we addressed the problems of unclear fracture closure mechanisms and low accuracy of shale gas production prediction during deep shale gas *** we established the fluid—solid—heat coupled model coupling the deformation and fluid flow among the fracture surface,proppant and the shale *** the fluid—solid—heat coupled model was applied to the fracture network,it was well solved by our numerical method named discontinuous discrete fracture *** with the conventional discrete fracture method,the discontinuous discrete fracture method can describe the three-dimensional morphology of the fracture while considering the effect of the change of fracture surface permeation coefficient on the coupled fracture—matrix flow and describing the displacement discontinuity across the *** simulations revealed that the degree of fracture closure increases as the production time proceeds,and the degree of closure of the secondary fractures is higher than that of the primary *** creep and proppant embedment both increase the degree of fracture *** reduction in fracture surface permeability due to proppant embedment reduces the rate of fluid transfer between matrix and fracture,which has often been overlooked in the ***,it significantly impacts shale gas production,with calculations showing a 24.7%cumulative three-year yield *** study is helpful to understand the mechanism of hydraulic fracture ***,it provides the theoretical guidance for maintaining the long

The use of metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)as solid adsorption materials for carbon capture is promising,but achieving efficient and reversible adsorption with a balance of capacity and selectivity for carbon dioxide(CO_(2))over N_(2) remains a *** take full advantage of the strong channel traffic and robustness of MOFs with relatively small pores,it is highly necessary to employ a defect-engineering strategy to construct a broader channel structure that can facilitate the loading of functional motif-rich amino acids(AAs).This strategy can greatly enhance the CO_(2) adsorption performance of *** this study,motif-rich amino acids are loaded into the defective and robust porous frameworks via combined defect-engineering and post-synthetic *** defective Zr/Hf-MOF-808s modified with AAs,especially for the 18 mol%4-nitroisophthalic acid,generated defective products allowing for the loading of L-serine(L-Ser).This modification resulted in a significant improvement in both the adsorption capacity(248%improvement at 298 K,100 kPa)and the selectivity of CO_(2)/N_(2) using the ideal adsorbed solution theory(IAST),with the selectivity increasing to 120.55 and 38.27 at 15 and 100 kPa,respectively,while maintaining good cycling *** functional theory(DFT)simulation,CO_(2) temperature-programmed desorption(CO_(2)-TPD),and in situ Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)were further employed to have a better understanding of the enhanced CO_(2) adsorption ***,unlike the AAs loaded pristine MOF-808s that showed the best CO_(2) adsorption capacity with the loading of short and small glycine(Gly),the broadened channel size in our work enables the loading of functional motif-rich L-serine,which brings more active binding sites,improving CO_(2) adsorption.

Chain Dynamics Heterogeneity in Plasticized Poly(vinyl butyral)(PVB) as Elucidated by Solid-State NMR

The chain dynamics heterogeneity of the poly(vinyl butyral)(PVB) plasticized by triethylene glycol bis(2-ethylhexa noate)(TEG-EH) was investigated by various solid-state NMR *** plasticized PVB shows two domains in distinct molecular dynamics differences,namely,rigid and soft domains,where the latter is the plasticizer-rich *** time domain low field NMR was first used to investigate the dynamics heterogeneity of the plasticized PVB,and the results show the decreasing activated energy of components in the soft domain of plasticized PVB(E_a=20.2 kJ/mol) as compared with that of the pristine one(E_a=24.3 kJ/mol).Detailed dynamics heterogeneity was obtained by high-field NMR with site-specific *** quadrupole-echo ~2H-NMR was adopted to elucidate the dynamics heterogeneity of the vinyl alcohol(VA) units,where only the hydroxyl group of VA is *** ~1H-^(13)C WISE NMR spectra show that there is not much difference in the mobility of the VB unit in PVB with and without plasticizer,whereas the glass transition temperature differed by approximately 53℃.This is further supported by Torchia's T_1 relaxation *** origin of such an unusual phenomenon is attributed to the critical role of the remaining VA(~22%) in the soft domain,where the VA units locally aggregate through hydrogen ***,the existence of a mobility gradient in the VB unit has been ***,the mobility difference for VB with different stereo-geometry(meso or racemic conformation) is observed for the first *** indicates the importance of modulating the ratio of meso over racemic VB for controlling the macroscopic perfo rmance of PVB.

