An enrichment device of silica-based monolithic material and its application to determine micro-carbaryl by NIRS

Silica-based monolithic column material was synthesized and an enrichment device was fabricated with the material by assembling the material inside a glass column. The enrichment device was applied for the determination of micro-carbaryl with near-infrared spectroscopy （NIRS）. The aqueous solutions of carbaryl passed through the device and the carbaryl was enriched on the surface of the material where diffuse reflection NIR spectra were measured. These procedures of enrichment and measurement ensured to concentrate analytes for the measurement, so that the sensitivity of determination of MRS could be improved. NIR spectra of carbaryl solutions （0.01-1.00μg mL^-1）, measured after the application of the enrichment device, were pretreated with multiplicative scatter correction （MSC） and regressed against the concentrations of the carbaryl solutions with partial least squares （PLS） method. The results showed that the minimum value of root-mean-square error of prediction （RMSEP） was 0.1771 μg mL^-1 when the number of latent variables was 3 of PLS regression. Therefore, the number of latent variables 3 was selected as the optimum value. RMSEP was not very low but acceptable considering that NIRS is commonly used in macro amount analysis and it is quite difficult for NIRS to determine micro amount analytes, especially, less than 1 μg mL^-1.

Objective:To explore the effect of microRNA-101 on apoptosis of condylar cartilage cells and the specific mechanism of molecular ***:IL-1 was used to stimulate and establish the model of apoptosis of condylar cartilage *** expression change of miR-101 in control group was compared with that in IL-1 stimulation group by *** and down-regulation models of miR-101 were established by transfecting Mimics and Inhibitor and verified by *** cytometry was used to detect the effect of miR-101 overexpression and down-regulation on *** gene of miR-101 was analyzed and calculated through *** blot and Luciferase report assay were used to detect ***9 could become the target gene of ***:qRTPCR results showed that IL-1 stimulation could cause the increase of miR-101 *** the transfection of rabbit condylar cartilage cells by Mimics and Inhibitor,qRT-PCR results confirmed the significant effect of miR-101 overexpression and *** was confirmed by flow cytometry that overexpression of miR-101 could promote the apoptosis of condylar cartilage cells,and down-regulation of miR-101 could reduce the *** was confirmed by Western blot and Luciferase report assay that Sox9 was the target gene of *** miR-101 inhibited SOX9 expression through complementary pairing with 3'UTR of Sox9 ***:miR-101 can promote the apoptosis of condylar cartilage cells through inhibiting the protein level of target gene S0X9.

In multi-user distributed antenna systems （DAS）, the scenario where each distributed antenna port is a multi-antenna array has not been comprehensively studied. In this article, four simple extended methods for downlink transmission are analyzed and compared in this scenario, two of which are based on the block diagonalization （BD） algorithm, namely joint BD and intra BD method. The other two methods are joint time division multiplexing （TDM） method and central antenna system （CAS） method. These four methods are evaluated through both theoretic analysis and insightful simulations. The theoretic analysis includes the receiving signal combination, post-processing signal to interference plus noise ratio （SINR） calculation. It shows that the intra BD method requires less channel state information at the transmitter （CSIT） and has lower computational complexity and process latency. Simulation results show that the joint BD method provides the best performance, and the intra BD method suffers little performance loss. Overall, the intra BD method is proved to be an optimal tradeoff which achieves high capacity, especially for the cell edge users, with relatively low complexity when power constraints are considered.

