A new sub-micron photolithography tool has been realized by utilizing the interference of surface plasmon waves(SPWs) on the near surface of a silver(Ag)-clad ultraviolet(UV) planar waveguide.A laser beam with a wavelength of 325 nm was incident into the waveguide core,and suffered a series of total internal reflections on the interfaces between the waveguide core and the cladding layers.The incident light and the reflected light induced two beams of SPWs traveling in contrary directions,which interfered with each other and formed a standing wave as a sub-micron photolithography tool.A near-field scanning optical microscope(NSOM) was employed to measure the intensity distribution of the stationary wave field of the near surface of the Ag layer of the waveguide,anastomosed with theoretical values acquired by use of finite difference time domain(FDTD) simulations.And with this sub-micron photolithography tool a SMG with a period of 79.3 nm,in good agreement with the theoretical value of 80.1 nm,was inscribed on the surface of a self-processing hybrid SiO2/ZrO2 solgel film for the first time.

A new kind of organic-inorganic hybrid HfO 2/SiO 2 sol-gel material with a large thermo-optic coefficient and a wide linear tunable temperature range has been developed for fabrication of a long period waveguide grating (LPWG) filter,whose parameters were optimized and designed by using finite difference time domain (FDTD) simulations.The LPWG filter,a periodic rectangle-corrugated grating structure,was easily fabricated with soft-lithography technique.At a temperature range from 19°C to 70°C,the fabricated LPWG filter element demonstrated a high temperature sensitivity of about 6.5 nm/°C and a wide linear tunable temperature range of 51°C,so that it can be used as a precise thermometer.Our results are useful for the designs of LPWG filters for the implementation of a wide range of thermo-optic functions.

样品剪碎后置于顶空瓶中,用丙酮提取,采用顶空-气相色谱-质谱法测定。在色谱分析时,采用HP-35低流失石英毛细管色谱柱作固定相,在程序升温条件下分离54种致敏性芳香剂;在质谱分析时,采用电喷雾离子(EI)源进行电离,选择离子监测模式进行数据采集。结果表明,54种致敏性芳香剂在0.2~50 mg·L^(-1)内和对应的峰面积呈线性关系,测定下限(10s)为0.10~1.52 mg·kg^(-1);按照标准加入法进行回收试验,回收率为78.7%~107%,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)为1.9%~11%。方法应用于5批聚酯纤维材质消费品的分析,每批样品中均检出了致敏性芳香剂,检出量为0.319~0.884 mg·kg^(-1)。

跷板式面板开关存在可靠性设计理论不完善、批量生产中寿命一致性差等问题。触点接触压力是影响面板开关通断性能的重要参数,优化触点接触压力一致性,可以提高面板开关的可靠性。对跷板式面板开关进行触点接触压力一致性参数优化研究。根据跷板式面板开关工作原理,获取触点接触压力影响因素。建立跷板式面板开关执行机构仿真模型,计算触点接触压力。采用正交试验设计,分析各因素对触点接触压力的贡献率。运用Kriging模型,建立触点接触压力快速计算模型。利用非线性二次规划算法,求解不同因素组合下的触点接触压力波动。跷板式面板开关为低价格产品,提高设计参数公差则生产成本高,采用产品现行公差优化参数,提高触点接触压力一致性,为跷板式面板开关的优化设计提供了依据。

Screening criteria of mRNA indicators for wound age estimation

Wound age estimation is a crucial and challenging problem in forensic pathology.Although mRNA is the most commonly used indicator for wound age estimation,screening criteria are lacking.In the present study,the feasibility of screening criteria using mRNA to determine injury time based on the adenylate-uridylate-rich element(ARE)structure and gene ontology(GO)categories were evaluated.A total of 78 Sprague-Dawley male rats were contused and sampled at 4,8,12,16,20,24,28,32,36,40,44,and 48 h after inflicting injury.The candidate mRNAs were classified based on with or without ARE structure and GO category function.The mRNA expression levels were detected using qRT-PCR.In addition,the standard deviation(STD),mean deviation(MD),relative average deviation(d%),and coefficient of variation(CV)were calculated based on mRNA expression levels.The CV score(CVs)and the CV of CV(CV’CV)were calculated to measure heterogeneity.Finally,based on classic principles,the accuracy of combination of candidate mRNAs was assessed using discriminant analysis to construct a multivariate model for inferring wound age.The results of homogeneity evaluation of each group based on CVs were consistent with the MD,STD,d%,and CV results,indicating the credibility of the evaluation results based on CVs.The candidate mRNAs without ARE structure and classified as cellular component(CC)GO category(ARE-CC)had the highest CVs,showing the mRNAs with these characteristics are the most homogenous mRNAs and best suited for wound age estimation.The highest accuracy was 91.0%when the mRNAs without ARE structure were used to infer the wound age based on the discrimination model.The accuracy of mRNAs classified into CC or multiple function(MF)GO category was higher than mRNAs in the biological process(BP)category.In all subgroups,the accuracy of the composite identification model of mRNA composition without ARE structure and classified as CC was higher than other subgroups.The mRNAs without ARE structure and belonging to the CC GO category were more homogenous

Imitating the associative intelligence of the biological brain is attractive but is poorly achieved in hardware because the complex tunable connection in neural networks is difficult to reproduce. We develop a circuit composed of a three-terminal memristor network to reproduce the biological conditioning process artificially. The synaptic weight between co-firing neurons is strengthened simultaneously by generating a feedback signal from the integrate-and-fire neuron to the gate of the synaptic memristor. The network allows the multi-associative capacity of recalling more than one digit in one circuit. Both single and multi-associative learning for recalling digital images are achieved. Furthermore, all 10 digital images from “0” to “9” are successfully recalled in an associative network with such paralleling circuits. Assisted by this associative layer, a typical classification network effectively improves the recognition rate for fragmentary digital images.Our work sheds light on brain-inspired artificial associative memory and provides a strategy for applications,such as object recognition with partial features and similar scenes.

