Background Recurrent respiratory tract infection (RRTI) is a disease occurred frequently in preschool *** A total of 120 RRTI children were randomly divided into active group,remission group,intervention group and control group,meanwhile 30 healthy children were selected as the healthy *** in the intervention group were given oral Bifidobaeterium tetravaccine tablets (live) for 2 months,while the control group received routine *** sample were detected to analyze the bacterial *** occurrence of respiratory tract infection (RTI) was compared between different groups during 1 year *** Compared with the healthy group,the number of Bifidobacteria and Lactobacilli in the active group,remission group,intervention group and control group was significantly decreased (P li in the intervention group was significantly higher compared to other RRTI groups (P < 0.05).During the follow-up period,the average annual frequency of different acute RTI and use of antibiotics were significantly reduced (P < 0.05),the average duration of cough,fever and use of antibiotics at each episode were also significantly shortened (P < 0.05) in the intervention group compared to the control *** Children with RRTI are susceptible to intestinal flora *** probiotics can effectively improve the RRTI intestinal microecological balance in children and reduce the frequency of RTI.

Electrocatalytic water splitting offers a promising way for hydrogen production with near-zero ***,such as molybdenum carbides(Mo_(2)C),are promising materials for hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)but still suffer from poor intrinsic water activation ***,we developed a plasmon-induced local electric field(PILEF)strategy to solve this ***(Ag)nanoparticles decorated Mo_(2)C nanosheets(Ag/Mo_(2)C)were successfully prepared by electrostatic *** visible light excited the PILEF on Ag/Mo_(2)C remarkably reducing the activation energy by 92.7 kJ·mol^(-1)from 147.3 kJ·mol^(-1)of Mo_(2)C to 54.6 kJ·mol^(-1).As a result,the plasmonic Ag/Mo_(2)C significantly enhances~2.3-fold of the current density from 2.8 mA·cm^(-2)of Mo_(2)C to 6.5 mA·cm^(-2)at-3 V *** and reduces the overpotential by 104 mV from 403 mV of dark state to 299 mV of light state at the current density of 10 mA·cm^(-2),achieving better performance than reported *** research demonstrates that PILEF enhances HER activities,offering a potential strategy for boosting the intrinsic activities of catalysts.

Social function scores and influencing factors in patients with residual depressive symptoms

BACKGROUND At present,the influencing factors of social function in patients with residual depressive symptoms are still *** depressive symptoms are highly harmful,leading to low mood in patients,affecting work and interpersonal communication,increasing the risk of recurrence,and adding to the burden on *** the influencing factors of their social function is of great *** To explore the social function score and its influencing factors in patients with residual depressive *** This observational study surveyed patients with residual depressive symptoms(case group)and healthy patients undergoing physical examinations(control group).Participants were admitted between January 2022 and December *** functioning was assessed using the Sheehan Disability Scale(SDS),and scores were compared between *** influencing SDS scores in patients with residual depressive symptoms were analyzed by applying multiple linear regression while using the receiver operating characteristic curve,and these RESULTS The SDS scores of the 158 patients with depressive symptoms were 11.48±*** with the control group,the SDS scores and all items in the case group were *** scores were higher in patients with relapse,discon-tinuous medication,drug therapy alone,severe somatic symptoms,obvious residual symptoms,and anxiety scores≥*** history,medication compliance,therapy method,and residual symptoms correlated positively with SDS scores(r=0.354,0.414,0.602,and 0.456,respectively).Independent influencing factors included disease history,medication compliance,therapy method,somatic symptoms,residual symptoms,and anxiety scores(P<0.05).The areas under the curve for predicting social functional impairment using these factors were 0.713,0.559,0.684,0.729,0.668,and 0.628,respectively,with sensitivities of 79.2%,61.8%,76.8%,81.7%,63.6%,and 65.5%and specificities of 83.3%,87.5%,82.6%,83.3%,86.7%,and 92.1%,respectively.C

BACKGROUND The incidence of acute myocardial infarction(AMI)is rising,with cardiac rupture accounting for approximately 2%of deaths in patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI).Ventricular free wall rupture(FWR)occurs in approximately 2%of AMI patients and is notably rare in patients with *** of cardiac rupture include left ventricular FWR,ventricular septal rupture,and papillary muscle *** FWR usually leads to acute cardiac tamponade or electromechanical dissociation,where standard resuscitation efforts may not be *** septal rupture and papillary muscle rupture often result in refractory heart failure,with mortality rates over 50%,even with surgical or percutaneous repair *** SUMMARY We present a rare case of an acute non-STEMI patient who suffered sudden FWR causing cardiac tamponade and loss of consciousness immediate before undergoing coronary *** resuscitation and emergency open-heart repair along with coronary artery bypass grafting resulted in successful patient *** This case emphasizes the risks of AMI complications,shares a successful treatment scenario,and discusses measures to prevent such complications.

