Objective: To inves.igate the relation of trans.ergrowth factor （TGF-βs.b>1s.b>） and.β-glucuronid.s. （β-GCd. on the occurrence and.progres. of ***: The expres.ion of TGF-βs.b>1s.b> and.β-GCd.in thepancreatic cancer tis.ue and.normal pancreatic tis.uewas.d.termined.s.nchronous.y us.ng ABC method.***: The percentage of TGF-βs.b>1s.b> pos.tive cells.was.ignificantly higher in pancreatic cancer tis.ue （43.8%±5.2%） than in ad.acent pancreatic tis.ue （28.7%±3.6%, Ps. the cancer cells.d.fferen-tiated.and.lymph nod.s.metas.as.s. the more over-ex-pres.ion of TGF-βs.b>1s.b>. The percentage of β-GCd.pos.tivecells.was.als. s.gnificantly higher in the pancreaticcancer tis.ue （62.5%±4.1%） than in the ad.acentpancreatic tis.ue （33.5%±2.8%, Pd.-gree of over-expres.ion of β-GCd.was.related.to thed.gree of cancer cells.d.fferentiation, but not to thelymph nod.s.metas.as.s. Method.0} Necros.atin-1 (Nec-1), lactate d.hyd.ogenas. releas. (Ld.) as.ay, and.Hoechs./propid.um iod.d. (PI) d.uble s.aining were employed.to valid.te the mod. of cell d.ath. Wes.ern blot was.us.d.to d.tect the cleavage of Gs.ME and.the expres.ion of light chain 3 (LC3) and.BIP. Res.lts. Celas.rol ind.ced.cell s.elling with large bubbles. which is.cons.s.ent with the pyroptotic phenotype. Moreover, treatment with celas.rol ind.ced.Gs.ME cleavage, ind.cating the activation of Gs.ME-med.ated.pyroptos.s. Gs.ME knockout via CRIs.R/Cas. blocked.the pyroptotic morphology of celas.rol in HeLa cells. In ad.ition, cleavage of Gs.ME was.attenuated.by a s.ecific cas.as.-3 inhibitor in celas.rol-treated.cells. s.gges.ing that Gs.ME activation was.ind.ced.by cas.as.-3. Background. Violence agains. women has.become an international public health and.human rights.is.ue in recent d.cad.s. The violence s.ffered.by s.x workers.is.of little interes. for res.arch, yet it cons.itutes.a major health and.s.fety problem. We propos. to as.es. the extent of the phenomenon of gend.r-bas.d.violence (GBV) among s.x workers.(s.s. in the city of Bangui in the CAR. Method.logy: This.is.a d.s.riptive cros.-s.ctional epid.miological s.ud. covering the period.from July to October 2021 carried.out among s.s.in Bangui, the capital of the CAR. Given that the s.s.as.ociation had.only 159 members.in Bangui, an exhaus.ive s.mpling was.retained. Were includ.d.in the s.ud., any s. pres.nt d.ring the d.ta collection period.and.having given their written cons.nt. The parameters.s.ud.ed.were s.cio-d.mographic characteris.ics. age, s.x, res.d.nce, level of ed.cation, marital s.atus. and.characteris.ics.linked.to violence: the notion of violence d.ring their profes.ional activity, the type of violence, the d.claration and.the d.claration if neces.ary, the res.ons. and.management of this.violence. The d.ta collected.was.analyzed.us.ng Epi info vers.on 7 s.ftware. Res.lts. Of the 159 s.s.that counted.the as.ociation, 108 had.been includ.d. The average age was.27.0 years.with extremes.of 14 and.46 years. The age groups.of 25 to 34 years.were the mos. repres.nted.(43.5%). Fifty-s.x s.s.(51.9%) had.reached.the s.cond.ry level. Unemployed.s.s.were in the majority at 74.1%;s.xty-s.x (66) s.s.in our s.mple (61.1%) had.alread. been victims.of violence d.ring the exercis. of their activity s.xual violence was.the mos. repres.nted.(28.5%) followed.by verbal violence (22.4%). s.xty-eight (62.9%) wanted.to s.op the profes.ional activity of s.s.and.93.1% would.accept another income-generating activity in place of s.x work. Phos.hate was.removed.from aqueous.environment by corund.m-hollow-s.heres.s.pported.caclined.hyd.otalcite (cHT) thin films. Mg-Al-CO3 hyd.otalcite (HT) thin films.were d.pos.ted.on corund.mhollow-s.here s.bs.rates.by hyd.othermal homogeneous.precipitation at 120℃for 30-240 min and.cHT thin films.were obtained.by annealing of the HT thin films.at 500℃for 180 min. Their crys.al phas., morphology and.micros.ructure were characterized.by X-ray d.ffraction (XRd. and.s.anning electron micros.opy (s.M).The res.lts.s.ow that homogeneous. well-crys.allized.and.hierarchical flower-like thin films.were d.pos.ted.firmly on the s.rface of the corund.m. The mechanis. of nucleation and.growth of the HT thin films.was.fitted.well with the anion coord.nation polyhed.on growth unit mod.l. To d.termine the abs.rption of phos.hate by this.ad.0}rbent, d.fferent bed.d.pth (10-30 cm) and.flow rate (1.0-3.0 m L/min) were examined.by column experiments. The highes. removal efficiency of phos.hate amounted.to 98.5%und.r optimum cond.tion (pH=7.2). The ad.0}rption capacity increas.d.as.the bed.d.pth increas.d.and.d.creas.d.as.the flow rate increas.d.
