随着对胰腺炎机制的深入研究，遗传因素逐渐引起人们的重视。遗传性胰腺炎是一种常染色体遗传病，与多种基因突变相关，其中以PRSS1基因突变最为常见。遗传性胰腺炎的临床表现与其他类型胰腺炎基本相似，但其发病年龄早、疼痛发生率高、病程长且无法治愈，同时具有家族聚集性、胰腺癌高风险等特点，严重影响患者及家庭的生活质量。目前该病的临床管理模式以疼痛管理为主，辅以调整生活方式、胰腺癌监测及并发症治疗。近年来，围绕遗传性胰腺炎的临床特征、致病机制、诊断标准、治疗及预后开展了系列研究，现对相关研究进展进行综述。

Endodontic diseases are a kind of chronic infectious oral disease. Common endodontic treatment concepts are based on the removal of inflamed or necrotic pulp tissue and the replacement by gutta-percha. However, it is very essential for endodontic treatment to debride the root canal system and prevent the root canal system from bacterial reinfection after root canal therapy(RCT). Recent research, encompassing bacterial etiology and advanced imaging techniques, contributes to our understanding of the root canal system’s anatomy intricacies and the technique sensitivity of RCT. Success in RCT hinges on factors like patients, infection severity, root canal anatomy, and treatment techniques. Therefore, improving disease management is a key issue to combat endodontic diseases and cure periapical lesions. The clinical difficulty assessment system of RCT is established based on patient conditions, tooth conditions, root canal configuration, and root canal needing retreatment, and emphasizes pre-treatment risk assessment for optimal outcomes. The findings suggest that the presence of risk factors may correlate with the challenge of achieving the high standard required for RCT. These insights contribute not only to improve education but also aid practitioners in treatment planning and referral decision-making within the field of endodontics.

益生菌具有多种益生功效,但其在加工、贮存或消化等过程中易受外界不利环境的影响而降低活性,利用微胶囊技术可以对益生菌起到良好的保护作用,减少或避免不利环境的影响。海洋多糖作为益生菌微胶囊壁材不仅能够提高益生菌的抗胁迫能力和稳定性,改善益生菌产品的感官特性,还能与益生菌产生协同作用增强治疗效果。本文分析了不同来源海洋多糖的种类和特性,并概述了海洋多糖基益生菌微胶囊的制备方法,同时阐述了海洋多糖基益生菌微胶囊在食品工业、生物医药、养殖饲料等领域的应用,以期为益生菌微胶囊的未来研究方向和海洋资源高值化利用提供一些参考。

It is critical for fabricating flexible biosensors with both high sensitivity and good selectivity to realize real-time monitoring superoxide anion(O_(2)^(·−)),a specific reactive oxygen species that plays critical roles in various biological *** work delicately designs a Mn_(3)(PO_(4))_(2)/MXene heterostructured biomimetic enzyme by assembling two-dimensional(2-D)Mn_(3)(PO_(4))_(2) nanosheets with biomimetic activity and 2-D MXene nanosheets with high conductivity and abundant functional *** 2-D nature of the two components with strong interfacial interaction synergistically enables the heterostructure an excellent flexibility with retained 100%of the response when to reach a bending angle up to 180°,and 96%of the response after 100 bending/relaxing *** is found that the surface charge state of the heterostructure promotes the adsorption of O_(2)^(·−),while the high-energy active site improves electrochemical oxidation of O_(2)^(·−).The Mn_(3)(PO_(4))_(2)/MXene as a sensing platform towards O2•−achieves a high sensitivity of 64.93µA·µM^(−1)·cm^(−2),a wide detection range of 5.75 nM to 25.93µM,and a low detection limit of 1.63 ***,the flexible heterostructured sensing platform realizes real-time monitoring of O_(2)^(·−)in live cell assays,offering a promising flexible biosensor towards exploring various biological processes.