目的探讨罗沙司他对维持性腹膜透析(maintenance peritoneal dialysis,MPD)患者贫血指标及心功能的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2022年12月于我院腹膜透析中心规律随访至少3个月的接受MPD的肾性贫血患者90例,分为对照组及观察组,每组45例。对照组皮下注射促红细胞生成素,观察组口服罗沙司他胶囊,均连续治疗16周。收集并比较两组治疗前后贫血指标[红细胞(red blood cell,RBC)、血红蛋白(hemoglobin,Hb)、血细胞比容(hematocrit,Hct)]、铁代谢指标[转铁蛋白(transferrin,TRF)、总铁结合力(total iron binding capacity,TIBC)、血清铁、血清铁蛋白(serum ferritin,SF)、铁调素(Hepcidin,Hepc)]及心功能指标[脑钠肽(brain natriuretic peptide,BNP)、左心室舒张末期内径(left ventricular end diastolic diameter,LVEDD)、左心室收缩末期内径(left ventricular end systolic diameter,LVESD)]。结果治疗后,两组RBC、Hb及Hct较治疗前明显改善(P0.05)。结论罗沙司他可明显改善MPD患者贫血状态,且对心功能有一定改善作用。

Malformed fruits depreciate a plant’s market value.In tomato(Solanum lycopersicum),fruit malformation is associated with the multi-locule trait,which involves genes regulating shoot apical meristem(SAM)development.The expression pattern of TOPLESS3(SITPL3)throughout SAM development prompted us to investigate its functional significance via RNA interference(RNAi)and clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats/CRISPR-associated nuclease 9(Cas9)-mediated gene editing.Lower SITPL3 transcript levels resulted in larger fruits with more locules and larger SAMs at the 5 d after germination(DAG5)stage.Differentially expressed genes in the SAM of wild-type(WT)and SITPL3-RNAi plants,identified by transcriptome deep sequencing(RNA-seq),were enriched in the gibberellin(GA)biosynthesis and plant hormone signaling pathways.Moreover,exogenous auxin and paclobutrazol treatments rescued the multi-locule phenotype,indicating that SITPL3 affects SAM size by mediating auxin and GA levels in the SAM.Furthermore,SITPL3 interacted with WUSCHEL(SIWUS),which plays an important role in SAM size maintenance.We conducted RNA-seq and DNA affinity purification followed by sequencing(DAP-seq)analyses to identify the genes regulated by SITPL3 and SIWUS in the SAM and to determine how they regulate SAM size.We detected24 overlapping genes regulated by SITPL3 and SIWUS and harboring an SIWUS-binding motif in their promoters.Furthermore,functional annotation revealed a notable enrichment for functions in auxin transport,auxin signal transduction,and GA biosynthesis.Dual-luciferase assays also revealed that SITPL3 enhances SIWUS-mediated regulation(repression and activation)of SIPIN3 and SIGA2 ox4 transcription,indicating that the SITPL3-SIWUS module regulates SAM size by mediating auxin distribution and GA levels,and perturbations of this module result in enlarged SAM.These results provide novel insights into the molecular mechanism of SAM maintenance and locule formation in tomato and highlight the SITPL3-SIWUS module as a key regula

目的探究髂腰肌损伤患者采用超声引导痛点注射联合中医推拿治疗的临床疗效。方法选取2021年1月至2023年3月赣州市第五人民医院收治的60例髂腰肌损伤患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组(30例)和观察组(30例)。对照组采用传统常规腰腿按摩+超声引导痛点丹红注射液注射,观察组采用超声引导痛点注射+中医推拿,比较两组患者的Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、临床症状缓解时间、总有效率、总满意度。结果治疗前、治疗后1 d,两组ODI评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后7 d、1个月、6个月,观察组患者ODI评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后1 d、7 d、1个月、6个月,两组患者ODI评分低于本组治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组VAS评分低于本组治疗前,且观察组VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组临床症状缓解时间短于对照组,总有效率、总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声引导痛点注射联合中医推拿可显著缓解髂腰肌损伤患者机体疼痛,提升腰肌功能,疗效显著,可推广。

本文通过第一性原理计算和实验表征证明了二维CoH_(2)SeO_(4)薄膜的磁有序和滑移铁电性.首先,实验结果证实了粉末CoH_(2)SeO_(4)样品的反铁磁序.同时,第一性原理计算表明单层CoH_(2)SeO_(4)具有反铁磁(AFM-I)基态(TN≈75 K),且预测了二维CoH_(2)SeO_(4)薄膜具有以不对称的三重势阱态为特征的滑移铁电性,并在实验中测得了180°压电滞回线、可反转铁电畴和二次谐波信号.此外,在基于二维CoH_(2)SeO_(4)薄膜的电容器中获得铁电材料所特有的电滞回线和蝴蝶状的电容曲线.介电温谱测试表明二维CoH_(2)SeO_(4)薄膜的铁电转变温度约为370 K.CoH_(2)SeO_(4)中滑移铁电性和反铁磁性的出现为获得低维多铁材料指出了一条新的途径.
