Exosomes derived from mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)have demonstrated regenerative potential for cell-free bone tissue engineering,nevertheless,certain challenges,including the confined therapeutic potency of exosomes and ineffective delivery method,are still ***,we confirmed that hypoxic precondition could induce enhanced secretion of exosomes from stem cells from human exfoliated deciduous teeth(SHEDs)via comprehensive proteomics analysis,and the corresponding hypoxic exosomes(H-Exo)exhibited superior potential in promoting cellular angiogenesis and osteogenesis via the significant up-regulation in focal adhesion,VEGF signaling pathway,and thyroid hormone ***,we developed a platform technology enabling the effective delivery of hypoxic exosomes with sustained release kinetics to irregular-shaped bone defects via *** platform is based on a simple adsorbing technique,where exosomes are adsorbed onto the surface of injectable porous poly(lactide-co-glycolide)(PLGA)microspheres with bioinspired polydopamine(PDA)coating(PMS-PDA microspheres).The PMS-PDA microspheres could effectively adsorb exosomes,show sustained release of H-Exo for 21 days with high bioactivity,and induce vascularized bone regeneration in 5-mm rat calvarial *** findings indicate that the hypoxic precondition and PMS-PDA porous microsphere-based exosome delivery are efficient in inducing tissue regeneration,hence facilitating the clinical translation of exosome-based therapy.

In the field of proton exchange membranes(PEMs),it is still a great challenge to explore new Nafion alternatives,maintaining the high proton conductivity and lowering the cost of practical *** this work,a series of low sulfonated poly(aryl ether ketone sulfone)(SPAEKS)membranes hybridized by[Bi_(6)O_(5)(OH)_(3)]_(2)(NO_(3))10⋅6H_(2)O(H_(6)Bi_(12)O_(16))have been successfully *** the doping amount of H6Bi12O16 reaches 5 wt%,the DS15-Bi12-5 showing the best proton conductive ability and mechanical *** proton conductivity can achieve 72.8 mS⋅cm−1 at 80℃ and the tensile strength can reach 43.57 *** by experimental data and activation energy(Ea)calculations,the existence of Bi cluster makes more hydrogen bonds,providing additional proton hopping sites and offers more proton transport vehicles,leading to a high proton conduction *** work proved that polyoxometalates(POMs)can replace the role of sulfonate groups in SPAEKS to a certain extent and work out the defects of high sulfonation,making a remarkable contribution to the practical application of low sulfonated SPAEKS.

Fibronectin （FN） imprinted polypropylene （PP） non-woven supported calcium alginate/polyacrylamide hydrogel film （PP-s-CA/PAM MIP） was prepared using non-woven PP fiber as matrix, FN as template molecule, sodium alginate （SA） and acrylamide （AM） as functional monomers, via UV radiation-reduced polymerization. The PP-s-CA[PAM MIP exhibited an obvious improvement in terms of adsorption capacity for FN compared with non-imprinted polymer （NIP）. The PP-s-CA/PAM MIP was successfully used for the culture of mouse fibroblast cells （L929） and the results showed that PP-s-CA]PAM MIP exhibited better cell adherence performance than the NIP did.

OBJECTIVE:To investigate whether Zichong granules(资冲颗粒,ZCKL),a very effective herbal formula for treating infertility,have an impact on the differentiation of ovarian granulosa cells from human embryonic stem cells(hESCs)in vitro,and to explore the cellular mechanisms of its clinical ***:Serum from ZCKL-medicated rats was prepared and used to treat mesoderm cells derived from hESCs for 6 *** rat serum and a set of growth factors were used as negative and positive controls,***:ZCKL-medicated rat serum,but not normal rat serum,induced hESCs-derived mesoderm cells to differentiate into functional ovarian granulosa-like cells(OGLCs)in a similar manner to defined growth *** induced OGLCs resembled the morphology of native human granulosa cells,expressed granulosa cell-specific markers at both the mRNA and protein levels,produced high levels of estradiol and strongly responded to follicle-stimulating hormone ***,mRNA levels of follistatin,mothers against decapentaplegic homolog 8 and bone morphogenetic protein 6 were dynamically changed during the ***:In the ZCKL treatment of infertility,one mechanism by which ZCKL may act is by influencing ovarian granulosa cell differentiation and development,possibly through the follistatin and BMP/SMAD signaling pathways.

