制备共载吲哚菁绿(indocyanine green,ICG)与榄香烯(elemene,ELE)的纳米乳(nano-emulsion,NE)原位凝胶(ICG-ELE-NE-gel),并研究其理化性质和体外抗肿瘤活性。通过水相滴定法和冷溶法制备ICG-ELE-NE-gel,对其形态、粒径、溶蚀、光热转换特性等进行研究;以人乳腺癌MCF-7细胞为模型,并结合808 nm激光照射,进行细胞抑制率实验与细胞摄取实验。ICG-ELE-NE为类球形,大小均匀,平均粒径和Zeta电位分别为(85.61±0.35)nm和(-21.4±0.6)mV,包封率和载药量分别为98.51%±0.39%和10.96%±0.24%。ICG-ELE-NE-gel具有良好的光热转换效应,光热稳定性良好,并具有温度和pH双重响应性的溶蚀特性。与游离ELE相比,ICG-ELE-NE-gel结合近红外光照射后对MCF-7细胞的抑制作用显著增强,且能被MCF-7细胞大量摄取。该研究成功制备了ICG-ELE-NE-gel,该制剂结合808 nm激光照射后,抗肿瘤活性增强。

The main objective of this study was to investigate the impact of effective mass splitting on heavy-ion-collision *** first analyzed correlations between different nuclear matter parameters obtained from 119 effective Skyrme interaction *** values of the correlation coefficients illustrate that the magnitude of effective mass splitting is crucial for tight constraints on the symmetry energy via heavy-ion ***^(86)Kr+^(208)Pb system at beam energies ranging from 25 to 200A MeV was simulated within the framework of the improved quantum molecular dynamics model(ImQMD-Sky).Our calculations show that the slopes of the spectra of ln[Y(n)/Y(p)]and ln[Y(t)/Y(^(3)He)],which are the logarithms of the neutron to proton and triton to helium-3 yield ratios,are directly related to effective mass splitting and can be used to probe the effective mass splitting.

Zirconium is one of high field strength elements but its isotope behavior during geochemical processes is still uncertain because of the limited *** Zr isotopes in magmatic rocks are often used to trace the evolution of magmas through fractional crystallization,it is intriguing how highly heterogeneous Zr isotopes were produced by the growth of zircon during crustal *** address this issue by in-situ zircon Zr isotope analyses of migmatites from two high-temperature metamorphic terranes in the South Lhasa zone and the North Dabie zone,respectively,in *** results show highly variable δ^(94)Zr values from-0.30‰ to +0.81‰ and from-0.58‰ to +0.49‰,*** addition to the relict zircon of magmatic origin,two types of newly-grown zircons were identified in terms of their occurrences,trace elements and δ^(94)Zr *** peritectic zircon,mainly occurring in the in-situ leucosomes,exhibits the highest Nb-Ta-Hf-U contents and variably higher δ^(94)Zr values than those of the relict *** anatectic zircon,mainly occurring in the leucocratic veins,shows higher Nb-Ta-Hf-U contents than and similar δ^(94)Zr values to those of the relict *** calculations demonstrate that the variable Zr isotope compositions of newly-grown zircons would result from decoupled release of Zr from zircon and non-zircon *** Zr supply of the peritectic zircon is mainly derived from the decomposition of Zr-bearing minerals in the in-situ anatectic melt(the non-zircon effect),whereas the Zr supply of the anatectic zircon is mainly from the dissolution of pre-existing zircons in the evolved melt(the zircon effect).The significant Zr isotope variations in the migmatites well illustrate the generation,migration and accumulation of the anatectic melts during the partial ***,Zr isotopes can be used as a powerful means for distinguishing between the peritectic and anatectic zircons during crustal anatexis.

The energy-, density-, and isospin-dependent ?-formation cross section σ_(Nπ→?)~* and ?-decay width are calculated based on the relativistic BUU approach in which the effective mass splitting of nucleon and ? baryons in isospin-asymmetric matter is considered by the inclusion of the δ meson exchange in the effective Lagrangian density and the density-dependent coupling constants of Hofmann et al. The results show that the σ_(Nπ→?)~* is decreased(increased) moderately with increasing density with(without)the consideration of medium modifications on pion mass. Meanwhile, if the invariant mass of the system is not far from the ?pole mass, the ?-decay width is also weakly dependent on density. The mass splitting effect of differently charged nucleon and ?baryons on σ_(Nπ→?)~* is found to be more obvious than that of pion mesons but much weaker than the mass splitting in the hard ?production channel NN → N?. Further, the largest mass-splitting influence is seen in the π^-p → ?~0 and π^+n → ?^+ channels but not in the production of ?^- and ?^(++) isobars.

