Mechanism of photon-induced performance changes in silicon heterojunction solar cells

Short-wavelength ultraviolet(UV)photons adversely affect hydrogenated amorphous silicon thin films,as well as on silicon heterojunction(SHJ)solar cells and *** research examines the impact and mechanisms of photon-induced performance *** A exposure disrupts Si-H bonds,significantly reducing hydrogen content in both intrinsic and doped hydrogenated amorphous silicon(a-Si:H)*** disruption impairs the interface passivation effect,leading to the degradation of SHJ solar cells and modules,primarily indicated by a decrease in open-circuit voltage(V_(oc))and fill factor(FF).UV irradiation from the front side of SHJ solar cells reduces V_(oc)and FF by 1.38%and 2.28%,respectively,resulting in a 2.28%efficiency *** irradiated from the backside show decreases in V_(oc)and FF of approximately 1.96%and 2.73%,respectively,leading to an overall efficiency reduction of approximately 3.58%.However,subsequent light-soaking increases V_(oc)and FF by approximately 0.96%and 1.37%,respectively,for frontside-irradiated cells,achieving an overall efficiency improvement of approximately 2.51%.Thus,light-soaking effectively recovers performance losses caused by UV irradiation in SHJ solar *** research clarifies the mechanisms influencing the performance of a-Si:H thin films,SHJ solar cells,and modules under UV irradiation and light-soaking,offering significant contributions towards the development of highly efficient and reliable SHJ devices.

Super-resolution image reconstruction based on three-step-training neural networks

A new method of super-resolution image reconstruction is proposed, which uses a three-step-training error backpropagation neural network （BPNN） to realize the super-resolution reconstruction （SRR） of satellite image. The method is based on BPNN. First, three groups learning samples with different resolutions are obtained according to image observation model, and then vector mappings are respectively used to those three group learning samples to speed up the convergence of BPNN, at last, three times consecutive training are carried on the BPNN. Training samples used in each step are of higher resolution than those used in the previous steps, so the increasing weights store a great amount of information for SRR, and network performance and generalization ability are improved greatly. Simulation and generalization tests are carried on the well-trained three-step-training NN respectively, and the reconstruction results with higher resolution images verify the effectiveness and validity of this method.

Direct Laser Writing Facility for Fabrication of Submicron mask

Direct laser writing technique has become a well-established, multi-functional and flexible method for fabricating high quality diffractive optical elements. We propose and build a maskless direct laser writing system with the ability to produce a sub-micron feature size. The high precision lithography is realized by using the astigmatic autofocus method. The minimum feature size of the system, breaking through the diffraction limit with the chromium layer, can achieve 300hm with the 405nm blue laser. A 50 x 50ram2 chromium grating mask with a period of 1 #m and line width of 300 nm is fabricated. This facility will be useful for the fabrication of large-scale submicron diffraction optical elements in the future.

DIMENSIONS OF ATACTIC POLY(α-METHYLSTYRENE)CHAINS WITH SIDE GROUPS

An improved configurational-confomational statistical method is developed and the mean-square radius of gyration for atactic poly（α-methylstyrene）（PαMS） chains is studied, in which the effect of large side groups is considered. The deduced formulas, based on the rotational isomer state theory, are used to investigate the configuration-dependent properties of the atactic polymer chain, and the statistical correlation of the unperturbed polymer chain dimension and structure parameters are calculated. For the fraction of meso dyads Wm= 0.4, the dependence of the radius of gyration Rg and the intrinsic viscosity [η] on the molecule mass M are Rg = 2.63×10^-2 M^0.50 nm and [η] = 7.36 × 10^-2 M^0.497, respectively, which are in agreement with the previous experimental data for the PαMS samples. A small hump is detected in the curve of the characteristic ratio of the unperturbed mean-square radius of gyration versus the chain length for short PαMS chains. The Rg increases linearly with the temperature T, and the effects of the chain length and the tacticity on the temperature coefficient are remarkable. These are quite different from the results for PαMS chains not considering side groups or for the monosubstituted polystyrene chain.

A Survey of Newtonian Core-Shell Systems with Pseudo High Order Symplectic Integrator and Fast Lyapunov Indicator

Newtonian core-shell systems, as limiting cases of relativistic core-shell models under the two conditions of weak field and slow motion, could account for massive circumstellar dust shells and rings around certain types of star remnants. Because this kind of systems have Hamiltonians that can be split into a main part and a small perturbing part, a good choice of the numerical tool is the pseudo 8th order symplectic integrator of Laskar ＆ Robutel, and, to match the symplectic calculations, a good choice of chaos indicator is the fast Lyapunov indicator （FLI） with two nearby trajectories proposed by Wu, Huang ＆ Zhang. Numerical results show that the FLI is very powerful when describing not only the transition from regular motion to chaos but also the global structure of the phase space of the system.

行人是物体检测应用中非常重要的一类目标,在检测行人的同时对人流数量进行实时精准统计在诸多领域有着很大的实用意义。通过搭建深度学习环境,设定行人数据集并对其进行重新标注、训练和测试后,对统计视频中行人目标的正确率、漏检率和误检率行了统计。结果表明:基于改进YOLOv4的行人检测模型,能够更加准确、高效地识别密集场景下的行人目标,达到了预期目标,从而能够为城市慢行系统规划和商业区规划等领域提供应用价值。

Removal of SO2 using ammonium bicarbonate aqueous solution as absorbent in a bubble column reactor

In this work, the removal of SO2 from gas mixture with air and SO2 by ammonium bicarbonate aqueous solution as absorbent was investigated experi- mentally in a bubble column reactor. The effects of the concentration of ammonium bicarbonate, the SO2 inlet concentration of gas phase and the gas flow rate on the removal rate of SO2 were studied. The results showed that the higher the SO2 inlet concentration and the gas flow rate, the shorter the lasting time of SO2 completely removed in gas outlet, and then the faster the decrease in the removal rate of SO2. The lasting time of SO2 completely removed in gas outlet increased with increasing ammonium bicarbonate concentration. During the process of SO2 absorption, there was a critical pH of solution. When the solution pH was less than the critical pH, it would sharply fall, resulting in a rapid decrease of the SO2 removal rate. A theoretical model for predicting the SO2 removal rate has been developed by taking the chemical enhancement and the sulfite concentration in the liquid phase into account simultaneously.
