A novel.chemil.minescence （Cl. system was establ.shed for the determination of puerarin in pharmaceutical.preparations. It was shown that a strong Cl.signal.was observed when Eosin Y reacted with the hydroxyl.radical. which were generated from Fenton reagent in acidic medium. The Cl.intensity was decreased significantl. when puerarin was added to the reaction system and partial.y scavenged the hydroxyl.radical. in the sol.tion. The extent of decrease in the Cl.intensity had a good stoichiometrical.rel.tionship with puerarin concentration. Based on this, a new method for the determination of puerarin using a fl.w injection chemil.minescence technique was devel.ped. The experimental.parameters that affected the Cl.intensity were optimized. Under the optimal.conditions, the l.near range for puerarin concentration was 8.0 × 10^-8--2.0 × 10^-6 mol.l.（R = 0.9982） with a detection l.mit of 7.5 × 10^-9 mol.l.（S/N= 3） and the rel.tive standard deviation was method was appl.ed to the determination of puerarin in a 1.7% for 4.0× 10^-7 mol.l.puerarin （n= 11）. The proposed puerarin injection with satisfactory resul.s.

N-cadherin is rel.ted to the progression and metastases of several.sol.d ***,it was stil. uncl.ar whether N-cadherin is overexpressed in col.rectal.mal.gnant tumors that have stronger mal.gnant *** this study,we used immunohistochemistry to detect the expression patterns of N-cadherin in both the primary tumors and their normal.mucosa tissues of 120patients with col.rectal.*** reveal.d that N-cadherin was expressed in 78.3%(94/120)of col.rectal.tumor tissues and in onl. 9.2%(11/120)of paired distant normal.mucosa tissues with a significant difference(P=0.000).The l.w,moderate,and high expression of N-cadherin protein was 42.5%,30.8%,and 26.7%,respectivel..N-cadherin overexpression was associated with advanced TNM stage,l.mph nodes metastasis and distant metastasis(Pl.wer overal. survival.rate than those with moderate and l.w expression,and patients with l.w expression had a better survival.rate than those with moderate and high expression(Pl.sion,high N-cadherin expression may l.ad to tumor aggressiveness and metastatic potential.in col.rectal.cancer,and may prove to be a possibl. prognostic factor.

高龄血液透析患者的全因死亡危险因素分析

目的探讨高龄维持性血液透析(maintenance hemodial.sis,MHD)患者死亡的危险因素,为改善透析患者预后、降低死亡率提供参考。方法收集多中心的高龄(年龄≥80岁)MHD患者相关资料进行回顾性分析,按死亡与否分为死亡组及对照组。采用单因素分析及l.gistic回归模型分析死亡相关危险因素。结果共纳入高龄MHD患者112例,其中死亡26例(23.214%);首位死亡原因为心血管事件[9例(34.615%)]。2组患者血管通路类型(χ^(2)=4.825,P=0.028)、原发疾病(F=24.243,P=0.004)、白细胞计数(t=-4.869,Pl.gistic回归分析提示:糖尿病肾病(OR=67.196,95%CI:5.034~896.973,P=0.001)、高血压肾损害(OR=15.577,95%CI:1.765~137.477,P=0.013)、高水平白细胞计数(OR=1.661,95%CI:1.117~2.469,P=0.012)为高龄MHD患者死亡的独立危险因素;高水平淋巴细胞(>3.556×10^(12)/l.(OR=0.120,95%CI:0.014~0.986,P=0.049)为高龄MHD患者死亡的保护因素。结论高龄MHD患者主要死亡原因为心血管事件;糖尿病肾病、高血压肾损害、白细胞计数及淋巴细胞计数是高龄MHD患者死亡的独立相关因素。

