grovers algorithm is a category of quantum algorithms that can be applied to many problems through the exploitation of quantum parallelism. The Amplitude Amplification in grovers algorithm is T = O(N). This paper introduces two new algorithms for Amplitude Amplification in grovers algorithm with a time complexity of T = O(logN), aiming to improve efficiency in quantum computing. The difference between grovers algorithm and our first algorithm is that the Amplitude Amplification ratio in grovers algorithm is an arithmetic series and ours, a geometric one. Because our Amplitude Amplification ratios converge much faster, the time complexity is improved significantly. In our second algorithm, we introduced a new concept, Amplitude Transfer where the marked state is transferred to a new set of qubits such that the new qubit state is an eigenstate of measurable variables. When the new qubit quantum state is measured, with high probability, the correct solution will be obtained.

Since grover’s algorithm was first introduced, it has become a category of quantum algorithms that can be applied to many problems through the exploitation of quantum parallelism. The original application was the unstructured search problems with the time complexity of O(). In grover’s algorithm, the key is Oracle and Amplitude Amplification. In this paper, our purpose is to show through examples that, in general, the time complexity of the Oracle Phase is O(N), not O(1). As a result, the time complexity of grover’s algorithm is O(N), not O(). As a secondary purpose, we also attempt to restore the time complexity of grover’s algorithm to its original form, O(), by introducing an O(1) parallel algorithm for unstructured search without repeated items, which will work for most cases. In the worst-case scenarios where the number of repeated items is O(N), the time complexity of the Oracle Phase is still O(N) even after additional preprocessing.

In this study,we have explored the use of water as a non-solvent for tuning the microstructure of poly-benzimidazole(PBI)membranes,which are potential separators for lithium metal batteries(LMBs).The traditional method for membrane synthesis called nonsolvent-induced phase separation(NIPS),usually relies on hazardous and costly organic *** dissolving sodium chloride(Nacl)in water,we could adjust the water ionic potency and the exchange speed of the non-solvent with the DMAC solution to change the micropore structure of the PBI *** increasing Nacl concentration,the micro-pores in the PBI membrane transitioned from finger-like to sponge-like *** to com-mercial separators like the Celgard separator,the PBI membrane with sponge-like micropores exhibited better regulation of lithium deposition and improved Li^(+) transportation capability due to its good wetta-bility with the ***,the PBI membrane-based Li/Li symmetric cell and Li/LiFePO_(4) full cell demonstrated superior performance compared to the Celgard-based *** research proposes an eco-friendly and scalable synthetic approach for fabricating commercial separators for LMBs,addressing the issue of lithium dendrite growth and improving overall battery safety and performance.

Deep learning, especially through convolutional neural networks (CNN) such as the U-Net 3D model, has revolutionized fault identification from seismic data, representing a significant leap over traditional methods. Our review traces the evolution of CNN, emphasizing the adaptation and capabilities of the U-Net 3D model in automating seismic fault delineation with unprecedented accuracy. We find: 1) The transition from basic neural networks to sophisticated CNN has enabled remarkable advancements in image recognition, which are directly applicable to analyzing seismic data. The U-Net 3D model, with its innovative architecture, exemplifies this progress by providing a method for detailed and accurate fault detection with reduced manual interpretation bias. 2) The U-Net 3D model has demonstrated its superiority over traditional fault identification methods in several key areas: it has enhanced interpretation accuracy, increased operational efficiency, and reduced the subjectivity of manual methods. 3) Despite these achievements, challenges such as the need for effective data preprocessing, acquisition of high-quality annotated datasets, and achieving model generalization across different geological conditions remain. Future research should therefore focus on developing more complex network architectures and innovative training strategies to refine fault identification performance further. Our findings confirm the transformative potential of deep learning, particularly CNN like the U-Net 3D model, in geosciences, advocating for its broader integration to revolutionize geological exploration and seismic analysis.

