Thecoronavirusdisease2019(COVID-19)pandemic continues to pose a global threat to the human population. Identifying animal species susceptible to infection with the SARS-CoV-2/HCoV-19 pathogen is essential for controlling the outbreak and for testing valid prophylactics or therapeutics based on animal model studies. Here,different aged Chinese tree shrews(adult group, 1 year old;old group, 5–6 years old), which are close relatives to primates, were infected with SARS-CoV-2. X-ray, viral shedding, laboratory, and histological analyses were performed on different days postinoculation(dpi). Results showed that Chinese tree shrews could be infected by SARS-CoV-2. Lung infiltrates were visible in X-ray radiographs in most infected animals. Viral RNA was consistently detected in lung tissues from infected animals at 3,5, and 7 dpi, along with alterations in related parameters from routine blood tests and serum biochemistry, including increased levels of aspartate aminotransferase(AST) and blood urea nitrogen(BUN). Histological analysis of lung tissues from animals at 3 dpi(adult group) and 7 dpi(old group) showed thickened alveolar septa and interstitial hemorrhage. Several differences were found between the two different aged groups in regard to viral shedding peak. Our results indicate that Chinese tree shrews have the potential to be used as animal models for SARS-CoV-2 infection.

采用辅助活化法合成了大比表面、孔隙结构发达的超级活性炭。详细考察了碱金属和碱土金属的卤化物在活化过程中的辅助活化作用,并利用快速中止反应技术探索了辅助活化机理。结果表明:助活化剂中阳离子的半径及还原后相应金属的还原能力强烈影响着活性炭的孔分布;而阴离子的存在起到调变电子助剂的作用,能够提高活化中心的活化能力。在低温活化段助活化剂主要促进了孔口的扩张,而中、高温活化段推动了径向活化过程。

在气候变化和人类干扰的双重影响下,植被的演替和发展是生态学研究的热点之一,也是关系到人类社会可持续发展的一个重要问题.以浙江天童国家森林公园6种森林植被类型(典型常绿阔叶林的3个亚群丛、常绿落叶阔叶混交林、常绿针叶林和毛竹林)为研究对象,对比分析1982年和2012年其物种组成、群落结构和物种多样性等变化特点.结果表明:30年间群落的整体空间格局保存完好,群落分布未发生质的变化,主要优势植物种类变化不大;群落中幼树所占比例上升,小径级个体增多,群落更新状况良好且自然更新能力增强;乔木层物种多样性增高,常绿成分增加,灌木和草本层物种多样性下降.在过去30年里,随着温度上升,该地主要森林群落呈正向演替趋势,表明天童森林群落受到了较好的保护,也表明气候变化与常绿阔叶林的演替和发展存在一定的潜在正相关.

Phosphorus(P)is an indispensable macronutrient required for plant growth and *** phosphate(Pi)reserves are finite,and a better understanding of Pi utilization by crops is therefore vital for worldwide food *** has long been known to enhance Pi acquisition efficiency in agriculture;however,the molecular mechanisms coordinating Pi nutrition and ammonium remains ***,we reveal that ammonium is a novel initiator that stimulates the accumulation of a key regulatory protein,STOP1,in the nuclei of Arabidopsis root cells under Pi *** show that Pi deficiency promotes ammonium uptake mediated by AMT1 transporters and causes rapid acidification of the root *** acidification-triggered STOP1 accumulation activates the excretion of organic acids,which help to solubilize Pi from insoluble iron or calcium *** uptake by AMT1 transporters is downregulated by a CIPK23 protein kinase whose expression is directly modulated by STOP1 when ammonium reaches toxic *** together,we have identified a STOP1-centered regulatory network that links external ammonium with efficient Pi acquisition from insoluble phosphate *** findings provide a framework for developing possible strategies to improve crop production by enhancing the utilization of non-bioavailable nutrients in soil.

长期观测水葫芦的生长情况,以探明水葫芦的生物学特征。结果表明,水葫芦在适宜条件下属无限生长型,每生长1张叶片平均需要有效积温52.0℃,在有效积温达544.4℃时叶片衰老死亡;单株水葫芦的分株生长与叶龄存在n-3的同伸关系,群体分株生长随有效积温的增加呈多项式曲线型增长;水葫芦从幼苗至第1次开花需要至少13张叶片的基本营养生长期,营养生长低于13张叶片时水葫芦不开花,花后植株在经过一段时间营养生长后,条件适宜时会再次开花。

为充分利用本体概念之间隐含的语义关系,以支持产品功能创新设计过程,提出了一种基于网络表示学习的本体语义挖掘与功能语义检索方法。首先,基于本体中确定的语义关系,利用网络表示学习挖掘隐含的语义关系;然后,基于语义类比的向量运算,建立本体概念之间潜在的功能语义关系,并对功能语义向量进行表达;最后,通过功能语义向量的相似度计算实现由用户功能需求向跨领域功能性设计资料的扩展,并建立相应的设计资料检索方法和流程。产品设计示例表明,所提出的本体语义挖掘与功能语义检索方法有利于从产品功能角度获取跨领域设计知识,可为设计人员提供更多的灵感。

Hypothalamic neuropeptide orexin has been implicated in the pathophysiology of psychiatric disorders and accumulating clinical evidence indicates a potential link between orexin and ***,the exact role of orexin in depression,particularly the underlying neural substrates and mechanisms,remains ***,we reveal a direct projection from hypothalamic orexinergic neurons to the ventral pallidum（VP）,a structure which receives an increasing attention for its critical position in rewarding processing,stress responses and *** find that orexin directly excites GABAergic VP neurons and induces antidepressant-like behavioral *** orexin receptors,OXR1 and OXR2,and their downstream Na-Ca exchangers and L-type Ca channels co-mediate the effect of *** blockade or genetic knockdown of orexin receptors in VP increases depressive-like behaviors in forced swimming test and sucrose preference ***,knockdown of orexin receptors has no impact on novel social proximity in social interaction test without acute ***,blockage of orexinergic inputs in VP notably strengthens social avoidance in a paradigm following an acute psychosocial stress,which accords with its depressive effect in tests with acute *** results suggest that endogenous orexinergic modulation on VP is especially critical for antidepressant reactions to acute stressful *** findings define an indispensable role for the central orexinergic system in preventing depression by promoting stress resilience.
