Cyclic dinucleotides(CDNs)are natural agonists of the stimulator of interferon genes(STING),which is an attractive immunotherapy ***,CDNs and their derivatives are being investigated ***,the poor bioavailability of exogenous CDNs has limited their application in *** nanocarriers are widely used for cytosolic delivery of CDNs,their loading capacity is insufficient,and their complicated composition and purification process raises bio-compatibility ***,we report a super-simplified CDN self-assembly strategy for carrier-free delivery of *** the presence of excess K^(+),CDNs form oligomers which further self-assemble with divalent metal ions(such as Mn^(2+))to form nanoparticles(NPs)in aqueous *** demonstrate that the self-assembled CDN NPs promote cellular uptake of CDNs and enhance tumor immunogenicity by remodeling the tumor microenvironment,inducing immunogenic tumor cell death and increasing tumorinfiltrating lymphocytes,which is conducive to the generation of tumor neoantigen-specific T-cell *** also demonstrate that the use of CDN NPs alone or in combination with immune checkpoint blockades inhibits tumor growth,highlighting the fact that CDN NPs are a potent platform for cancer immunotherapy.

ASD (autism spectrum disorder) is a neurodevelopmental disorder influenced by genes and the environment. This study investigated the protective effects of bovine MFGM (BMFGM) and goat MFGM (GMFGM) supplementation on ASD model mice. Analysis of phospholipid composition showed higher levels of phosphatidylcholine in BMFGM and phosphatidylethanolamine in GMFGM. Behavioral results indicated MFGMs ameliorated social deficits， with GMFGM being more effective. MFGMs mitigated neuroinflammation by suppressing microglial overactivation and proinflammatory cytokines expression， meanwhile GMFGM increased the anti-inflammatory factor IL-10. MFGMs also altered gut microbiota composition and maintained gut barrier integrity. Uniquely， GMFGM increased butyrate production. Correlation analysis revealed positive associations between social behavior， levels of phosphatidylcholine， sphingomyelin， and the abundance of Allobaculum， Clostridium＿sensu＿stricto， and Turicibacter. Overall， these findings revealed the protective effects of MFGMs on neurodevelopment in ASD animal models and the underlying mechanism could be partly explained by their regulation of gut microbiota by the phospholipid components in MFGMs.

Background Globally, 180 million people suffer from diabetes mellitus. Islet transplantation is believed to be an almost ideal therapy for insulin-dependent patients. How to maintain the viability and the function of isolated human islets is a challenge in clinical practice. Sertoli cells are considered ＇ nurse cells＇ in the seminiferous tubules and have been used in cell graft protocols for neurodegenerative diseases and diabetes in many studies. Many researchers have used immature murine testes as the primarily source of Sertoli cells in islet transplantation because they are easily purified. Mature human Sertoli cells have been seldom investigated. In the present study, we developed a method for the isolation and culture of Sertoli cells derived from adult human testes, and investigated their effects on the function of allogeneic islets when they were cultured together in vitro. Methods Adult Sertoli cells were prepared successfully by two-step enzyme digestion with trypsin, collagenase and hyaluronidase. They were identified by morphological characteristics and their activity was determined by MTT colorimetry over a 28-day culture time in vitro. A glucose-stimulated insulin secretion test was performed to detect the effects of Sertoli cells on allogeneic islets＇ function when they were co-cultured for 21 days in vitro. Results In cultured cells, mature human Sertoli cells accounted for more than 90% of total cells. The activity of Sertoli cells reached 95 % and they remained highly cytoactive for a long time in vitro （P〉0. 05 ）. Compared with the islets cultured alone, the co-cultured islets with allogeneic Sertoli cells maintained higher sensitivity to glucose stimulation for the duration of the experiment （P〈0.01 ）. Conclusions A method of isolation and culture of Sertoli cells from adult testes has been established. Sertoli cells could enhance allogeneic islets＇ function when they were co-cultured in vitro. 针对行动不便的老年人和下肢残障人士的护理需求,设计了一款集多种功能于一体的电动轮椅。通过对电动轮椅功能需求分析,设计了相应的实现机构,利用SolidWorks软件建立了电动轮椅的三维模型;基于Adams仿真软件对电动轮椅的升降机构、脚踏机构进行了运动学仿真,获取关键节点的位移、速度、加速度曲线,结果表明升降机构、脚踏姿态调节机构运动平稳,验证了结构设计的合理性;利用ANSYS workbench软件对升降机构在两种极限工况下以及脚踏机构在使用者上下轮椅工况下进行静力学分析,结果表明升降机构和脚踏机构满足刚度和强度要求。

