Multi-component active materials are widely used for organic electronic devices, with every component contributing complementary and synergistic optoelectronic functions. Mixing these components generally leads to lowered crystallinity and weakened charge transport. Therefore, preparing the active materials without substantially disrupting the crystalline lattice is highly desired. Here, we show that crystallization of TIPS-pentacene from solutions in the presence of fluorescent nanofibers of a perylene bisimide derivative （PBI） leads to formation of composites with nanoflber guest incorporated in the crystal host. In spite of the binary composite structure, the TIPS-pentacene maintains the single- crystalline nature. As a result, the incorporation of the PB1 guest introduces additional fluorescence function but does not significantly reduce the charge transport property of the TIPS-pentacene host, exhibiting field-effect mobility as high as 3.34 cm^2 V^-1 s^-1 even though 26.4% of the channel area is taken over by the guest. As such, this work provides a facile approach toward high-performance multifunctional organic electronic materials.

柯桥区居民死因监测结果分析

目的了解2020年浙江省绍兴市柯桥区居民的主要死因,为相关疾病制定预防控制策略提供依据。方法通过绍兴市公共卫生信息系统收集2020年柯桥区死亡病例的性别、年龄和死因资料,计算死亡率并采用2020年中国标准人口进行标化,分析不同性别、年龄人群的死亡率及死因构成;计算潜在减寿年数(YPLL)、平均减寿年数(AYLL)和潜在减寿率(YPLLR),评价柯桥区居民寿命损失情况。结果2020年柯桥区户籍居民死亡率为636.97/10万,标化死亡率为494.72/10万。男性死亡率为712.67/10万,标化死亡率为512.23/10万;女性死亡率为564.75/10万,标化死亡率为473.25/10万;男性死亡率高于女性(χ^(2)=59.628,P<0.001)。随年龄增加,死亡率先下降后上升,≥85岁居民达到最高,为13910.90/10万。柯桥区居民死因以慢性病为主,占所有死因的85.60%,死亡率为545.27/10万;前五位死因分别为恶性肿瘤、心脏病、脑血管病、损伤和中毒、呼吸系统疾病;其中,恶性肿瘤死因前五位分别为肺癌、胃癌、大肠癌、肝癌和胰腺癌。恶性肿瘤的YPLL最高,为13015.00人年,YPLLR为1.88%;损伤和中毒的AYLL最高,为10.37年。结论恶性肿瘤和心脑血管疾病等慢性病是2020年柯桥区居民的主要死因,应加强慢性病防控工作,提高居民生活质量。

目的基于网络药理学和分子对接技术探讨昆仙胶囊治疗膜性肾病(MN)作用机制。方法通过TCMSP、SwissTargetPrediction数据库及手动检索文献收集昆仙胶囊的活性成分及作用靶点;检索GeneCards、 OMIM、 DrugBank、 MalaCards及PharmGKB数据库获得MN相关靶点,使用Cytoscape3.8.0软件绘制韦恩图,得到昆仙胶囊治疗MN的潜在靶点,上传至STRING平台构建蛋白相互作用网络;使用Metascape进行GO及KEGG通路富集分析;使用AutoDock Vina 1.1.2软件进行分子对接,并使用PyMOL2.5.4软件绘制分子对接模式图。结果昆仙胶囊治疗MN的活性成分共90种,包括槲皮素、雷公藤甲素、雷藤二萜醌H、雷藤二萜醌A、雷藤二萜醌B、木犀草素、山柰酚等;核心靶点包括SRC、STAT3、RELA、MAPK1、MAPK3、HSP90AA1、PIK3CA、TP53、EGFR、AKT1、ESR1、MAPK14、FOS、MYC、RHOA、TNF、VEGFA、IL6、ITGB1、STAT1、PTK2、EGF、NR3C1;GO富集结果涉及细胞对氮化合物的反应、循环系统过程、无机物质反应等,KEGG富集分析主要涉及PI3K/Akt、cAMP、TNF、JAK-STAT、mTOR、p53等信号通路;分子对接显示,核心靶点与核心活性成分对接活性较强。结论昆仙胶囊可通过多成分、多靶点、多通路治疗MN。

