The lack of effective charge transfer driving force and channel limits the electron directional migration in nanoclusters(NC)-based heterostructures,resulting in poor photocatalytic ***,a Z-scheme NC-based heterojunction(Pt1Ag2.-BTT/CoP,BTT=1,3,5-benzenetrithiol)with strong internal electric field is constructed via interfacial Co-S bond,which exhibits an absolutely superiority in photocatalytic performance with 2..89 mmol·h^(−1)·g−1 H_(2.production rate,2..77%apparent quantum yield at 42. nm,and~100%activity retention in stability,compared with Pt1Ag2.-BDT/CoP(BDT=1,3-benzenedithiol),Ag2.-BDT/CoP,and *** enhanced catalytic performance is contributed by the dual modulation strategy of inner core and outer shell of NC,wherein,the center Pt single atom doping regulates the band structure of NC to match well with CoP,builds internal electric field,and then drives photogenerated electrons steering;the accurate surface S modification promotes the formation of Co-S atomic-precise interface channel for further high-efficient Z-scheme charge directional *** work opens a new avenue for designing NC-based heterojunction with matchable band structure and valid interfacial charge transfer.

The HL-60 cell lines were stimu-lated in vitro with LPS intravenously for different time to establish the cellular model of inflammationand simultaneously induce in vivo inflammation animal model by LPS The cytotoxic effects of solubleTNFαwere checked using MTT colorimetric method to determine the rate of cell proliferation. Thelevel of expression of TACE was detected by using RT-PCR FCM and immuno-histochemical tech-nique respectively. It was found Chinese medicine Reduqing (RDQ) could inhibit the transcription ofTNFαmRNA induced by LPS stimulation (P<0.01 compared with the control). The anti-oligodeoxyribonucleotide (anti-ODN) of TNFαmRNA could inhibit 78.9% of TNFαsecretion. Themimic peptides of TACE substrates with hydroxamine group showed potency in vivo and in vitro a-gainst converting of pro-TNFα. It was concluded that all the three types of TACE inhibitors can reg-ulate the expression of TACE at different levels and inhibit sTNFαsecretion indicating TACE is anovel target for inflammation therapy.

The receptance approach to periodic structure theory is applied to study the wave propagation and vibration power flow into a base-isolated multi-storey building due to horizontal harmonic ground ***-storey buildings and laminated rubber bearings have been modeled as periodic systems in this paper. Although the simplified model considered is quite simple,it is expected that it will bring forth the key differences between continuous and a single freedom *** results indicate that the isolation effectiveness depends on not only the number of storeys of the laminated rubber bearings but also the frequency characteristics of the superstructure.

Comprehensive and quantitative assessment of human physical activity in daily life is valuable for healthcare,especially for those who suffer from obesity and neurological disorders or are at high risk of *** wearable devices,e.g.,smartwatches,are insufficient and inaccurate for monitoring highly dynamic limb movements and assessing human ***,we report a new wearable leg movement monitoring system incorporating a custom-made motion sensor with machine learning algorithm to perceive human motion accurately and comprehensively during diverse walking and running *** system enables real-time multimodal perceptions of personal identity,motion state,locomotion speed,and energy expenditure for wearers.A general law of extracting real-time metabolic energy from leg movements is verified although individual gaits show *** addition,we propose a novel sensing configuration combining unilateral lower leg movement velocity with its angular rate to achieve high accuracy and good generalizability while simplifying the wearable *** performances in personal identification(accuracy of 98.7%)and motion-state recognition(accuracy of 93.7%)are *** wearable system also exhibites high-precision real-time estimations of locomotion speed(error of 3.04%to 9.68%)and metabolic energy(error of 4.18%to 14.71%)for new subjects across various time-varying *** wearable system allows reliable leg movement monitoring and quantitative assessment of bodily kinematic and kinetic behaviors during daily activities,as well as safe identity authentication by gait parameters,which would greatly facilitate smart life,personal healthcare,and rehabilitation training.

This paper intensively explores the critical issues related to the quantitative and accurate evaluations of FCG behavior in the early stage,macro fatigue fracture toughness,and the critical crack size for damage tolerance in nuclear *** address these issues,scale-span FCG tests were carried out using two typical specimens,CT and SEM in-situ *** results indicate that the FCG threshold and the effective FCG length have a significant correlation with the modified maximum loop stress theory for a mixed I/II *** particular,the effective FCG length(a_(eq))and the applied stress threshold of polycrystalline graphite are important parameters for fatigue damage tolerance design in engineering *** influencing factors of ΔK_(th,eq) and a_(eq) were discussed in detail using the mixed I/II mode,*** addition,the scattered values of ΔK_(IC) for this graphite can be quantitatively estimated using the Weibull distribution *** predicated parameters and experimental results demonstrate a strong correlation.

A dandelion algorithm(DA) is a recently developed intelligent optimization algorithm for function optimization problems. Many of its parameters need to be set by experience in DA,which might not be appropriate for all optimization problems. A self-adapting and efficient dandelion algorithm is proposed in this work to lower the number of DA's parameters and simplify DA's structure. Only the normal sowing operator is retained;while the other operators are discarded. An adaptive seeding radius strategy is designed for the core dandelion. The results show that the proposed algorithm achieves better performance on the standard test functions with less time consumption than its competitive peers. In addition, the proposed algorithm is applied to feature selection for credit card fraud detection(CCFD), and the results indicate that it can obtain higher classification and detection performance than the-state-of-the-art methods.

The appropriate terminal attitude of missile is important to improve the damage effectiveness of fragmentation warhead against aircraft *** this paper,three missile terminal attitude selection methods are proposed to solve the problem of terminal attitude selection in different situations according to their respective evaluation *** MVE-based method uses the damage probability of each detonation point around the aircraft at a given attitude of missile to calculate the Mean Volume of Effectiveness(MVE)at the corresponding attitude,and then uses the MVE for different attitudes to select the terminal strike *** detonation position-based method addresses the case where the missile detonation position can be assessed in *** the effects of missile guidance errors and fuze activation position errors,Monte Carlo simulations are used to calculate the damage probability of aircraft with different strike attitudes,from which the terminal strike attitude is *** BP-ANN model-based method uses the constructed Back Propagation Artificial Neural Network(BP-ANN)model instead of simulation to calculate the evaluation indexes in the corresponding cases of MVE-based method and Detonation position-based method,which can improve the efficiency of attitude *** are conducted for different scenarios to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.

Metal ions participate in many metabolic processes in the human body,and their homeostasis is crucial for *** cardiovascular diseases(CVDs),the equilibriums of metal ions are frequently interrupted,which are related to a variety of disturbances of physiological processes leading to abnormal cardiac *** supplement of metal ions has the potential to work as therapeutic strategies for the treatment of *** with other therapeutic drugs,metal ions possess broad availability,good stability and safety and diverse drug delivery *** delivery strategies of metal ions are important to exert their ther-apeutic effects and reduce the potential toxic side effects for cardiovascular applications,which are also receiving increasing *** local delivery strategies for metal ions based on various biomaterials are constantly being *** this review,we comprehensively summarized the positive roles of metal ions in the treatment of cVDs from three aspects:protecting cells from oxidative stress,inducing angiogenesis,and adjusting the functions of ion *** addition,we introduced the transferability of metal ions in vascular reconstruction and cardiac tissue repair,as well as the currently available engineered strategies for the precise delivery of metal ions,such as integrated with nanoparticles,hydrogels and scaffolds.
