The inflammatory microenvironment and neurotoxicity can hinder neuronal regeneration and functional recovery after spinal cord ***,a JAK-STAT inhibitor,exhibits effectiveness in autoimmune diseases,arthritis,and managing inflammatory cytokine *** studies have shown the neuroprotective potential of ruxolitinib in neurological trauma,the exact mechanism by which it enhances functional recovery after spinal cord injury,particularly its effect on astrocytes,remains *** address this gap,we established a mouse model of T10 spinal cord contusion and found that ruxolitinib effectively improved hindlimb motor function and reduced the area of spinal cord *** sequencing analysis showed that ruxolitinib alleviated inflammation and immune response after spinal cord injury,restored eAAT2 expression,reduced glutamate levels,and alleviated excitatory ***,ruxolitinib inhibited the phosphorylation of JAK2 and STAT3 in the injured spinal cord and decreased the phosphorylation level of nuclear factor kappa-B and the expression of inflammatory factors interleukin-1β,interleukin-6,and tumor necrosis factor-α.Additionally,in glutamate-induced excitotoxicity astrocytes,ruxolitinib restored eAAT2 expression and increased glutamate uptake by inhibiting the activation of STAT3,thereby reducing glutamate-induced neurotoxicity,calcium influx,oxidative stress,and cell apoptosis,and increasing the complexity of dendritic ***,these results indicate that ruxolitinib restores glutamate homeostasis by rescuing the expression of eAAT2 in astrocytes,reduces neurotoxicity,and effectively alleviates inflammatory and immune responses after spinal cord injury,thereby promoting functional recovery after spinal cord injury.

Preparation of yttrium oxide coating with enhanced thermal shock resistance on refractories used for titanium alloy melting and casting

In order to enhance the service life of refractories for melting and casting of titanium alloy,preparation of yttrium oxide coatings on the refractories surface is an effective *** improvement of thermal shock stability of the coating is beneficial to its spalling resistance during the high-temperature service,and the available slurry with good performance is the *** effects of the varieties and contents of dispersant(sodium tripolyphosphate,sodium hexametaphosphate,sodium pyrophosphate,citric acid and polycarboxylate ammonium salt)and binder(aluminum dihydrogen phosphate,zirconium acetate and yttria sol)on the stability,rheological and thixotropic properties of yttrium oxide waterbased slurry were investigated,and the effects of slurry composition design on the thermal shock resistance of the coating were *** results showed that the introduction of polycarboxylate ammonium salt as dispersant significantly improved the stability of the slurry,and the varieties of the binders had significant effects on the dispersibility of the *** aluminum dihydrogen phosphate and polycarboxylate ammonium salt were used as binder and dispersant,respectively,the slurry had better stability,suitable rheological and thixotropic *** using aluminum dihydrogen phosphate as binder,the coating had good thermal shock resistance and no obvious cracks were observed for the coating after thermal shock,which was attributed to the yttrium aluminate binding phase generated in the *** effective method was provided for preparing yttrium oxide coatings with enhanced thermal shock resistance applied in the process of titanium alloy melting and casting.

Nanoparticles(NPs)have gained significant attention as a functional material due to their ability to effectively enhance pressure reduction in injection processes in ultra-low permeability *** are typically studied in controlled laboratory conditions,and their behavior in real-world,complex environments such as ultra-low permeability reservoirs,is not well understood due to the limited scope of their *** study investigates the efficacy and underlying mechanisms of NPs in decreasing injection pressure under various injection conditions(25—85℃,10—25 MPa).The results reveal that under optimal injection conditions,NPs effectively reduce injection pressure by a maximum of 22.77%in core *** pressure reduction rate is found to be positively correlated with oil saturation and permeability,and negatively correlated with temperature and ***,particle image velocimetry(PIV)experiments(25℃,atmospheric pressure)indicate that the pressure reduction is achieved by NPs through the reduction of wall shear resistance and wettability *** work has important implications for the design of water injection strategies in ultra-low permeability reservoirs.

Chinese Medicine Combined with Adjuvant Chemotherapy for Improving Myelosuppression in Colorectal Cancer Patients:A Systematic Review and Network Meta-Analysis