This paper investigates the strength and critical state(CS)behaviours of granular materials via DEM simulations of true triaxial drained tests under three different loading modes including constant b(in-termediate stress ratio)tests with constantσ'1(major principal stress),constant p(mean pressure)and constantσ'3(minor principal stress)*** this end,a series of samples are generated with the same particle size distribution,and with the confining stresses ranging from 100 kPa to 900 *** CS is achieved for all *** the macroscopic behaviours and the microscopic behaviours are examined and compared considering different loading modes,confining stresses and intermediate stress ratios(b).The critical state lines(CSLs)are found to be unique and independent of the loading modes,but dependent on the b *** CSLs with b=0 and b=1 form the two boundaries of CSLs respectively beyond which CSLs under all other b tests cannot go *** different strength criteria are examined and compared in terms of both peak and CS *** Mohr-Coulomb strength criterion is found to be only suitable for axisymmetric loading *** Lade-Duncan criterion is only suitable for describing peak strengths,which is dependent on the loading modes and confining *** Satake criterion and Matsuoka-Nakai criterion are the more appropriate strength criteria for describing CS failures,indicating that the CS values of both the Satake parameter and the Matsuoka-Nakai parameter describe an inherent property that characterizes the CS failure for a given type of *** CS mechanical coordination number is fitted by a curved line for a given b value,which is unique regardless of the loading *** peak and CS values of both major and minor principal fabric tensors decrease with increasing b values,while they increase with increasing b values for the intermediate principal fabric tensor.

Dynamic light scattering(DLS)is a nondestructive,well-established technique for the size characterization of proteins,nanoparticles,polymers,and colloidal ***,current DLS techniques are only applied to particle groups of single composition due to the limitation of their inversion *** this study,we propose a particle size distribution inversion algorithm based on the Tikhnonov regularization method that can be applied to the dual-substance particle *** algorithm retrieves the particle size distributions of two substances,respectively,by taking advantage of their refractive index *** simulation results reveal that the algorithm has excellent accuracy and stability when the scattering angle is 30°.Instead of the original identity matrix,the first-order difference matrix and second-order difference matrix are used as the regular matrix when utilizing the Tikhnonov algorithm,which obviously improves the anti-interference,accuracy,and stability of the ***,the inversion of particle size distribution is carried out at a 0.01%–1%noise level,which shows that the algorithm has an available antinoise ***,experimental particle size measurements for a mixture of polystyrene beads and toner particles demonstrate that the proposed algorithm is superior to the traditional Tikhnonov algorithm in applicability and accuracy.

lipid metabolism play an essential role in occurrence and development of asthma,and it can be disturbed by phthalate esters(PAEs)and organophosphate fame retardants(OPFRs).As a chronic infammatory respiratory disease,the occurrence risk of childhood asthma is increased by PAEs and OPFRs exposure,but it remains not entirely clear how PAEs and OPFRs contribute the onset and progress of the *** have profiled the serum levels of PAEs and OPFRs congeners by liquid chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry,and its relationships with the dysregulation of lipid metabolism in asthmatic,bronchitic(acute infammation)and healthy(non-infammation)*** PAEs and nine OPFRs congeners were found in the serum of children(1–5 years old)from Shenzhen,and their total median levels were 615.16 ng/m L and 17.06 ng/m L,***,the serum levels of mono-methyl phthalate(MMP),tri-propyl phosphate(TPP)and tri-n-butyl phosphate(TNBP)were significant higher in asthmatic children than in healthy and bronchitic children as ***-one characteristic lipids and fatty acids of asthma were screened by machine-learning random forest model based on serum lipidome data,and the alterations of infammatory characteristic lipids and fatty acids including palmitic acids,12,13-Di HODE,14,21-Di HDHA,prostaglandin D2 and Lyso PA(18:2)showed significant correlated with high serum levels of MMP,TPP and *** results imply PAEs and OPFRs promote the occurrence of childhood asthma via disrupting infammatory lipid and fatty acid metabolism,and provide a novel sight for better understanding the effects of plastic additives on childhood asthma.
