Genetic diversity and the biogeographical process of Acheilognathus macropterus revealed by sequence variations of mitochondrial cytochrome b gene

In this study,thirty-six individuals of Acheilognathus macropterus were collected from the Heilongjiang River,the Yangtze River,and the Nandujiang *** mitochondrial cytochrome b gene region(636 base pair)was sequenced to these samples and 22 haplo-types were *** *** and *** as outgroups,their relationships were *** p-distances were calculated with Mega software and a molecular phylogenetic tree was constructed using the neighbor-joining(NJ)*** proportions of main morphological characters were compared as well.P-distances showed that the genetic differences in *** samples were far smaller than those between these samples and the *** molecular phylogenetic tree shows that samples with barbels and those without barbels were *** was no distinctive difference in proportions of morphological characteristics among *** results suggested that samples with barbels and those without barbels(formally identified as ***)are the same species;*** is synonymous with *** thirty-six individuals were grouped into five clades and the positions of the samples in the clades were correspondingly grouped within their geographical *** the five clades,clades 1 and 5 included samples from the Heilongjiang River and Nandujiang River *** samples from the Yangtze River scattered into clades 2,3,and *** were distinctive genetic differences(>5%)among ***,the distributions of the 21 samples in these three clades were not correlated to their geographical *** is postulated that these genetic differences were due to the bitterlings’mating choice mechanism,the prozygotic *** genetic differences between the fish from Nandujiang River and those from the mainland indicated that they were separated ***,the small genetic differences among the samples and the positions of the fish from the Heilonjiang Ri

Research on Pathways of How Digital Transformation Affects the Business Performance of MEEC Enterprises in Chengdu

This paper aims to examine the impact of digital transformations on the business performance of the meetings,expositions,events,and conventions(MEEC)industry in Chengdu by conducting an empirical analysis of 68 MEEC enterprises in the *** study employed the fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis(fsQCA)method to explore the pathways and factors *** on the theory of synergetics,nine condition variables were carefully selected from four dimensions:digital technologies,digital strategy,digital infrastructure,and digital *** findings revealed that digital transformations were an intricate systematic process,whereby a single factor alone did not serve as a necessary condition for MEEC enterprises to achieve high business *** analysis identified five distinct pathways that would lead to high performance,which can be categorized into three distinct models:the“organization-human resources”dominated model,the“human resources-infrastructure”driven model,and the multi-factor coordination *** analysis also identified two pathways that would result in low performance,categorized as the“basic condition absent”***,there was substantial heterogeneity observed in the configurational pathways in terms of the magnitude of the impact of digital transformation on business performance across MEEC enterprises of different *** paper suggests that the government should assume the role of a platform,providing policy and financial support to MEEC enterprises to help guide them through the process of digital transformation and that MEEC enterprises themselves should seize the opportunities arising from digital transformation to strengthen their digital infrastructure construction,human resources development,and innovation in brand *** study presents empirical evidence that contributes to the understanding of the transformation process of MEEC enterprises within the digital economy era,as well as valuable insights into

Study on the Role of Tidal Currents in the Process of Formation and Development of the Changjiang River Delta

The Changjiang River Delta is a delta of tremendous scale which is formed under the control of tide and tidal currents. The study on the role of tide and tidal currents in the process of formation and development of the Changjiang River Delta can provide a typical example for the ocean-continent interaction process in the east area of our country. The tide and tidal currents in the Bohai Sea, Yellow Sea and East China Sea at the post-glacial transgression maximum are simulated, the sediment transport field in the Paleo-Changjiang River Estuary(PCRE) and its peripheral area at that time is calculated, and the seabed erosion/accretion pattern is obtained according to the divergence of sediment transport rate. The results show that a distinctive wave belly of standing tidal wave existed at the post-glacial transgression maximum and the wave belly lines protruded seawards from the wave belly point in the mouth of the PCRE. Effects of Common Myokines on Diabetes Mellitus

Diabetes mellitus, a type of chronic metabolic disease, is occurring more frequently and causes severe threats to human health. In vivo, exercise can stimulate skeletal muscle cells to secrete and release myokines into blood circulation, which will participate in metabolism and act on multiple organs or systems. Recently, the relationship between myokines and diabetes mellitus was a hot research topic, and myokines may be potential targets for the diagnosis, monitoring, prevention and treatment of diabetes mellitus. In this review, we elucidated the multiple effects of common myokines in the pathogenesis and therapy of diabetes mellitus, which will provide a theoretical foundation of the mechanism in the positive effects of exercises on humans.