Objective To assess the effectiveness of Chinese herbal medicine(CHM)combined with adjuvant chemotherapy on myelosuppression for colorectal cancer(CRC)patients using network meta-analysis(NMA).Methods Literature searches in both international(PubMed,embase,Web of Science,and Cochrane Library)and Chinese(China Science and Technology Journal Database,Wanfang Data,China National Knowledge Infrastructure)databases for relevant randomized controlled trials(RCTs)were conducted from inception until October 10,*** included RCTs of patients who received CHM combined with chemotherapy,including FOLFOX,XeLOX,FOLFIRI,and other relevant regimens in the CHM treatment *** outcomes included the incidence of myelosuppression,leukopenia,hemoglobin reduction,and *** reviewers independently screened the databases,extracted the data,and assessed the risk of bias and credibility of *** 5.4.1 software and STATA 14.0 were used to perform the *** A total of 31 RCTs were included,published from 2008 to 2021 in *** these,2,314 participants comparing the following 9 CHMs were identified:Shengbai Recipe(SBR),Bazhen Decoction(BZD),Jianpi Jiedu Recipe(JJR),Jianpi Recipe(JR),Compound Cantharis Capsule(CCC),Zaofan Pill(ZFP),Guilu erxian Gel(GL),Buzhong Tiaogan Decoction(BZ),and Qiamagu Capsule(QM).The results of NMA found an indirect *** on the surface under the cumulative ranking curve(SUCRA),the ZFP+chemotherapy group had the lowest incidence of myelosuppression,with an odds ratio(OR)of 0.08[95%confidence interval(CI):0.01,0.76],whereas the GL+chemotherapy group had the lowest incidence of leukopenia,hemoglobin reduction,and thrombocytopenia,with an OR of 5.25(95%CI:2.41,11.43),4.66(95%CI:2.23,9.72),and 0.27(95%CI:0.13,0.54),***,BZD+chemotherapy could alleviate leukopenia,hemoglobin reduction,and thrombocytopenia(Pe comparison showed that there was no difference in the efficacy among the 8 CHMs+c

The occurrence characteristics of shale oil are of great significance to the movability of shale *** this study,the occurrence characteristics of oil in the shale matrix at Funing Formation shale in Subei Basin were quantitatively evaluated by organic geochemistry and microscopic pore structure characterization *** Multiple Isothermal Stages Pyrolysis(MIS)experiment results show that the content of total oil,adsorbed oil,and free oil in the shales are 3.15-11.25 mg/g,1.41-4.95 mg/g,and 1.74-6.51 mg/g,*** which the silicon-rich shale has the best *** relative content of free oil shows an increasing trend in pores with pore diameters greater than 3 *** the relative content of free oil reaches 100%,the pore size of silicon-rich shale is about 200 nm,while that of calcium-rich shale,clay-rich shale,and siliceous mixed shale is about 10 *** occurrence law of adsorbed oil is opposite to that of free oil,which indicates that shale oil will occur in the pores and fractures in a free state in a more extensive pore size range(>200 nm).This study also enables us to further understand the occurrence characteristics of shale oil under the interaction of occurrence state and occurrence space.

Binary polyantimony clusters,namely[Cu_(2)Sb_(14)]^(4–) and [Ag_(2)Sb_(14)]^(4–),containing coinage metals,were successfully synthesized and characterized,in which two homoatomic Sb73–subunits are bridged by two coinage metals in η^(4):η^(1) and η^(1):η^(1) coordination modes,***[M_(2)Sb_(14)]^(4-),two bridging Cu ions and two Sb atoms form a planar rhombic unit,which was revealed to have antiaromatic properties by theoretical *** electron structure and bonding analysis confirmed the presence of delocalized bonds in the rhombic unit and the metallophilic interaction between two formal M^(+) ions.

Constructing three dimensional(3D)covalent organic frameworks(COFs)through the entanglement of two dimensional(2D)nets is a promising but underdeveloped ***,we report the design and synthesis of a fluorine functionalized 3DCOF(3D-An-COF-F)formed by entangled 2D sql *** structure of 3D-An-COF-F was determined by the combination of continuous rotation electron diffraction technique and modelling based on the chemical information from real ***,compared to the isostructural 3D-An-COF without F atom s,3DAn-COF-F showed an improved CO_(2)sorption ability and higher CO_(2)/N_(2)*** study not only demonstrated the generality of constructing 3D COFs with entangled 2D nets by introducing bulky groups vertically in planar building blocks,but also will expand the diversity of 3D COFs for various applications.

The privileged C_(2)-symmetric rigid phenol-type ligand is more attractive but challenging in asymmetric ***,we designed and synthesized a class of rigid-featured chiral tridentate Phenol-2NO ligands,that incorporate the advantages of both the phenol skeleton and pyrroloimidazolone-based N-oxide moiety,from readily available L-prolinamides in operationally simple two steps and up to 44%overall *** importantly,using an achiral quinoline derivative as an additive,the newly developed Phenol-2NO ligand could serve as the anioic ligand upon deprotonative activation to coordinate to Zn(II)to form a highly enantioselective catalyst for the asymmetric Michael-type Friedel-Crafts alkylation reaction of indoles with 2,*** yields(up to 90%)and high enantioselectivities(up to 99%ee)are obtained for a wide range of substrates under mild *** and DFT calculations revealed the reaction mechanism and the origins of the *** also represented the first activation of phenol-type ligand/metal complex by an achiral organic base as the additive in asymmetric catalysis.