Subduction and Collision of the Jinsha River Paleo-Tethys: Constraints from zircon U-Pb Dating and Geochemistry of the Ludian Batholith in the Jiangda–Deqen–Weixi Continental Margin Arc

The Jiangda–Deqen–Weixi continental margin arc(DWCA) developed along the base of the Changdu–Simao Block and was formed as a result of the subduction of the Jinsha River Ocean Slab and the subsequent collision. The Ludian batholith is located in the southern part of the DWCA and is the largest batholith in northwest Yunnan. Granite samples from the Ludian batholith yield an early Middle Permian age of 271.0 ± 2.8 Ma. The geochemical data of the early Middle Permian granitoids show high Si2 O, low P2 O5 and MgO contents that belong to calc-alkaline series and peraluminous I-type rocks. Their εHf(t) values range from-5.01 to +0.58, indicating that they were formed by hybrid magmas related to the subduction of the Jinsha River Tethys Ocean. The monzonite and monzogranite samples yield Late Permian ages of 250.6 ± 1.8 Ma and 252.1 ± 1.3 Ma, respectively. The Late Permian granitoids are high-K calc alkaline and shoshonite series metaluminous I-type rocks. Their εHf(t) values range from-4.12 to-1.68 and from-7.88 to-6.64, respectively. The mixing of crustal and mantle melts formed the parental magma of the Late Permian granitoids. This study, combined with previous work, demonstrates the process from subduction to collision of the Jinsha River Paleo-Tethys Ocean.

To explore evolutionary dynamics of collective behaviors within the interconnected population,previous studies usually map non-pairwise interactions to higher-order static networks. However, from human communications to chemical reactions and biological systems, interactions often change over time, which cannot be simply described by higher-order static networks. In this study, we introduce time effects into higher-order networks and correspondingly investigate the evolutionary dynamics of multiplayer snowdrift games on higher-order temporal networks. Specifically, extensive simulations from four empirical datasets reveal that(1) the temporal effect of higher-order networks can facilitate the evolution of cooperation;(2) the higher-order topology can enhance the emergence of cooperation within a certain range of parameters;(3) the contribution of temporal burstiness and participants burstiness to cooperation is reversed. Furthermore,we theoretically demonstrate that the higher-order structure will suppress the propagation of defection in temporal networks. Our findings offer a new avenue for studying the evolution of altruistic behaviors in realistic complex networks.

Basing upon the recent development of the Patterson–Sullivan measures with a H¨older continuous nonzero potential function,we use tools of both dynamics of geodesic flows and geometric properties of negatively curved manifolds to present a new formula illustrating the relation between the exponential decay rate of Patterson–Sullivan measures with a H¨older continuous potential function and the corresponding critical exponent.

and FA for identifying pathological abnormalities in CSC. The characteristics of IA AF in CSC were attributable to the modification of melanin in the RPE. IR- AIM: To evaluate the correlation among changes in fundus autofluorescence (AF) measured using infrared fundus AF (IR -AF) and short-wave length fundus AF (SW -AF) with changes in spectral -domain optical coherence tomography (SD -OCT) and fluorescein angiography (FA) in central serous chorioretinopathy (CSC). METHODS: Two hundred and twenty consecutive patients with CSC were included. In addition to AF, patients were assessed by means of SD -OCT and FA. Abnormalities in images of IA -AF, SW -AF, FA were analyzed and correlated with the corresponding outer retinal alterations in SD-OCT findings. RESULTS: Eyes with abnormalities on either IR-AF or SW-AF were found in 256 eyes (58.18%), among them 256 eyes (100%) showed abnormal IR -AF, but SW-AF abnormalities were present only in 213 eyes (83.20%). The hypo-IR-AF corresponded to accumulation of subretinal liquid, collapse of retinal pigment epithelium (APE) or detachment of APE with or without RPE leakage point in the corresponding area. The hyper -IR -AF corresponded to the area with loss of the ellipsoid portion of the inner segments and sub -sensory retinal deposits or focal melanogenesis under sensory retina. The hypo-SW-AF corresponded to accumulation of subretinal liquid or atrophy of RPE. The hyper -SW -AF associated with sub -sensory retinal deposits, detachment of RPE and focal melanogenesis. CONCLUSION: IR-AF was more sensitive than SW-AF AF should be used as a common diagnostic tool for identifying pathological lesion in CSC.