Genetic Relationships Among Chinese Maize OPVs Based on SSR Markers

Bulk-SSR method was used to analyze the genetic diversity of 44 open-pollinated varieties collected from Henan, Shandong, Shanxi, and Jilin provinces and Guangxi zhuang Autonomous Region, China using 70 pairs of SSR primers. The purposes of this study were to （1） compare the genetic diversity among 44 Chinese maize open-pollinated varieties; （2） estimate the minimum number of alleles for construction of a stable dendrogram; and （3） trace the genetic relationships among local germplasm from different regions of China. In total, these 70 SSR primers yielded 292 alleles in 176 samples （4×44） analyzed. The number of alleles per locus was 4.17 on average and ranged from 2 to 8. The highest number of alleles per open-pollinated variety （55.25） was detected in Shanxi germplasm, which indicated that open-pollinated varieties from Shanxi possessed the largest genetic diversity among those from the five locations. The correlation coefficients between different genetic similarity matrices suggested that 200 alleles were sufficient for analysis of the genetic diversity of these 44 open-pollinated varieties. The cluster analysis showed that 44 open-pollinated varieties collected from three growing regions in China were accurately classified into three groups that were highly consistent with their geographic origins, and there is no correlation between GS and geographic distance in this study.

目的调查西藏地区血液净化质量控制单位血管通路现况。方法以2021年12月─2022年12月在西藏自治区人民医院血液净化中心进行维持性血液透析(maintenance hemodialysis,MHD)的患者为研究对象。结果共纳入194例患者,使用临时静脉置管、带隧道和涤纶套导管(tunnel-cuffed catheter,TCC)、移植物动静脉内瘘(arteriovenous graft,AVG)和自体动静脉内瘘(arteriovenous fistula,AVF)作为首次血管通路的比例分别为34.0%、45.4%、1.0%和19.6%。24.2%患者在透析前完成造瘘。提前造瘘和未提前造瘘的患者比,男性(χ^(2)=3.919,P=0.048)和大学及以上学历(χ^(2)=17.875,P<0.001)更多;和未提前造瘘组相比,提前造瘘组患者透析后以AVF或AVG为血管通路的比例更高(χ^(2)=4.860,P=0.029)。在MHD患者中,以AVF、AVG、TCC为血管通路的比例分别为86.6%、2.6%、10.8%。和使用AVF或AVG的患者相比,使用TCC为血管通路的患者年龄更大(t=2.039,P=0.043),原发性肾小球肾炎更少(χ^(2)=4.213,P=0.040)。透析开始血管通路为临时中心静脉导管的患者(n=66)和其它血管通路患者(n=128)相比,有更高的比例以TCC作为MHD血管通路(χ^(2)=8.157,P=0.007)。结论 AVF使用率符合指南要求,TCC使用率略高于指南要求,需要技术提高和加强教育。

The aim of the present investigation is to determine initial G2-chromosome aberrations and to validate whether the G2-chromosome aberrations can predict the cellular clonogenic survival in human tumor cell lines. Cell lines of human ovary carcinoma cells (HO8910) and human hepatoma cells (HepG2) were irradiated with a range of doses and assessed both for initial G2-chromosome aberrations and for cell survival after γ -irradiation. The initial G2-chromosome aberrations were measured by counting the number of G2-chromatid breaks after irradiation, detected by the premature chromosome condensation technique, and the G2-assay method. Cell survival was documented by a colony formation assay. A linear-quadratic survival curve was observed in both cell lines. The dose–response results show that the numbers of G2-chromatid breaks increase with the increase in dose in the two cell lines. At higher doses (higher than 4 Gy) of irradiation, the number of G2-chromatid breaks for the G2-assay method cannot be determined because too few cells reach mitosis, and hence their detection is difficult. A good correlation is found between the clonogenic survival and the radiation-induced initial G2-chromatid breaks per cell (r = 0.9616). The present results suggest that the premature chromosome condensation technique may be useful for determining chromatid breaks in G2 cells, and the number of initial G2-chromatid breaks holds promise for predicting the radiosensitivity of tumor cells.
