Upgrading of vacuum residue is of prime industrial significance due to the increasing demand for light *** the effect of catalyst morphology on vacuum residue hydrotreating performance by kinetic modeling is therefore of great ***,kinetic analysis of hydrodemetallization(HDM)and hydrodeconradsoncarbon-residue(HDCCR)performances on industrial Ni-Mo/Al_(2)O_(3)catalysts with spherical and cylindrical morphologies in ebullated-bed were evaluated for more than 1600 *** was found that the percentage of light impurities easier to be removed on spherical catalysts were 78.20%and 39.43%in HDM and HDCCR reactions,respectively,higher than 65.20%and 17.50%on cylindrical *** suggests that catalyst morphology affects the impurity removal ability and the impurity properties,resulting in better hydrotreating performance of spherical *** work not only combines catalyst morphology with impurity removal capability through kinetic modeling,but also provides new insights into the design of efficient hydrotreating catalysts.

BACKGROUND Enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)protocol is a comprehensive manage-ment modality that promotes patient recovery,especially in the patients undergo-ing digestive tumor ***,it is less commonly used in the *** To study the application value of ERAS in laparoscopic surgery for acute *** A total of 120 patients who underwent laparoscopic appendectomy due to acute appendicitis were divided into experimental group and control group by random number table method,including 63 patients in the experimental group and 57 patients in the control *** in the experimental group were managed with the ERAS protocol,and those in the control group were received the tra-ditional *** exhaust time,the hospitalization duration,the hospita-lization expense and the pain score between the two groups were *** There was no significant difference in age,gender,body mass index and Sunshine Appendicitis Grading System score between the experimental group and the con-trol group(P>0.05).Compared to the control group,the patients in the expe-rimental group had earlier exhaust time,shorter hospitalization time,less hospi-talization cost and lower degree of pain *** differences were statis-tically significant(P<0.01).CONCLUSION ERAS could significantly accelerate the recovery of patients who underwent la-paroscopic appendectomy for acute appendicitis,shorten the hospitalization time and reduce hospitalization *** is a safe and effective approach.

In recent years,biochar has attracted considerable attention for soil quality improvement and carbon sequestration due to its unique physicochemical ***,the mechanism by which biochar application negatively affects the growth of crop seedlings has not been fully *** this study,a hydroponic experiment was conducted to evaluate the response of rice,wheat,and corn seedlings to biochar application(CK,0 g/L;BC1,0.5 g/L;and BC2,1.0 g/L).Compared with the CK treatment,the BC1 and BC2 treatments decreased the fresh shoot and root weights of rice and corn seedlings(P0.05).For the contents of nutrient elements in seedlings,both BC1 and BC2 treatments hindered the roots from absorbing Fe and Cu and increased the uptake of Ca and *** with the CK treatment,the translocation factor(TF)values of Ca,Mn,and Zn were significantly decreased especially in rice seedlings(35.3%-36.8%,68.7%-76.5%,and 29.8%-22.0%,respectively)under the BC1 and BC2 treatments,while only Mn was significantly decreased in wheat and corn seedlings(P<0.05).Transmission electron microscope(TEM)analysis of root cross-sections showed that nano-sized biochar particles(10~23 nm)were found in the root cells under BC2 treatment *** findings reveal that a large amount of biochar application can reduce nutrient absorption and translocation,and hinder rice,wheat,and corn seedlings,particularly rice seedling,in hydroponic system.

The technology of expansion fracturing with liquid CO_(2)(EFLCO_(2))has attracted increasing attention due to reduced vibration and *** disposable fracturing tube has been developed and is gradually replacing the Cardox ***,there is a lack of impact pressure testing of disposable tubes under real working conditions,selection of gas explosion design parameters,and systematic analysis of blasting *** limitation has constrained the widespread application of disposable fracturing tubes in engineering.A joint monitoring of the pressure-time curves in the disposable tubes and boreholes was *** rock-breaking effect of varying hole spacing parameters in the EFLCO_(2)design was analyzed,and a systematic study was carried out on the vibration peak value,frequency,and energy *** results show that(1)the pressure distribution characteristics,stress peak value,and duration in the disposable tubes are different from those of Cardox tubes,which show multi-peak distribution,low-pressure peak value,and short *** correlation between the pressure in the disposable tube,filling pressure,and liquid CO_(2)weight is established,and a theoretical calculation method for the borehole wall pressure is proposed;(2)The hole spacing in rocks of different hardness is suggested;and(3)At the same scale distance,the peak particle velocity(PPV)caused by EFLCO_(2)(PPVCO_(2))is significantly smaller than that caused by blasting(PPVexplosive).The ratio of PPVexplosive to PPVCO_(2)is a power function related to scale distance,and a distance-related zonality exist in this *** frequency composition of the vibration signal caused by EFLCO_(2)is relatively simple with a narrow frequency *** PPV and energy are mainly concentrated in the low-frequency *** research contributes to the optimization of disposable fracturing tubes,gas explosion design,and vibration hazard control.