Reduning injection for fever, rash, and ulcers in children with mild hand, foot, and mouth disease: a randomized controlled clinical study

OBJECTIVE： To assess the efficacy and safety of Re- duning injection for fever, rash, and ulcers in chil- dren with mild hand, foot, and mouth disease （HFMD）. METHODS： A stratified-block randomized, dou- ble-blind, parallel-controlled, and multicenter clini- cal trial was conducted with 360 patients in five hospitals across China： Quanzhou Children＇s Hospi- tal, Shijiazhuang No. 5 Hospital, Shanghai Public Health Centre, Hunan Provincial Children＇s Hospi- tal, and Kaifeng Children＇s Hospital. Patients were randomized into three groups with 120 in each. Group A was treated with Western Medicine, group B with Reduning injection, a Chinese herbal medi- cine, and group C with both Reduning injection and Western Medicine. Results were compared for treatment efficacy and safety on HFMD. The clinical outcomes were observed as follows： fever and on- set time of antifebrile effect （time to bring the body temperature down 〉0.5~C after medication）; cumu- lative time for fever recovery （body temperature re- covering to normal and lasting more than 24 h without medication）; cumulative time for rash dis- appearance （without new rashes or ulcers appear- ing and the original ones fading away）; and cumula- tive time for mouth ulcer disappearance. RESULTS： For the onset time of the antifebrile ef- fect, there was no statistical difference between groups A and B （P〉O.05） and groups B and C （P〉 0.05）. However, there was a statistical difference be- tween groups A and C （P〈0.05）, and the effect ingroup C was the best. For the cumulative time for rash disappearance, there was no statistical differ- ence between groups A and B （P〉0.05）. There were statistical differences between groups A and C, and groups B and C （P〈0.05）, and the effect in group C was the best. For the cumulative time for mouth ul- cers disappearance, there were no statistical differ- ences among the three groups （P〉0.05）. CONCLUSION： Reduning injection with Western Medicine for symptomatic treatment is most effec- tive

弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤(DLBCL)是一种侵袭性高且异质性强的疾病,在当前标准治疗方案下仍有30%~40%的患者复发,且复发之后再治疗达到完全缓解(CR)的概率非常低。目前复发难治性(R/R)DLBCL的治疗主要以靶向治疗、免疫治疗、嵌合抗原受体T细胞(CAR-T)治疗、造血干细胞移植(异体、自体)为主。如何提高R/R DLBCL的CR率,进一步改善患者生存是当前面临的巨大挑战。

Strategies of minimally invasive treatment for intrahepatic and extrahepatic bile duct stones

Cholellthiasis is a kind of common and multiple diseases. In recent years, traolttonal laparommy has been challenged by a minimally invasive surgery. Through literature review, the therapeutic method, effect, and complications of minimally invasive treatment of intrahepatic and extrahepatic bile duct stones by combining our practical experience were summarized as follows. （1） For intrahepatic bile duct stones, the operation may be selected by laparoscopie liver resection, laparoscopic common bile duct exploration （LCBDE）, or percutaneous transhepatic cholangioscopy. （2） For concomitant gallstones and common bile duct stones, the surgical approach can be selected as follows： laparoscopic cholecystectomy （LC） combined with endoscopic sphincterotomy （EST） or endoscopic papillary balloon dilatation, LC plus laparoscopic transcystic common bile duct exploration, LC plus LCBDE, and T-tube drainage or primary suture. （3） For concomitant intrahepatic and extrahepatic bile duct stones, laparoscopic liver resection, choledochoscopy through the hepatic duct orifice on the hepatectomy cross section, LCBDE, EST, and percutaneous transhepatic cholangioscopic lithotripsy could be used. According to the abovementioned principle, the minimally invasive treatment approach combined with the surgical technique and equipment condition will be significant in improving the therapeutic effect and avoiding the postoperative complications or hidden dangers of intrahepatic and extrahepatic bile duct stones.
