A highly stretchable plasmonic structure composed of a monolayer array of metal-capped colloidal spheres on an elastomeric substrate has been fabricated using simple and inexpensive self-assembly and transfer-printing *** composite structure supports coupled surface plasmons whose wavelengths are sensitive to the arrangement of the metal-capped colloidal *** stretching,the lattice of metal-capped colloidal spheres will be deformed,leading to a large wavelength shift of surface plasmon resonances and simultaneously an obvious color *** stretchable plasmonic structure offers a promising approach to tune surface plasmon resonances and might be exploited in realizing flexible plasmonic devices with tunability of mechanical strain.

The high-value utilization of industrial solid waste using a facile and eco-friendly process is of great interest and significance in reducing environmental pollution and developing a green circular economy. Herein, we propose an amyloid-mediated molecular engineering strategy to transform particulate waste into valuable adsorbents for metal ions. Our method has the advantage of aqueous solution fabrication under mild conditions without the use of high-temperature hydrothermal methods and toxic chemical reagents. Amyloid-mediated molecular engineering manipulates the phase transition of bovine serum albumin(BSA)on particulate waste surfaces, resulting in a remarkable ～3.1 times improvement in the adsorption capacity of fly ash, a typical industrial solid waste for gold ions after modification with the phase-transitioned BSA(PTB). The resultant adsorption ability was 69–1,980 times higher than those of conventional and emerging adsorbent materials such as ion exchange resins, activated carbon(AC), covalent organic frameworks(COFs), and metal-organic frameworks(MOFs). We further demonstrated the application of our PTB-modified materials in the recovery of precious metals from low-grade gold ore and electronic waste leachates. Consequently, this strategy could increase the value of waste materials nearly 27 times. In addition, this method is generally extendable to other conventional industrial adsorbents such as resin, clay, and Al2O3, and enhances their adsorption capabilities at least twofold. Overall, this work provides a simple and green approach for improving the adsorption performance of solid particles, and is expected to develop into a universal strategy for transforming waste particles into high-value-added products.

We study the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic shock on household consumption in *** household survey data,we find that the proportion of liquidity-constrained households increases quickly,but the constraint levels vary across distinct *** build a heterogeneous agent life cycle incomplete market model to analyze the long-run and short-run effects of the pandemic *** quantitative results reveal a slow recovery of consumption due to three reasons:hiking unemployment rate,declining labor productivity,and worsening income *** hiking unemployment rate plays the key role in households,consumption reduction since it simultaneously leads to a negative income effect and upsurging precautionary saving *** paper highlights the importance of maintaining a stable labor market for faster recovery.

A two-dimensional coupled model of the cellular automaton(CA)and the lattice Boltzmann method(LBM)was developed to simulate the solute dendrite growth of Fe-C-Mn-S alloy in the presence of forced *** model describes the transport phenomenon by the evolution of moving pseudo-particles distribution functions and utilizes the LBM to solve fluid flow and solute transport under forced convection *** on the solute field calculated by the CA technique,the dynamics of dendrite growth were determined by the previously proposed local solute balance *** accuracy of the forced convection dendrite growth model was verified by comparing the CA-LBM model with Lipton-Glicksman-Kurz analytical *** is revealed that the dendrite symmetry structure is destroyed compared to free diffusion,and the upstream arm is more developed than the downstream arm of the *** enriched solute segregates more at the downstream side than at the upstream side of the *** length of the upstream dendrite arm increases firstly and then becomes stable with the increase in the flow velocity,the dendrite necking is restrained,and the vertical dendrite arm becomes longer.

Thermal barrier coatings(TBCs) consisting ofLa_(2)Ce_(2)O_(7)(LCO) and Y_(2)O_(3)-stabilized-ZrO_(2)(YSZ) doubleceramic layer and Dy/Pt co-doped NiAl bond coat were produced by electron beam physical vapor deposition(EBPVD). Thermal cyclic performance of the TBCs was evaluated by flame shock testing at 1300 ℃. For comparison, the TBCs with a undoped NiAl bond coat were also studied. The microstructural evolution and failure mechanisms of the above TBCs during thermal cycling were investigated. Spallation failure of the TBCs with the undoped bond coat occurs after around 500 cycles by cracking at the interface between YSZ ceramic layer and thermally grown oxides(TGO) layer. The TBCs with Pt/Dy modified bond coat reveal improved interface bonding even after 1200 thermal cycles, whereas some delamination cracks are presented in the LCO layer. On the other hand,the Pt/Dy modified bond coat effectively suppresses the formation of the needle-like topologically closed packed phases(TCP) in the single crystal superalloy.

BACKGROUND Extranodal marginal zone lymphoma of mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue(MALT lymphoma)occurs in approximately 9%of non-Hodgkin B-cell *** gastrointestinal tract is the most commonly affected site of the extranodal forms of primary non-Hodgkin’s ***,it rarely occurs within the rectum,and at present,there is no consensus on its diagnosis and treatment at this *** SUMMARY We report a rare laterally spreading tumour-like rectal MALT lymphoma case in which the diagnosis and the depth of infiltration were determined by magnifying endoscopy and ultrasonic ***,the lesion was en bloc resected by endoscopic submucosal dissection(ESD)*** lesion was confirmed as MALT lymphoma by haematoxylin and eosin staining,immunohistochemical staining and gene arrangement *** exams have indicated a 2-year disease-free survival for this *** We report a rare primary rectal MALT lymphoma that was curable with resection by *** is a safe and effective therapeutic option for rectal MALT lymphoma.

Optimum rolling speed and relevant temperature-and reduction-dependent interfacial friction behavior during the break-down rolling of AZ31B alloy

The present study aimed to determine the optimum rolling speed for break-down rolling of as-cast AZ31 B alloy and investigated the friction behavior associated with temperature-and reduction-sensitivity at the roll/plate contact interface. Tensile testing, formability evaluation and microstructural studies relevant to different rolling speeds were performed and finally the optimum operating rolling speed（50.0 ± 0.8 m/min） was obtained. Further, the effects of rolling reduction and initial temperature were assessed on the temperature variation, lateral spread and interfacial friction behavior at optimum rolling speed. The results showed that lower rolling speed（18.0 ± 0.8 m/min） resulted in an incompletely recrystallized structure where twins occupied relatively high volume fraction. Twinning dominated the deformation at rolling speed exceeding the optimum, resulting in the local recrystallization with shear bands and coarse grains. Rolling at 50.0 ± 0.8 m/min could get the best overall tensile properties and rolling formability due to the relatively high recrystallization degree and microstructure uniformity. An inverse method has been developed to determine the interfacial friction coefficient during interaction of AZ31 B alloy with roll surfaces. When rolling at the optimum speed, the interfacial friction coefficient ranged from 0.16 to 0.58, which was strongly positively correlated with the reduction but slightly positively correlated with the initial temperature. Depended on the rolling characteristics, external friction effect coefficient ranged from 1.25 to 2.35 and it exhibited positive correlation with both the initial rolling temperature and rolling reduction.

Q value and optimal exciting energy of hypothetical superheavy nuclei in cold fusion reaction are calculated with relativistic mean field model and semiemperical shell model mass equation (SSME) and the validity of the two models is tested. To give useful references for the experiments in the superheavy nuclei synthesized in cold fusion reactions,the Q value, fusion barrier and optimal exciting energy for the possible target plus projectile combinations suggested by Gupta et al. are calculated and the most possible target plus projectile combinations are pointed out according to our calculations.
