Cambrian integrative stratigraphy,biotas,and paleogeographical evolution of the qinghai-Tibetan Plateau and its surrounding areas

The qinghai-Tibetan Plateau and its surrounding areas have a long and complex tectonic evolutionary *** and blocks,such as northern India,Lhasa,Qiangtang,Qaidam and Central Qilian,and their in-between orogenic belts constitute the main part of the qinghai-Tibetan *** the Cambrian Period,most of these cratons and blocks were on the northwestern periphery of Gondwana,and were associated with the surrounding blocks,***,Central Iran,Afghanistan,Tarim,Alxa,North China,South China and Sibumasu through the Proto-Tethys *** Cambrian stratigraphic sequences on these stable blocks are composed of mixed siliciclastic and carbonate rocks deposited in the shallow-water marine environments,and contain the trilobite assemblages of shelf *** Cambrian stratigraphic sequences in the Qilian tectonic belts,however,are characterized by the intermediate-basic igneous rocks and silicates formed in the Proto-Tethys Ocean,and contain the trilobite assemblages of deep-water slope *** with previous data,field observations and newly discovered fossils through funding by the Second Tibetan Plateau Scientific Expedition and Research,the general characteristics of the Cambrian strata in different tectonic units of the qinghai-Tibetan Plateau and its surrounding areas have been summarized in this ***,efforts have been made to subdivide and correlate the Cambrian strata across these areas by utilizing available biostratigraphic and geochronological *** a result,a comprehensive litho-and biostratigraphy chart has been ***,from the biogeographic perspective,this paper also provides a brief overview of the Cambrian paleogeographical reconstruction of the major tectonic blocks,and discusses the problems associated with the evolution of the ProtoTethys tectonic belt.

目的:评估近红外荧光导航技术在口腔癌术中及手术边界确定的应用价值。方法:选取14例于南京医科大学附属口腔医院就诊并接受手术治疗的口腔鳞癌患者。患者术前6~8 h静脉注射吲哚菁绿注射液0.75 mg/kg。术中、术后使用近红外荧光影像系统进行观测并拍照记录。术后在离体病灶荧光边界内、外侧收取组织标本进行病理学检查。结果:所有患者的病灶均可见肿瘤荧光显影,术后离体病灶的肿瘤背景比值(1.58±0.52)明显高于术中病灶的肿瘤背景比值(1.39±0.39)(P<0.05)。在荧光边界处,其区分正常上皮与非正常上皮(不典型增生及癌组织)的敏感性和特异性分别为83.3%和57.9%。结论:近红外荧光技术可用于检测口腔癌原发灶切除后是否残存肿瘤组织,可作为确定手术边界的诊疗辅助工具。

Analysis of the Sedimentary Characteristics of a Modern Distributive Fluvial System:A Case Study of the Great Halten River in the Sugan Lake Basin,qinghai,China

Understanding controls on river planform changes can help to build predictive models for distributive fluvial systems,and then guide the oil and gas *** do this we have undertaken a detailed investigation of the modern Great Halten River distributive fluvial system from the Sugan Lake Basin,qinghai,*** aerial vehicle(UAV) photography,satellite remote sensing data and elemental analysis were used to determine differences in the sedimentary characteristics of the distributive fluvial *** the apex to the toe,the changes in the slope,river morphology,sedimentary characteristics and element content in different regions were determined and three facies belts:“proximal”,“medial” and “distal” were *** found that the sedimentary structure and elemental content characteristics of each facies differ *** compare the large-scale evolution of rivers from braided to meandering rivers,and the fine description of sedimentary characteristics in combination with each observation,we strengthen our overall understanding of the modern DFS from macro to micro *** the same time,we summarize the sedimentation model of the Great Halten River DFS,and our study provides a reference for establishing the sedimentary model in continental petroliferous basins.

Designing energetic covalent organic frameworks for stabilizing high-energy compounds

As an emerging high-energy compound,3-nitro-1,2,4-triazol-5-one(NTO)is used in military explosives and rocket ***,the strong acidic corrosion of NTO,and the high sensitivity and poor thermostability of its salts,severely restrict their practical ***,a novel strategy to design and construct energetic covalent organic frameworks(COFs)is proposed in this *** have successfully prepared a two-dimensional crystalline energetic COF(named ECOF-1)assembled from triaminoguanidine salt,in which NTO anions are trapped in the porous framework via the ionic interaction and hydrogen *** results show that ECOF-1 exhibits superior thermal stability than energetic salt of *** also exhibits insensitivity and excellent heat of detonation of 7,971.71 kJ·kg−***-1 greatly inhibits the corrosiveness of *** prospect,energetic COFs are promising as a functional platform to design high-energy and insensitive energetic materials.