Background:A high prevalence of diabetes mellitus(DM)coexisting with autoimmune pancreatitis(AIP)is ***,evidence on the circumstances under which corticosteroid therapy(CST)for AIP improves or worsens DM is *** study aimed to demonstrate and identify predictors of DM control under the influence of ***:Patients diagnosed with type 1 AIP were enrolled from a prospectively maintained cohort and were classified into three groups according to the chronology in which AIP and DM were diagnosed:pre-existing DM(pDM),concurrent DM(cDM),and non-DM(nDM).The responses of DM to CST were assessed when corticosteroid was ceased or tapered to a maintenance dose and classified as‘improvement’and‘non-improvement’(including‘no change’and‘exacerbation’).Results:Among 101 patients with type 1 AIP,52(51.5%)patients were complicated with DM at the time of AIP diagnosis,with 36 patients in the cDM group and 16 patients in the pDM *** incidences of diffuse pancreatic swelling(72.2%)and pancreatic body/tail involvement(91.7%)were significantly higher in the cDM group than in both the pDM and nDM *** the 52 patients with DM,CST was administered in 48 *** logistic analysis identified that elevated serum gamma-glutamyl transferase(GGT)level at AIP diagnosis[odds ratio(OR)=0.032,95%confidence interval(CI):0.003-0.412,P=0.008]and pancreatic atrophy after CST(OR=0.027,95%CI:0.003-0.295,P=0.003)were negatively associated with DM control ***:Patients with diffuse pancreatic swelling and pancreatic body/tail involvement in pancreatitis tended to be complicated with cDM at AIP *** exerted a beneficial effect on the clinical course of DM in nearly half of the AIP patients complicated with DM at diagnosis,particularly in those without elevated serum GGT levels at diagnosis and who did not experience pancreatic atrophy after CST.

Mn-based layered oxides are among the most promising cathode materials for sodium-ion batteries owing to the advantages of abundance,environmenta friendliness,low cost and high specific capacity.P2 and O'3 are two representative structures of Mn-based layered ***,the P2 structure containing insufficien Na generally exhibits low initial charge capacity,while O'3structure with sufficient Na delivers high initial charge capacity but poor cycle *** study prepared a multitude of Na_(x)MnO_(2)(x=0.7,0.8,0.9)cathode materials with varying P2/O'3 ratios and further investigated their electrochemical *** optimized Na_(0.8)MnO_(2) comprising 69.9 wt%O'3 and 30.1 wt%P2 phase,exhibited relatively balanced specific capacity,Coulombic efficiency and cycle ***,it achieved a high specific capacity of 128.9 mAh·g^(-1) with an initia Coulombic efficiency of 98.2%in half-cell configuration The Na_(0.8)MnO_(2)//hard carbon full cell also achieved a high specific capacity of 126.7 mAh·g^(-1) with an initia Coulombic efficiency of 98.9%.Moreover,the capacity fading mechanism was revealed by combining in-situ and ex-situ X-ray *** findings of this study provide theoretical guidance for further modification design of Mnbased layered cathodes.

AIEgens can serve as an effective platform for the construction of photosensitizer-based immunogenic cell death(ICD)*** date,several mitochondria or endoplasmic reticulum(ER)-targeted aggregationinduced emission(AIE)molecules have been developed and have evoked massive ICD in ***,due to the complex physicochemical environment in cells,these small AIE molecules cannot maintain a stable aggregate state,which not only affects the fluorescence intensity of the photosensitizer but also decreases the generation of reactive oxygen species(ROS),and thus reducing the effect of the photosensitizer to elicit ***-based nanomicelles,which maintain a stable micellar structure,can prevent defects of AIE molecules in photodynamic therapy(PDT)***,in this study,a mitochondria-targeted AIE nanophotosensitizer was synthesized and used as a highly potent ICD inducer for vaccine preparation and tumor prevention.