In this work,a good combination of strength and ductility is achieved in a Mg-13gd-0.2Ni alloy by conventional extrusion and following aging *** aged Mg-13gd-0.2Ni alloy exhibits a yield strength(YS)of 363 MPa,an ultimate tensile strength(UTS)of 433 MPa,and an elongation of 11.9%.The aged Mg-13gd-0.2Ni alloy contains a microstructure with a 95%proportion of dynamically recrystallized(DRXed)grains with a micron size,weak texture,and a high number density of prismaticβ′precipitates within *** bulk compounds enriched with Ni element which are mainly formed during casting and stable in the extruded and aged *** dynamic compounds are formed during extrusion,and a high density of prismaticβ′precipitates are formed during *** high density of prismaticβ′precipitates results in a significant increase in the strength of the Mg-13gd-0.2Ni alloy,and the YS and UTS are increased by 153 and 136 MPa,*** high proportion of DRXed grains with a weak texture contributes mainly to the high ductility and the fine compounds with a low density at grain boundaries formed during aging have no significant adverse effect on ductility of the aged Mg-13gd-0.2Ni *** findings for the novel Mg-gd-Ni alloy can provide guidance for the design of wrought Mg alloys with superior mechanical properties.

Medical Functional Experiment Science, a bridge between basic medicine and clinical medicine, integrates classical experimental teaching contents of three courses including physiology, pathophysiology and pharmacology. This course not only helps students to verify and reinforce theoretical knowledge, but also cultivates their capability of scientific thinking to discover and solve problems. Based on the characteristics of international students and current situation of the teaching platform in the laboratory at Yangtze University, this paper discusses a series of problems in the Medical Functional Experiment Science teaching for international students and puts forward some measures for teaching reform including optimizing experimental content, innovating experimental teaching methods and establishing effective experimental evaluation mode, in order to cultivate more international medical students with innovative ability.

FeOOH have received considerable attention due to their natural abundance and *** the significant progress achieved,the one-step synthesis of integrated FeOOH is still a major ***,the current research on FeOOH catalyst still suffers from the unclear mechanism of controlling ***,density functional theory(DFT)calculations and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)demonstrated the strong electron-capturing and hydrogen absorption ability of Co in FeOOH,which further promotes the formation and stabilization of *** used a one-step electrodeposition method to synthesize Co introduced FeOOH integrated electrocatalyst and propose to introduce ions with different valence states to regulate the morphology of FeOOH by precise modulation of electric double layer(EDL)composition and *** prepared Co-FeOOH-K^(+)has a larger electrochemically active surface area(ECSA)(325 cm^(2))and turnover frequency(TOF)value(0.75 s^(-1)).In the electrochemical experiments of an alkaline anion exchange membrane electrolyzer,Co-FeOOH-K^(+)shows better oxygen evolution performance than commercial RuO_(2) under industrial production conditions and has good industrial application prospects.

Selective oxidation of propane to acetone(AC)with H_(2) and O_(2) provides a direct route to convert low-cost propane into valueadded ***,the catalytic activity of conventional Au/Ti-based catalysts is constrained by the high energy barrier for H_(2) ***,uncalcined TS-1 supported Au-Pd bimetallic catalysts were prepared,and the relationship between the active-site structure and corresponding performance in the selective oxidation of propane with H_(2) and O_(2) in the gas phase was systematically *** contrast to the liquid-phase reaction,trace Pd alloyed with Au triggered an increase in both catalytic activity and selectivity,in which Au_(20)-Pd_(1)/TS-1-B catalyst exhibited excellent activity(170 gAC·h^(−1)·kgcat^(−1))and AC selectivity(90.6%),much higher than those of the Au/TS-1-B catalyst(AC formation rate of 100 gAC·h^(−1)·kgcat^(−1)and AC selectivity of 86.3%).It was found that Pd was gradually isolated into monomers with the increase of Au/Pd molar ratio,and the synergy between Pd single atoms and Au improved the catalytic performance via enhancing hydrogen dissociation and modulating the electronic structure of ***,the reaction conditions were optimized based on the kinetics studies and the Au_(20)-Pd_(1)/TS-1-B catalyst exhibited enhanced H_(2) selectivity(45%)and long-term stability(over 130 h).The insights gained here can offer valuable guidance for the design of Au-Pd catalysts applicable to other gas-phase oxidation reactions.
