温和清洁泥膜改善油性敏感性皮肤的临床研究

研究一款温和清洁泥膜改善油性敏感性皮肤的临床功效。招募32名油性敏感性皮肤女性受试者,结合无创性仪器检测、专家临床评估、受试者自我评估方法分别研究单次使用泥膜对面部皮脂、卟啉及角质层含水量的作用以及长期使用泥膜对受试者面部粉刺、皮肤纹理、屏障功能的作用。与空白半脸对照相比,受试者面部单次使用泥膜15 min洗去后,皮肤的皮脂含量、卟啉数量显著降低,而角质层含水量显著增加;连续使用泥膜4周后,受试者黑头和白头数量、皮肤粗糙度、鳞屑度、皱纹程度显著降低,但经皮失水量未出现显著性变化。整个实验过程中无皮肤不良反应发生,90%以上受试者认为样品使用对皮肤温和不刺激。该清洁泥膜对油性敏感性皮肤具有良好的清洁、保湿、控油、祛粉刺、去角质等作用,同时配方温和、保湿、长期使用不损伤皮肤屏障,适合敏感性皮肤使用。

验证数字光学三维图像分析仪EvaSKIN在客观、定量评价皱纹中的有效性。招募115例受试者,使用数字光学三维图像分析仪和人工摄像方式采集受试者的面部图像,分析鱼尾纹随年龄的变化情况。相较于人工摄像方式,数字光学三维图像分析仪EvaSKIN实现对皱纹三维提取,得到鱼尾纹随年龄变化趋势:20~30岁皱纹开始慢慢出现;30~50岁皱纹会快速增加;50~60岁皱纹长度基本定型,皱纹呈纵向发展,逐渐加宽加深,其面积、深度和体积增长幅度增加,皮肤衰老状况加剧。数字光学三维图像分析仪EvaSKIN实现对皱纹的三维提取,量化了皱纹的周长、面积、平均深度、最大深度和体积,实现对皱纹状态的客观、定量评价。

Growing evidence suggests that there are similar pathological mechanisms and closely related pathogenic risk factors for inflammatory bowel disease(IBD) and Parkinson's disease(PD). However, the epidemiological features of these two diseases are different. This review systematically evaluated the relationship between inflammatory bowel diseases and Parkinson's disease risk. We searched Pub Med, Embase, and Cochrane databases to retrieve observational studies of IBD and PD published from inception to October 2019. Nine observational studies, involving 12,177,520 patients, were included in the final analysis. None of the studies had Newcastle–Ottawa Scale scores that suggested a high risk of bias. After adjusting for confounders and excluding heterogeneous studies, the overall risk of PD was significantly higher in IBD patients than in the general population(adjusted risk ratio [RR] = 1.24, 95% confidence interval [CI]: 1.15–1.34, P 65 years old) IBD patients(adjusted HR = 1.32, 95% CI: 1.17–1.48) may have a higher risk than younger(≤ 65 years old) patients(adjusted HR = 1.24, 95% CI: 1.08–1.42). Patients with IBD who were not treated with anti-tumor necrosis factor-α or azathioprine had significantly higher PD risk(adjusted HR = 1.6, 95% CI: 1.2–2.2). Thus, our meta-analysis indicat