艾滋病病毒PrEP是在发生高危行为之前服用特定抗病毒药物预防HIV感染的方法,PrEP的有效性主要取决于服药者的依从性。本文综述了PrEP用药依从性及影响因素研究进展,服药人群中依从的人数占比在14.3%~74%左右,总体依从率约为23%~66%。PrEP用药依从性受忘记服药和忘记带药、污名化、自我感知HIV感染风险、经济支持、医保和服务水平、家庭和同伴的支持等因素影响,可针对这些因素制定实施干预策略,以有效提高服药者依从性。

Protective Effects of Flavonoids from Pteridium aquilinum on CCl_(4)-induced Acute Liver Injury in Mice

[Objectives]To explore the protective effects of flavonoids from Pteridium aquilinum(PAFL)on carbon tetracholoride(CCl_(4))-induced acute liver injury in mice and its potential mechanism.[Methods]All mice were randomly divided into four groups(n=10 in each),normal group,CCl_(4)group,CCl_(4)+PAFL groups[treated with PAFL(50 or 200 mg/kg)].Animal treatment was continued for 7 consecutive *** blood was collected after injection of CCl_(4)for 24 h,and the liver tissue was removed from the mice and stored at-80℃.[Results]The PAFL(50 and 200 mg/kg)significantly inhibited the increase of aspartate aminotransferase(AST)and alanine aminotransferase(ALT)levels in serum caused by CCl_(4)*** administration not only increased the activity of antioxidant enzymes superoxide dismutase(SOD),Glutathione(GSH)and catalase(CAT)in mice,but also reduced the level of malondialdehyde(MDA).Meanwhile,PAFL administration decreased the expression of nuclear factor-kappa B(NF-κB)and Cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2)proteins and inhibited the release of pro-inflammatory factors tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-1β(IL-1β)and interleukin 6(IL-6).In addition,PAFL(200 mg/kg)treatment down-regulated extracellular regulated protein kinases(ERK)and c-Jun N-terminal kinase(JNK)protein levels in liver tissue.[Conclusions]These findings clearly indicate that the protective effects of PAFL on CCl_(4)-induced acute liver injury is related to its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activity,which may be mediated by NF-κB and MAPKs signaling pathways.

长江三角洲的发育是以古长江河日湾的充填来实现的．研究潮汐、潮流在古长江河口湾充填中所起的作用，可深入了解长江三角洲的形成发育过程．建立了渤海、黄海、东海的二维潮流数学模型，数值模拟了冰后期最大海侵，即现今长江三角洲地区为巨大河口湾时的M2潮汐、潮流．在此基础上，计算了古长江河口湾及其周围海域8种粒径泥沙的潮平均悬移与推移输沙率，并根据输沙率散度的正负，划分了海底冲刷区与淤积区．根据计算结果得出，冰后期最大海侵时，存在大致以古长江河口湾湾口中点为腹点、波腹线向海凸起的独特驻潮波波腹区．在其控制下，外海潮流大致以古长江河口湾湾口中点为顶点作辐聚、辐散运动．在古潮流场作用下，经历每一个潮周期后，古长江河口湾周围海域的泥沙均向河口湾内净输运，并在河口湾内淤积．古长江河口湾的充填是在长江带来大量泥沙，外海的潮汐、潮流又有利于泥沙向河口湾内净输运，且在河口湾内沉积的情况下实现的．外海的潮汐、潮流为古长江河口湾的充填、长江三角洲的发育提供了必要而又有利的水动力环境．

选择16尾中华鳑鲏作为研究对象,对鳑鲏鱼类两性间空间认知能力的差异进行研究。试验使用T型迷宫装置,比较经过训练的雌雄个体进入目标位置所需的消耗时间、方向选择的正确率以及达到学习标准所需的训练次数。数据显示,雌性个体组训练前后的消耗时间变化及方向选择的正确率均大于雄性个体组,而达到学习标准所需的训练次数少于雄性组。试验结果表明处于生殖季节的中华鳑鲏,在经过训练后,都能够完成特定的空间认知任务,但两性间在空间认知能力上存在明显差异,生殖期的雌鱼相对雄鱼具有更好的空间学习能力。
