目的:观察推拿功法静力性训练对肥胖大鼠血管内皮细胞功能障碍和脂联素(APN)的影响并探讨其作用机制。方法:共40只Sprague-Dawley大鼠,随机分出8只作为正常组,食用普通饲料。剩余大鼠食用高脂饲料诱导肥胖模型。模型成功后将大鼠随机分为3组,即模型组、有氧运动组和静力训练组,每组8只。正常组全程食用普通饲料,不干预。模型组全程食高脂饲料,不干预。有氧运动组给予中等强度跑步运动,静力训练组给予静力性训练,每周干预6 d,共干预8周。全程记录大鼠的体质量和体长,并计算Lee’s指数。干预结束后,称量大鼠的肾周脂肪和附睾周围脂肪的质量,并计算脂体比。生化法检测血脂四项[甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)];酶联免疫吸附法检测血清一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素1(ET-1)、可溶性血栓调节蛋白(sTM)和APN的含量。镜下观察各组大鼠的主动脉形态学变化。结果:与正常组比较,模型组的体质量、体长、Lee’s指数、肾周脂肪质量、附睾周围脂肪质量、脂体比、TG、TC、LDL、ET-1和sTM均显著升高(P<0.05),HDL、NO及APN明显降低(P<0.01)。与模型组比较,有氧运动组和静力训练组的体质量、Lee’s指数、肾周脂肪质量、附睾周围脂肪质量、脂体比、TC、LDL、ET-1和sTM均显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),HDL、NO及APN明显升高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。静力训练组较有氧运动组的NO明显升高(P<0.05)。肥胖大鼠APN与NO呈显著正相关(P<0.01),APN与ET-1、sTM均呈显著负相关(P<0.01)。主动脉形态学观察提示有氧运动组和静力训练组内皮损伤程度均较模型组减轻,且静力训练组内皮细胞形态结构的改善情况优于有氧运动组。结论:推拿功法静力性训练及有氧运动均能够改善肥胖大鼠主动脉血管内皮损伤,且推拿功法静力训练的作用效果更显著。作用机制可能与调节脂代谢和促进APN分泌有关。

背景:骨骼肌胰岛素抵抗是2型糖尿病的关键病理环节,静力性训练可以有效改善骨骼肌胰岛素抵抗,但其机制尚未明确。目的:基于PI3K/AKT/GLUT4信号通路,探讨静力性训练对2型糖尿病小鼠骨骼肌胰岛素抵抗的作用机制。方法:将40只C57BL/6小鼠适应性喂养1周后,随机选取7只作为空白组,普通饲料喂养;其余小鼠通过高脂饲料联合小剂量链脲佐菌素腹腔注射建立2型糖尿病模型。将24只造模成功的小鼠随机分为模型组(n=8)、二甲双胍组(n=8)及静力性训练组(n=8),继续以高脂饲料喂养。二甲双胍组以二甲双胍200 mg/kg的剂量溶于生理盐水(2 mL/kg)灌胃,1次/d;静力性训练组每日以生理盐水灌胃后予静力性训练,每日30 min,每周运动6 d;模型组每日予同等剂量生理盐水灌胃,无运动干预。干预6周结束后检测各组小鼠空腹血糖,行腹腔葡萄糖耐量测试并计算血糖曲线下面积;ELISA检测糖化血红蛋白、血清胰岛素、胰岛素抵抗指数;生化法检测总胆固醇、三酰甘油、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白;RT-qPCR法检测小鼠腓肠肌PI3K、AKT和GLUT4的mRNA表达量;苏木精-伊红染色观察腓肠肌形态学变化,并计算肌纤维横截面积。结果与结论:①与空白组相比,模型组小鼠的空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血糖曲线下面积、胰岛素抵抗指数、总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白显著升高(P<0.01,P<0.05);静力性训练组和二甲双胍组小鼠上述指标显著低于模型组(P<0.01,P<0.05);②与空白组相比,模型组小鼠血清胰岛素和高密度脂蛋白显著下降(P<0.01),腓肠肌组织中PI3K、AKT和GLUT4 mRNA表达量显著下降(P<0.01);静力性训练组和二甲双胍组小鼠上述指标显著升高(P<0.01);③与空白组相比,模型组小鼠肌纤维排列紊乱,肌细胞萎缩,肌纤维间隙变大,肌纤维横截面积显著减少(P<0.01);与模型组相比,静力性训练组和二甲双胍组小鼠的腓肠肌纤维萎缩和肌纤维间隙情况有一定程度的改善,肌纤维横截面积均显著增加(P<0.01);④结果提示,静力性训练可能通过上调骨骼肌组织中PI3K、AKT和GLUT4 mRNA表达,促进葡萄糖的摄取和利用,从而改善骨骼肌组织的形态与功能,减轻胰岛素抵抗,调节机体的葡萄糖稳态。