Background： Despite substantial progress toward measles control are making in China, measles outbreaks in immunocompromised population still pose a challenge to interrupt endemic transmission. This study aimed to investigate the features of measles in pediatric hematology and oncology patients and explore the reasons behind the outbreak. Methods： We collected demographic, epidemiological, and clinical data ofimmunocompromised measles children. All suspected measles cases were laboratory-confirmed based on the presence of measles lgM and/or identification of measles RNA. The clinical data were statistically analyzed by t-test for continuous variables and Fisher＇s exact test for categorical variables. Results： From March 9 to July 25 in 2015, a total of 23 children with malignancies and post hematopoietic stem cell transplantation （post- HSCT） were notified to develop measles in Shanghai. Of these 23 patients with the median age of 5.5 years （range： 11 months 14 years）, 20 （87.0%） had received 1-3 doses of measles vaccine previously; all patients had fever with the median lever duration of 8 days; 21 （91.3%） had cough; 18 （78.3%） had rash; 13 （56.5%） had Koplik＇s spot; 13 （56.5%） had complications including pneumonia and acute liver failure： and five （21.7%） vaccinated patients died from severe pneumonia or acute liver failure. Except the first patient, all patients had hospital visits within 7-21 days beibre measles onset and 20 patients were likely to be exposed to each other. Conclusions： The outcome of measles outbreak in previously vaccinated oncology and post-HSCT pediatric patients during chemotherapy and imnaunosuppressant medication was severe. Complete loss of protective immunity induced by measles vaccine during chemotherapy was the potential reason. Improved infection control practice was critical tbr the prevention of measles in rnalignancy patients and transplant recipients.

As an important insect immune response,apoptosis plays a critical role in the interaction between baculoviruses and insect *** reports have identified inhibitor of apoptosis(IAP)proteins in both insects and baculoviruses,but the relationship between these proteins is still not clearly ***,we found that insect IAP proteins were clustered with baculovirus IAP3,suggesting that the baculovirus iap3 gene might be derived from the Lepidoptera or *** demonstrated that Bombyx mori inhibitor of apoptosis(Bmiap)gene had an inhibitory effect on apoptosis in silkworm *** analysis of the effects of Bmiap genes on the proliferation of *** nucleopolyhedrovirus(BmNPV)showed that both the Bmiap and BmNPV iap genes increased BmNPV proliferation after BmNPV infected silkworm *** results also indicated that BmNPV IAP1 and IAP2 directly interacted with BmIAP in silkworm cells,implying that the Bmiap gene might be hijacked by BmNPV iap genes during BmNPV *** together,our results provide important insights into the functional relationships of iap genes,and improve our knowledge of apoptosis in baculoviruses and insect hosts.

We reported a new monofunctionalized pillar[5]arene bearing imidazolium moiety that formed stable [1]pseudorotaxane even at high concentration （100 mmol/L） in chloroform. The self-assembly was detailed investigated by multiple methods, including varying concentration 1H NMR, 2D COSY NMR, 2D NOESY NMR, viscosity measurements, 2D DOSY NMR, and HR-ESI-MS analysis. [llRotaxane was obtained efficiently through photo thiol-ene reaction which further confirmed the formation of [l]pseudorotaxane.

Background：The location of facial port-wine stain （PWS） may be helpful for predicting some associated anomalies;high glaucoma incidence is found in patients with eyes close to PWS-affected areas （V1,ophthalmic branch area of the trigeminal nerve）.This study aimed to investigate the characteristics of glaucoma in V1-affected ***：A total of 569 patients with V1 area-affected PWS were reviewed in the *** large series was based on the referral system between the Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the Department of *** patients were screened for glaucoma with assessments of intraocular pressure,cup-to-disc ratio,comeal diameter （only for infants）,and axial ***：Of the 569 patients,110 （19.3%） patients had *** the patients,18.1% （76/420） had early-onset glaucoma （under 4-year-old group）.In the 4 to 18-year-old age group,29.3% （29/99） of the patients had *** with right lateral and bilateral PWS,left-sided PWS had a lower risk of glaucoma in this study （odds ratio =0.432 [95% confidence interval,0.264-0.706],P =0.01）.The under 4-year-old group showed a slight predominance of males （61.8%） in ***：High glaucoma incidence was observed in patients with eyes close to *** attention should be paid to glaucoma screening for right lateral and bilateral PWS *** predominance of males in Sturge-Weber syndrome （SWS） early-onset glaucoma patients might be due to the limitation of the case number;however,it might also provide us a new clue of potential relationship between SWS and PCG.