A chemically closed-loop-recyclable biodegradable polymer,poly(p-dioxanone)(PPDO),is one of the ideal candidates for single-use plastic products due to its suitability for different application ***,when PPDO wastes can be collected,its monomer p-dioxanone(PDO) will be obtained through chemical recycling of these wastes;when cannot be collected,the wastes are able to be biodegraded into harmless ***,unsatisfied thermal stability and low crystallization rate of PPDO restrict its wider ***,based on end-group regulation,we simultaneously realized the significant enhancement of thermal stability and crystallization of PPDO through the simple melt processing with tributyl phosphite(TBP) or triphenyl phosphite(TPP).The model reactions were conducted to investigate the reaction mechanism and theoretical products during the preparation of PPDO/phosphite *** kinds of phosphites were proved to act as the end-capped reagent and chain extender in the melt processing,while TBP presented better *** a result,the activation energy of thermal decomposition was largely elevated,and the unprecedented T_(5%)(the temperature at a weight loss of 5%) and Tmax(the temperature at a maximum rate of weight loss) of PPDO were obtained,i.e.,T_(5%)of ~330 ℃ and Tmaxof ~385 ℃ in N_(2) atmosphere,T_(5%)of ~240 ℃ and Tmaxof ~317 ℃ in air atmosphere,***,the increased crystallization rate,crystallinity,crystalline orderliness,and realizable monomer recovery(yield >90%,purity >99.9%) of PPDO/phosphite compounds were confirmed.

Elastomers with high mechanical toughness can guarantee their durability during service life. Self-healing ability, as well as recyclability, can also extend the life of materials and save the consuming cost of the materials. Many efforts have been dedicated to promoting the mechanical toughness as well as the self-healing capability of elastomers at the same time, while it remains a challenge to balance the trade-off between the above properties in one system. Herein we proposed a molecular design driven by dual interactions of acylsemicarbazide hydrogen bonding and Cu2+-neocuproine coordination simultaneously. By introducing the reversible multiple hydrogen bonds and strong coordination bonds, we successfully fabricated an extremely tough and self-healing elastomer. The elastomer can achieve an impressive top-notch toughness of 491 MJ/m3. Furthermore, it boasted rapid elastic restorability within 10 min and outstanding crack tolerance with high fracture energy（152.6kJ/m2）. Benefiting from the combination of dynamic interactions, the material was able to self-repair under 80 ℃ conveniently and could be reprocessed to restore the exceptional mechanical properties.

Introduction:Bladder cancer(BC)has a high incidence and mortality rate *** anaphasepromoting complex domain containing 2(SAPCDC2)is over-expressed in a variety of ***:This study investigated the effects of SAPCD2 knockdown on BC ***:T24 and UMUC3 cell models and the xenografted BC tumor model with SAPCD2 knockdown were established to observe the malignant phenotype of BC cells by cell counting kit-8 assay,colony formation test,wound healing,and Transwell assay,mRNA and proteins expressions were measured with quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction,western blotting,and tissue *** chloride agonist on the Wnt/β-catenin pathway was used to clarify the molecular mechanism of SAPCD2 ***:SAPCD2 expression was significantly higher in BC cell lines than in SVHUC-1 ***2 knockdown inhibited viability and cloning,hindered the G0/G1 phase of the cell cycle in UMUC3 and T24 cells,and decreased the migration and invasiveness of BC ***2 knockdown inhibited expression levels of cyclin D1,cyclin B1,N-cadherin,vimentin,Snail,β-catenin,c-Myc,and cyclin-dependent kinase 4,while the P21 and E-cadherin were raised by SAPCD2 ***,lithium chloride reversed the effects of SAPCD2 knockdown on the expression levels of the above proteins in UMUC3 and T24 *** vivo,SAPCD2 knockdown inhibited the volume,weight,and expression of Ki-67 andβ-catenin in tumors and increased the E-cadherin ***:SAPCD2 knockdown inhibits the malignant phenotype of BC via a pathway involvingβ-catenin.

In mammals,the neonatal heart can regenerate upon injury within a short time after birth,while adults lose this *** reprogramming has been demonstrated to be critical for cardiomyocyte proliferation in the neonatal ***,we reveal that cardiac metabolic reprogramming could be regulated by altering global protein *** performing 4D label-free proteomics and lysine lactylation(Kla)omics analyses in mouse hearts at postnatal days 1,5,and 7,2297 Kla sites from 980 proteins are identified,among which 1262 Kla sites from 409 proteins are *** clustering analysis reveals that the proteins with altered Kla sites are mainly involved in metabolic *** expression and Kla levels of proteins in glycolysis show a positive correlation while a negative correlation in fatty acid ***,we verify the Kla levels of several differentially modified proteins,including ACAT1,ACADL,ACADVL,PFKM,PKM,and ***,our study reports a comprehensive Kla map in the neonatal mouse heart,which will help to understand the regulatory network of metabolic reprogramming and cardiac regeneration.