文章基于双光子聚合(TPP)效应,即双光子光刻(TPL)3D打印技术,实现了超衍射极限和高复杂结构的加工,实现了加工大深宽比的纳米柱子及由这些纳米柱子构成的超构表面。本文研究了不同TPP工艺参数对IP-Dip光刻胶微结构尺寸的影响,同时对这些参数进行了优化。文章的创新在以下两点:(1)分析了不同激光参数下纳米柱的尺寸变化,同时找出线宽最小对应的阈值参数来制备大深宽比的纳米结构。(2)对于加工步骤的优化,在显影步骤后加入了紫外灯固化和超临界二氧化碳干燥等步骤,以保证加工出的纳米结构不倒塌且具有良好的稳定性。文章使用以上改良技术,稳定的制备出具有最大深宽比接近15∶1、最小线宽214.80nm的矩形纳米柱,以及最大深宽比接近20∶1、最小直径145.44nm的圆形纳米柱,并且将制备出的大高宽比纳米柱应用在超构表面的加工中。

In this paper, we solve the output feedback control problem of stochastic high-order planar nonlinear systems with output constraint and stochastic integral input-to-state stability(SiISS) inverse dynamics. By employing a key coordinate transformation, a stochastic nonlinear system with output constraint and SiISS inverse dynamics is converted into an unconstrained system. By skillfully constructing an observer and adopting SiISS small-gain conditions, we develop a new output feedback control design and analysis method, and prove that all the closed-system signals are bounded almost surely, the output constraint is not violated almost surely, and the equilibrium point of the closed-loop system is stochastically asymptotically stable.

In this study, the fixed-time stabilization problem of stochastic high-order nonlinear systems with output constraint and high-order and low-order nonlinearities is addressed. A new coordinate transformation is employed to directly convert output-constrained stochastic systems into an equivalent unconstrained *** fully extracting the characteristics of system nonlinearities and using the stochastic fixed-time stability theorem, a new design and analysis method is constructed to guarantee that the trivial solution of the closed-loop system is stochastically fixed-time stable while fulfilling the output constraint.

Nanocarbon-based conductive membranes, especially carbon nanotube (CNT)-based membranes, have tremendous potential for wastewater treatment and water purification because of their excellent water permeability and selectivity, as well as their electrochemically enhanced performance (e.g., improved antifouling ability). However, it remains challenging to prepare CNT membranes with high structural stability and high electrical conductivity. In this study, a highly electroconductive and structurally stable polyphenylene/CNT (PP/CNT) composite membrane was prepared by electropolymerizing biphenyl on a CNT hollow fiber membrane. The PP/CNT membrane showed 3.4 and 5.0 times higher electrical conductivity than pure CNT and poly(vinyl alcohol)/CNT (PVA/CNT) membranes, respectively. The structural stability of the membrane was superior to that of the pure CNT membrane and comparable to that of the PVA/CNT membrane. The membrane fouling was significantly alleviated under an electrical assistance of −2.0 V, with a flux loss of only 11.7% after 5 h filtration of humic acid, which is significantly lower than those of PP/CNT membranes without electro-assistance (56.8%) and commercial polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) membranes (64.1%). Additionally, the rejection of negatively charged pollutants (humic acid and sodium alginate) was improved by the enhanced electrostatic repulsion. After four consecutive filtration-cleaning cycle tests, the flux recovery rate after backwashing reached 97.2%, which was much higher than those of electricity-free PP/CNT membranes (67.0%) and commercial PVDF membranes (61.1%). This study offers insights into the preparation of stable conductive membranes for membrane fouling control in potential water treatment applications.