Gold nanovesicles(GVs) with unique plasmonic property and large cavity hold great potential as a stimuli-responsive nanocarrier to deliver drugs for efficient tumor chemotherapy and other therapies ***,we developed doxorubicin-loaded gold nanovesicles(DGVs),offering infrared thermal(IRT) and photoacoustic(PA) dual-modal imaging guided mild hype rthermia-enhanced chemophotothermal cancer synergistic *** DGVs are self-assembled by gold nanoparticles modified with amphiphilic copolymer in a predetermined concentration of doxorubicin through film rehydration *** the influence of laser excitation,the as-prepared DGVs exhibited good photothermal effect,which triggered the structural disruption of GVs and thus,allowed the efficient release of encapsulated DOX to enhance cell uptake for fluorescence imaging and tumor chemotherapy,*** addition,DGVs also showed a strong PA and IRT signals in *** study demonstrated the potential of DGVs as stimuli-responsive drug delivery systems and cancer theranostics.

Light-triggered plasmonic vesicles with enhanced catalytic activity of glucose oxidase for programmable photothermal/starvation therapy

Glucose oxidase(GOx)-based nanotheranostic agents hold great promise in tumor starvation and its synergistic therapy. Self-assembled plasmonic gold vesicles(GVs) with unique optical properties, large hollow cavity, and strong localized surface plasmon resonance, can be used as multi-functional nanocarriers for synergistic therapy. Herein,GOx-loaded GVs(GV-GOx) were developed for light-triggered GOx release as well as enhanced catalytic activity of GOx, achieving programmable photothermal/starvation therapy. Under near-infrared laser irradiation, the GV-GOx generated strong localized hyperthermia due to plasmon coupling effect of GVs, promoting the release of encapsulated GOx and increasing its catalytic activity, resulting in enhanced tumor starvation effect. In addition, the high photothermal effect improved the cellular uptake of GV-GOx and allowed an efficient monitoring of synergistic tumor treatment via photoacoustic/photothermal duplex imaging in vivo. Impressively, the synergistic photothermal/starvation therapy demonstrated complete tumor eradication in 4 T1 tumorbearing mice, verifying superior synergistic anti-tumor therapeutic effects than monotherapy with no apparent systemic side effects. Our work demonstrated the development of a light-triggered nanoplatform for cancer synergistic therapy.

气候变化对秦岭植被生长的影响已经引起了人们的广泛关注,在相同的立地条件下,植被对气候变化的响应会因坡向不同而产生差异,秦岭的分水岭太白山尤为典型,为更进一步揭示不同坡向太白红杉(Larix chinensis)对气候变化响应的差异,以树木年代学为依据,利用采自太白山南、北坡相同海拔的太白红杉树芯样本分别建立了树轮年表,并分析了两者的年表特征,探讨了树轮宽度指数与气候因子之间的相关性及逐步线性回归方程。结果表明:太白山南、北坡太白红杉年表的平均敏感度、样本间平均相关系数、样本总体代表性等特征值较高,表明两个不同坡向年表中皆含有丰富的环境信息,相对而言,北坡样地植被对气候的响应较南坡样地敏感;由相关性分析可知,南北坡太白红杉差值年表对气温和降水响应显著的月份有所差异,北坡样地轮宽指数与当年和前一年1—6月平均气温皆为显著正相关关系,而南坡样地轮宽指数仅与当年5—6月平均气温通过显著性检验。南、北坡太白红杉径向生长都明显受到前一年6月降水"滞后效应"的一致影响,但北坡仅与当年8月的降水呈显著正相关,南坡与当年1—4月的平均降水量存在十分显著的负相关;多元线性逐步回归模型显示,气温因子对回归方程的贡献最大值均大于降水因子的贡献最大值,表明气温因子的变化更易引起太白红杉树轮宽度的变化,另外,气温因子对北坡样地回归模型的贡献值比气温因子对南坡样地回归模型的贡献值大,表明北坡样地处树轮宽度指数对气温因子更敏感,并且与相关分析结果一致。

