This letter describes semiconducting polymer dots （Pdots） doped with a photosensitizer and modified with a cell penetrating peptide for photodynamic therapy （PDT）. The resulting Pdots exhibited efficient singlet oxygen （^1O2） generation mediated by intraparticle energy transfer. Experimental results indicated that the peptide-coated Pdots could promote the cellular uptake and increase the penetration efficiency in vitro, and effectively suppressed tumor growth and enhanced the photodynamic effect in vivo. Our results demonstrate that Pdots with photosensitizer loading and peptide modification hold great promise for cancer therapy.

A highly efficient copolymer (methacrylic acid - co - styrene - divinylbenzene) in situ making high-performance liquid chromatographic column was prepared and evaluated. The column efficiency calculated in terms of height equivalent to a theoretical plate was 25 mu m and rapid separations of small molecules such as substituted aromatic hydrocarbons and aromatic acids were achieved within five minutes.

The off situ accurate reconstruction of the core neutron field is an important step in realizing real-time reactor *** existing off situ reconstruction method of the neutron field is only applicable to cases wherein a single region changes at a specified location of the ***,when the neutron field changes are complex,the accurate identification of the individual changed regions becomes challenging,which seriously affects the accuracy and stability of the neutron field ***,this study proposed a dual-task hybrid network architecture(DTHNet)for off situ reconstruction of the core neutron field,which trained the outermost assembly reconstruction task and the core reconstruction task jointly such that the former could assist the latter in the reconstruction of the core neutron field under core complex ***,to exploit the characteristics of the ex-core detection signals,this study designed a global-local feature upsampling module that efficiently distributed the ex-core detection signals to each reconstruction unit to improve the accuracy and stability of *** experiments were performed on the simulation datasets of the CLEAR-I reactor to verify the accuracy and stability of the proposed *** results showed that when the location uncertainty of a single region did not exceed nine and the number of multiple changed regions did not exceed ***,the reconstructed ARD was within 2%,RD_(max)was maintained within 17.5%,and the number of RD≥10%was maintained within ***,when the noise interference of the ex-core detection signals was within±2%,although the average number of RD≥10%increased to 16,the average ARD was still within in 2%,and the average RD_(max)was within 22%.Collectively,these results show that,theoretically,the DTHNet can accurately and stably reconstruct most of the neutron field under certain complex core changes.

To enhance the high-temperature oxidation resistance and mechanical properties of a secondgeneration nickel-based superalloy,various concentrations of lanthanum(La)ranging from 5.0×10^(-5)wt.%to 3.4×10^(-4)wt.%are added to the *** microstructure of the nickel-based single crystal superalloy with trace of La was examined by means of SEM,EDS and *** show the addition of La decreases the segregation of elements and increases the amount ofγ/γ′eutectics of the as-cast alloy,and in the interdendritic region,the growth of eutectics is accompanied by the growth of strip clusters composed of Ni_(5)La and Ni_(3)*** the La content in the alloy increases,the proportion of Ni_(5)La in the cluster *** heat treatment,incipient melting occurs in the cluster regions,leading to an increase in microporosity compared to the original as-cast ***,the heat treatment alters the shape of the clusters from a strip morphology to an elliptical one,and it changes their composition from Ni_(5)La and Ni_(3)Ta to a combination of Ni_(5)La,Ni_(3)Ta,and MC carbides.

通过调整配方,得到了不同粒径的微米级单分散聚苯乙烯(PS)胶体微球,利用优化的垂直沉积法将PS胶体微球自组装成高质量的蛋白石型光子晶体材料,并通过激光粒度分析仪、扫描电镜和红外光谱仪等实验手段研究其可控制备与红外波段光学特征.其中由1.00和1.20μm PS单分散胶体微球自组装成的三维光子晶体的禁带位置分别为2.25、2.47μm,符合理论计算结果.该材料可改变目标红外波段的辐射特征,未来有望应用于热障涂层材料和红外隐身技术等领域.

In this study,a comprehensive analysis of microstructural features,morphology,crystal structures,and interface structures of long-period stacking ordered(LPSO)structures in a non-equilibrium Mg_(97)Zn_(1)Y_(16)Ca_(0.4)alloy cast in a steel mold was carried *** addition of Ca element plays an important role in the refinement of LPSO *** result reveals new poly-types including 20H F2F2F4,60R(F2F3F3)_(3),and 66H F2F3F3F2(F6)_(4)featuring a 6-Mg structure,alongside the prevalent 18R and 14H LPSO *** incoherent interface between 20H and the Mg matrix is split into two dislocation arrays,leading to the formation of a segment of 60R_(1).Moreover,the superstructure 116L,designated as(F2)_(18)F4,is formed through the ordered distribution of F4 stacking faults in 18R.