西双版纳热带雨林主要树种的树干径流碳通量

为探明热带雨林树干径流在森林碳收支中的地位和不同树种对树干径流碳通量的影响,本研究在中国西南部的西双版纳热带季节雨林选择6个优势树种(绒毛番龙眼、大叶白颜树、梭果玉蕊、细罗伞、蚁花、窄序崖豆),对树干径流量、总碳(total carbon,TC)通量及组分〔有机碳(total organic carbon,TOC)、无机碳(total inorganic carbon,TIC),溶解态有机碳(dissolved organic carbon,DOC)、溶解态无机碳(dissolved inorganic carbon,DIC)、颗粒态有机碳(particulate organic carbon,POC)和颗粒态无机碳(particulate inorganic carbon,PIC)〕开展为期1年的研究,结合该生态系统水文过程和森林生态系统碳通量的研究结果,探究树干径流在热带森林生态系统碳循环中的地位。结果显示:各碳组分的最高浓度均在雾凉季,除了POC的最低浓度在干热季外,其他碳组分平均最低浓度均在雨季。各碳组分除颗粒态无机碳和颗粒态有机碳外,其他组分的浓度均随径流量增加而减小。这6个优势树种由于树冠结构,有无附生植物以及树皮形态等方面的不同导致其树干径流量和碳动态的种间差异。有机碳是树干径流输出的主要形式,占总碳的82.43%;其中溶解态有机碳的输出比例最高,相当于全碳的71.30%,随后为溶解态无机碳(13.25%)、颗粒态有机碳(11.13%)和颗粒态无机碳(4.32%)。虽然树干径流量仅占总降雨量的0.62%,但树干径流的输出的年总碳(TC)通量为14.8 kg C·hm^(-2)·a^(-1),相当于生态系统的碳通量的1.18%。研究结果表明,该地区的树干径流在水量和碳输出方面对热带季节雨林的碳贡献相对较小。

Geochemistry and genesis of authigenic pyrite from gas hydrate accumulation system in the Qilian Mountain permafrost, qinghai, northwest China

A type of authigenic pyrites that fully fill or semi-fill the rock fractures of drillholes with gas hydrate anomalies are found in the Qilian Mountain permafrost; this type of pyrite is known as ＂fracture-filling＂ pyrite. The occurrence of ＂fracture-filling＂ pyrite has a certain similarity with that of the hydrate found in this region, and the pyrite is generally concentrated in the lower part of the hydrate layer or the hydrate anomaly layer. The morphology, trace elements, rare earth elements, and sulfur isotope analyses of samples from drillhole DK-6 indicate that the ＂fracture-filling＂ pyrites are dominated by cubic ones mainly aligned in a step-like fashion along the surfaces of rock fractures and are associated with a circular structure, lower Co/Ni and Sr/Ba, lower ZREE, higher LREE, significant Eu negative anomalies, and 634ScDT positive bias. In terms of the pyrites＇ unique crys- tal morphology and geochemical characteristics and their relationship with the hydrate layers or abnormal layers, they are closely related with the accumulation system of the gas hydrate in the Qilian Mountain permafrost. As climate change is an important factor in affecting the stability of the gas hydrate, formation of fracture-filling pyrites is most likely closely related to the secondary change of the metastable gas hydrate under the regional climate warming. The distribution intensity of these py- rites indicates that when the gas hydrate stability zone （GHSZ） is narrowing, the hydrate decomposition at the bottom of the GHSZ is stronger than that at the top of the GHSZ, whereas the hydrate decomposition within the GHSZ is relatively weak. Thus, the zone between the shallowest and the deepest distribution of the fracture-filling pyrite recorded the largest possible original GHSZ.

以青海省西宁市大通县鹞子沟自然发病的大刺儿菜叶片中分离出的附球属真菌DT-014为研究对象,通过发酵喷雾法接种测定其对4种盆栽杂草猪秧秧(Galium spurium L.)、藜(Chenopodium album L.)、冬葵(Malva verticillate L. ***)、密花香薷(Elsholtzia densa Benth.)的致病性和5种作物蚕豆(Vicia faba L.)、豌豆(Pisum sativum L.)、青稞(Hordeum vulgare L.)、小麦(Triticum aestivum L.)、油菜(Brassica napus L.)的安全性,并通过单因素试验,以菌落直径和其孢子悬浮液OD600值为测量标准,探究菌株DT-014的最适生长培养基、碳源、氮源、固态发酵基质。结果表明,DT-014对藜(***)和猪秧秧(***)致病力较强,其次为密花香薷(***),对冬葵(***)致病力最低。DT-014对于小麦(***)、蚕豆(***)、青稞(***)、豌豆(***)相对安全,对油菜(***)有轻微影响。DT-014的最适培养基为蛋白胨培养基,最适碳源为葡萄糖,最适氮源为酵母膏,最适固态发酵基质为大豆粉。

High energy and insensitive explosives based on energetic porous aromatic frameworks

The design and synthesis of energetic materials with a compatibility of high energy and insensitivity have always been the research fronts in military and civilian *** excellent performances of porous organic frameworks and the lack of research in the field of energetic materials,in this study,a new concept named energetic porous aromatic frameworks(EPAFs)is *** strategy of coating high energy explosives such as 2,4,6,8,10,12-hexanitro-2,4,6,8,10,12-hexaazaisowurtzitane(CL-20)and 1,3,5,7-tetranitro-1,3,5,7-tetrazocane(HMX)in the EPAFs by wet-infiltration method has successfully realized the assembly of target energetic composite *** results show that the 75 wt.%CL-20@EPAF-1 possesses the safer impact sensitivity of 31.4 J than that of CL-20(4.0 J).Notably,for 75 wt.%CL-20@EPAF-1,in addition to the superior detonation performances of the detonation velocity(8,761 m·s^(-1))and detonation pressure(31.27 GPa),the synergistic effect of the nitrogen-rich EPAFs and the nitramines high energy explosives results in a higher heat of detonation that surpasses the most of pristine high explosives and reported novel energetic *** prospect,energetic porous aromatic frameworks could be a promising and inspiring strategy to build high energy insensitive energetic materials.