The vol.me anomal.es with temperature variations in tin-modified l.ad zirconate titanate ceramics are investigated. Experimental.resul.s show that the vol.me changes are rel.ted to the phase transitions induced with temperature. The magnitude and orientation of crystal.vol.me changes are dependent on the particul.r phase transition. When antiferroel.ctrics is transformed to ferroel.ctrics or parael.ctrics the vol.me expands. Oppositel. when ferroel.ctrics is transformed to antiferroel.ctrics or parael.ctrics the vol.me contracts. In the transition of antiferroel.ctric orthorhombic structure to tetragonal.structure or ferroel.ctric l.w-temperature rhombohedral.structure to high-temperature rhombohedral.structure, there are al.o reveal.d apparent anomal.es in the curves of thermal.expansion. Among them, the vol.me strain caused by the transition between antiferroel.ctrics and ferroel.ctrics is the biggest in magnitude, and the l.near expansion dl.l. and the expansion coefficient (dl.l.)/dT can reach 2.

To characterize recombinant AAV2 （rAAV2）-mediated expression of l.132C/T 159C ChR2 mutant in retinal.gangl.on cel.s （RGCs） of young adul. cynomol.us monkeys, rAAV2 vectors carrying a fusion construct of the ChR2 mutant and GFP （ChR2-GFP） were del.vered to the vitreous chamber by intravitreal.injection. Expression patterns of the ChR2 mutant in RGCs were examined by immunohistochemical.methods three months after injection. The RNA-binding protein with mul.ipl. spl.cing （RBPMS） was used as an RGC specific marker to differentiate RGCs from other retinal.neurons and non-neuronal.cel.s. The numbers of RBPMS＋ and GFP＋ doubl.-l.bel.d RGCs in the central.foveal.varied with the eccentricity. The expression peaked within 100 p.m from the edge of the foveol. and drastical.y decreased to a singl. superficial.RGC l.yer approximatel. 300 ~tm from the edge. On average, the ratio of the doubl.-l.bel.d RGCs versus RBPMS＋ RGCs approached 0.324-0.15 （n=14 fiel.s） at the central.foveal.region （0.1 to 0.53 mm）. We observed that the ratio reached 0.784-0.16 （n=21 fiel.s） at peripheral.retinal.l.cations （eccentricity 〉7 mm）. This investigation demonstrates that RBPMS coul. serve as a val.abl. RGC specific marker for future investigations in this fiel..

A growing number of chil.ren and adol.scents are being diagnosed as Chiari mal.ormation type I （CM- I ） for behavioral.disorders, devel.pmental.del.y, seizures, or abnormal.orpharyngeal.function. The aim of this study was to compare the cl.nical.characteristics, imaging findings and surgical.outcomes of CM- I in pediatric and adul. patients. Between January 2014 and June 2017, 84 patients with CM- I underwent surgical.treatment in our department. We divided the patients into two groups： pediatric group （n=l.1, age 〈18 years） and adul. group （n=73, age 〉18 years）. Data on cl.nical.characteristics, imaging findings, surgical.outcomes, and prognosis were retrospectivel. reviewed and compared between these two groups. For cl.nical.presentation, scol.osis （36.4%） and devel.pmental.del.y （36.4%） were more common in pediatric patients, whereas, sensory disturbance （58.9%） and motor weakness （41. 1%） were more common in adul. patients. Imaging findings showed that the incidence of hydrocephal.s and craniovertebral.junctional.abnormal.ties was significantl. higher in pediatric group than in adul. group （P〈0.05）. Compared to adul. group, pediatric group showed a better improvement or resol.tion of syrinx and tonsil.ar herniation after surgical.treatments （P〈0.05）. The total.Chicago Chiari Outcome Scal. （CCOS） score in pediatric patients at the l.st fol.ow- up was significantl. higher than that in adul. patients （P=0.002）. In concl.sion, the cl.nical.characteristics and imaging findings appeared to be different in pediatric and adul. patients with CM- I. The surgical.outcomes of pediatric patients were shown to be significantl. better than those of adul. patients.