BACKGROUND Acquired hemophilia A (AHA) is a rare and potentially severe bleeding disordercaused by circulating autoantibodies against factor Ⅷ (FⅧ). In approximately50% of the patients, the condition is associated with autoimmune diseases,cancers, medication use, pregnancy, and the post-partum period. Bullous pemphigoid(BP) is a chronic autoimmune subepidermal blistering disease associatedwith tissue-bound and circulating autoantibodies against BP antigens 180 (BP180)and 230 (BP230). AHA-associated BP has a high mortality rate;hence, the understandingof this disease must *** SUMMARY A 69-year-old man presented with erythema, blisters, blood blisters, and crustsaccompanied by severe pruritus for more than 20 days, and ecchymosis andswelling on his left upper arm for 3 days. Pathological examination revealed asubepidermal blister that contained eosinophils. Laboratory tests showed that theBP180 autoantibody levels had increased, isolated activated partial thromboplastintime was notably prolonged (115.6 s), and coagulation FⅧ activity wasextremely low (lity rate. Therefore, its timely diagnosis and effectivetreatment are necessary.

Stretchable iontronics with robust interface bonding between dielectric and ion-conducting elastomers

Dry ion-conducting elastomers(ICEs)are emerging stretchable and ionic conductive materials that are demonstrated with excellent thermal stability and great promise in multifunctional iontronic ***,the poor interface between the ICEs and the dielectric material is one of the issues hindering the application of the stretchable iontronic ***,a polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)based ion-conducting elastomer with dynamic crosslinking structures is reported,which achieves the stretchability of 475%and healing efficiency of 99%.More importantly,a robust interface bonding can be generated between the electrode and the dielectric material,which is beneficial to enhance the performance and lifespan of the flexible iontronic *** this PDMS based ICE as the electrode and PDMS as the dielectric material,two stretchable iontronic devices(triboelectric nanogenerator and capacitive pressure sensor)are realized with overall self-healing and stretchable *** findings provide a promising strategy to achieve integrate stretchable iontronics or electronics with a robust interface between the electrode and dielectric materials.

It has been shown clinically that continuous removal of ischemia/reperfusion-induced reactive oxygen species is not conducive to the recovery of late ***,previous studies have shown that excessive increases in hypochlorous acid after stroke can cause severe damage to brain *** previous studies have found that a small amount of hypochlorous acid still exists in the later stage of stroke,but its specific role and mechanism are currently *** simulate stroke in vivo,a middle cerebral artery occlusion rat model was established,with an oxygen-glucose deprivation/reoxygenation model established in vitro to mimic *** found that in the early stage(within 24 hours)of ischemic stroke,neutrophils produced a large amount of hypochlorous acid,while in the recovery phase(10 days after stroke),microglia were activated and produced a small amount of hypochlorous ***,in acute stroke in rats,hypochlorous acid production was prevented using a hypochlorous acid scavenger,taurine,or myeloperoxidase inhibitor,4-aminobenzoic acid *** results showed that high levels of hypochlorous acid(200μM)induced neuronal apoptosis after oxygen/glucose deprivation/***,in the recovery phase of the middle cerebral artery occlusion model,a moderate level of hypochlorous acid promoted the proliferation and differentiation of neural stem cells into neurons and *** suggests that hypochlorous acid plays different roles at different phases of cerebral ischemia/reperfusion *** levels of hypochlorous acid(5 and 100μM)promoted nuclear translocation ofβ-*** transfection of single-site mutation plasmids,we found that hypochlorous acid induced chlorination of theβ-catenin tyrosine 30 residue,which promoted nuclear ***,our study indicates that maintaining low levels of hypochlorous acid plays a key role in the recovery of neurological function.

采用背散射微扰(RSP)、重整化前向散射(RFS)等低能电子衍射(LEED)动力学计算法,计算了Cs/C(0001)-2×2表面的各种可能模型的I-V曲线。将这些曲线与实验曲线拟合,用可靠性因子在这一百多条I-V曲线中搜寻最佳结构。结果排除了Cs原子插入石墨层中和吸附在碳原子顶位的可能。该表面的最可能结构为Cs原子吸附在石墨面上芯位,Cs原子层与C原子层的层间距为2.80A,衬底石墨的结构与其体结构相同。