Acupuncture is an effective treatment for ischemic stroke(IS)and plays a key role in neurological rehabilitation after *** can improve the clinical symptoms of various complications after IS,including motor dysfunction,swallowing disorders,speech disorders,cognitive impairment,depression,insomnia,and ***,the mechanisms underlying the effects of acupuncture in IS remain *** evidence suggests that acupuncture may exert neuroprotective effects through neuroplasticity(neurogenesis and synaptogenesis),angiogenesis,cell proliferation and apoptosis,and regulation of oxidative stress,inflammation,and *** studies should be conducted to improve the high-quality evidence-based system of acupuncture intervention for IS,by focusing on the clinical and basic research design,increasing the sample size,standardizing and quantifying the standards of acupuncture operations,using multidisciplinary techniques and methods to systematically explore the key targets of acupuncture intervention for IS,and reveal the efficacy and mechanism of acupuncture in the treatment of IS.

Hybrid rice(Oryza sativa)generally outperforms its inbred parents in yield and stress tolerance,a phenomenon termed heterosis,but the underlying mechanism is not completely ***,we combined transcriptome,proteome,physiological,and heterosis analyses to examine the salt response of super hybrid rice Chaoyou1000(CY1000).In addition to surpassing the mean values for its two parents(mid-parent heterosis),CY1000 exhibited a higher reactive oxygen species scavenging ability than both its parents(over-parent heterosis or heterobeltiosis).Nonadditive expression and allele-specific gene expression assays showed that the glutathione S-transferase gene OsGSTU26 and the amino acid transporter gene OsAAT30 may have major roles in heterosis for salt tolerance,acting in an overdominant fashion in ***,we identified OsWRKY72 as a common transcription factor that binds and regulates OsGSTU26 and *** salt-sensitive phenotypes were associated with the OsWRKY72^(paternal)genotype or the OsAAT30^(maternal)genotype in core rice germplasm ***72^(paternal)specifically repressed the expression of OsGSTU26 under salt stress,leading to salinity sensitivity,while OsWRKY72^(maternal)specifically repressed OsAAT30,resulting in salinity *** results suggest that the OsWRKY72-OsAAT30/OsGSTU26 module may play an important role in heterosis for salt tolerance in an overdominant fashion in CY1000 hybrid rice,providing valuable clues to elucidate the mechanism of heterosis for salinity tolerance in hybrid rice.

利用2017年中国流动人口动态监测调查(CMDS)数据,结合地级及以上城市特征数据,以义务教育阶段子女随迁作为义务教育可及性的代理变量,研究了义务教育可及性对农民工居留意愿的影响。研究发现:义务教育可及性显著促进了农民工的居留意愿;社会融入是义务教育可及性影响农民工居留意愿的一个重要机制;义务教育可及性对农民工居留意愿的影响在有小学阶段子女、低学历和跨省流动农民工群体中更大;相对于超大特大城市和中小城市,义务教育可及性对在大城市居留的农民工影响更明显。

“翻译等值”作为翻译理论中的核心概念,对人类的翻译实践活动产生着极其深远的影响。什维采尔的翻译等值理论是苏俄翻译等值思想走向成熟的标志之一,国内对该理论的研究不多,且未涉及古诗俄译领域。文章基于什维采尔的翻译等值理论,选取白居易诗歌《卖炭翁》艾德林俄译本为研究个案,从句法等值、语义等值、语用等值3个方面对《卖炭翁》艾德林俄译本进行分析研究,旨在探索什维采尔翻译等值理论在中国古诗词俄译研究中的可行性及所存在的不足之处。分析发现,什维采尔的翻译等值理论适用于古诗俄译研究,但在实际操作过程中尚有以下两点不足:(1)原作创作风格的等值分析无法通过该理论得以实现;(2)所指等值和语用等值存在界限模糊,实际操作过程中存在判断困难。

Mineral medicines have a long history in the treatment of diseases. Among these, cinnabar and realgar are the most commonly used. This review discusses the differences between cinnabar and realgar and other mercurials and arsenicals. In addition, it explores the toxicity studies carried out on cinnabar and realgar, which include acute and chronic toxicity, neurotoxicological effects, special toxicity, disposition and accumulation, and the relative mechanism of toxicity. Cinnabar and realgar are seldom used alone but rather in combination with herbs or animal medicines. Thus, in this article, we have also included a study of the effect of toxicity reduction and efficacy enhancement after cinnabar and realgar were combined with other Chinese medicinal materials. This review provides the theoretical evidence for their clinical application, suggesting that the dosage and treatment period using cinnabar and realgar should be rigidly controlled and emphasis should be placed on the drug safety of special populations.