The rumen is the hallmark organ of ruminants and hosts a diverse ecosystem of microorganisms that facilitates efficient digestion of plant *** analyzed 897 transcriptomes from three Cetartiodactyla lineages:ruminants,camels and cetaceans,as well as data from ruminant comparative genomics and functional assays to explore the genetic basis of rumen functional *** identified genes with relatively high expression in the rumen,of which many appeared to be recruited from other *** genes show functional enrichment in ketone body metabolism,regulation of microbial community,and epithelium absorption,which are the most prominent biological processes involved in rumen *** modes of genetic change underlying rumen functional innovations were uncovered,including coding mutations,genes newly evolved,and changes of regulatory *** validated that the key ketogenesis rate-limiting gene(HMGCS2)with five ruminant-specific mutations was under positive selection and exhibits higher synthesis activity than those of other *** newly evolved genes(LYZ1 and DEFB1)are resistant to Gram-positive bacteria and thereby may regulate microbial community ***,we confirmed that the changes of regulatory elements accounted for the majority of rumen gene *** results greatly improve our understanding of rumen evolution and organ evo-devo in general.

粗枝云杉(Picea asperata)是西南亚高山针叶林的主要建群种,而华西箭竹(Fargesia nitida)既是大熊猫的主食植物也是针叶林下优势物种,在该区域华西箭竹与粗枝云杉往往共存于天然林,而人工云杉林及次生箭竹林下两物种均单独存在.摸清二者单独及共存下根区土壤酶活性对气候变暖的响应,能为未来气候变化下该区域森林管理及熊猫生境恢复提供科技支撑.以箭竹和云杉为对象,采用红外加热器模拟增温,通过二者单种和混种,研究增温和植物互作对根区土壤胞外酶活性(EEA)的影响.结果显示:(1)增温显著增加了单种箭竹根区N-乙酰-β-D-葡萄糖苷酶(NAG)和β-1,4-葡萄糖苷酶(BG),以及单种云杉根区NAG、BG、蔗糖酶(Suc)、酸性磷酸酶(AP)和混种根区蛋白酶(Pro)活性,显著降低了混种根区NAG和AP活性.(2)对照时箭竹根区NAG,云杉根区NAG和脲酶(Ure)及混种根区BG和Suc活性显著高于各自非根区,但箭竹根区AP和Pro活性较非根区显著减小;增温时与非根区相比,箭竹根区BG,云杉根区NAG、Pro、BG、Suc和AP及混种根区Ure和Suc活性均显著增大,而箭竹根区Suc、云杉根区Ure及混种根区BG和AP活性显著减小.(3)冗余分析表明EEA在对照时主要受土壤pH和含水量的影响,而增温时与pH、含水量、总氮和无机氮有显著的相关性.多元回归分析显示pH和总氮分别是两种情形下酶活性变异的最佳预测因子.以上结果说明,增温对单种根区土壤酶活性有促进作用,但此作用在混种时可能被掩盖或减弱;EEA受多种因素共同调控,对EEA起主导作用的土壤理化因子在增温背景下发生改变.

目的:分析血清蛋白酶原Ⅰ(PGⅠ)、胃泌素-17(G-17)及PGⅠ/PGⅡ比值(PGR)联合检测对早期胃癌的鉴别诊断价值。方法:选择2017年11月至2019年10月在我院治疗的79例早期胃癌患者为胃癌组,75例普通胃部疾病患者作为胃良性疾病组。比较2组血清PGⅠ、PGⅡ、G-17、PGR水平,以病理学或胃镜检查结果作为金标准,分析PGⅠ、G-17、PGR及三者联合诊断早期胃癌的敏感度、特异度及准确率。结果:胃癌组血清PGⅠ、PGR水平低于胃良性疾病组,G-17水平高于胃良性疾病组(P0.05);PGⅠ+G-17+PGR联合诊断敏感度高于各指标单项检查结果,诊断准确率高于PGⅠ、G-17(P<0.05)。结论:PGⅠ、G-17、PGR均是鉴别早期胃癌的有效指标,联合检测能够提升早期胃癌诊断敏感度及准确率,提高胃癌检出率,为胃癌早期诊断以及治疗方案的制定提供参考。
