Phase decomposition can effectively enhance the mechanical properties of carbide ceramics and can overcome the difficulty of enhancing the mechanical properties of single-phase multicomponent carbide ceramics.In this work,a series of nonstoichiometric(TiZrVNb)Cx ceramics were prepared by spark plasma sintering(SPS)at different temperatures.The effects of the carbon content on the phase composition,microstructure evolution,and mechanical properties were investigated in detail.Phase decomposition occurred with decreasing carbon content.Two different solid solutions of(Ti,V)-rich and Zr-rich phases formed from the decomposition of equimolar single-phase solid solutions,namely,the Zr-poor phase and Zr-rich phase,respectively.The distribution of Nb element is relatively uniform.The semicoherent interfaces between the Zr-poor phase and the Zr-rich phase can harden and strengthen effectively under the synergistic effect of grain refinement.Ceramics with phase decomposition structures have apparent advantages compared to single-phase high-entropy carbides.This work provides an important train of thought for the microstructure tailoring and properties optimization of multi-component carbide ceramics.

Mitochondrial toxicity induced by therapeutic drugs is a major contributor for cardiotoxicity,posing a serious threat to pharmaceutical industries and patients’lives.However,mitochondrial toxicity testing is not incorporated into routine cardiac safety screening procedures.To accurately model native human cardiomyocytes,we comprehensively evaluated mitochondrial responses of adult human primary cardiomyocytes(h PCMs)to a nucleoside analog,remdesivir(RDV).Comparison of their response to human pluripotent stem cell-derived cardiomyocytes revealed that the latter utilized a mitophagy-based mitochondrial recovery response that was absent in h PCMs.Accordingly,action potential duration was elongated in h PCMs,reflecting clinical incidences of RDV-induced QT prolongation.In a screen for mitochondrial protectants,we identified mitochondrial ROS as a primary mediator of RDV-induced cardiotoxicity.Our study demonstrates the utility of h PCMs in the detection of clinically relevant cardiac toxicities,and offers a framework for h PCM-based high-throughput screening of cardioprotective agents.

BACKGROUND Heterotopic ossification(HO)refers to the formation of new bone in non-skeletal tissues such as muscles,tendons or other soft tissues.Severe muscle and soft tissue injury often lead to the formation of HO.However,anterior HO of the ankle is rarely reported.CASE SUMMARY We report a patient with massive HO in front of the ankle joint for 23 years.In 1998,the patient was injured by a falling object on the right lower extremity,which gradually formed a massive heterotopic bone change in the right calf and dorsum of the foot.The patient did not develop gradual ankle function limitations until nearly 36 mo ago,and underwent resection of HO.Even after 23 years and resection of HO,the ankle joint was still able to move.CONCLUSION It is recommended that the orthopedist should be aware of HO and distinguish it from bone tumor.

Multiscale control of MnO2 growth via [WO6]-perturbed[MnO6] assembly toward a favorable balance between capacitance and rate performance

Although pseudocapacitive manganese dioxide（MnO2） integrates the high-power merit of carbonaceous materials with the high-energy merit of battery-type materials,it still has a long way to go in achieving a more satisfactory balance of higher energy and power density,and in decoupling the relationship of structural characteristics with energy storage performance.To realize such goals,a bottom-up [WO6]-perturbed [MnO6] assembly strategy has been developed here due to their similar structure,yet mismatched lattice parameters.This facile protocol is capable of finely controlling the morphology and crystal structure of MnO2by adjusting its internal[WO6] concentration.Therefore,the as-prepared WxMnO2is treated as an ideal platform to scrutinize the correlations of the structure with the energy storage performance.The operando Raman spectra and finite element analysis have fully demonstrated the superiority of the locally ordered defects-enriched structure of W0.02-MnO2,which could reach a favorable balance between the ion diffusion equilibrium time and the number of active sites.As a result,the W0.02-MnO2is able to deliver a high capacitance of 292 F·g-1at a current density of 1 A·g-1and a remarkable rate performance with a 60% capacity retention at a current density of 50 A·g-1.The further unveiled structure-performance relationship provides a guideline for the design of better pseudocapacitive energy storage devices.

Breast cancer is the most common malignancy in women worldwide.Triplenegative breast cancer(TNBC),refers breast cancer negative for estrogen receptor,progesterone receptor and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2,characterized by high drug resistance,high metastasis and high recurrence,treatment of which is a difficult problem in the clinical treatment of breast cancer.In order to better treat TNBC clinically,it is a very urgent task to explore the mechanism of TNBC resistance in basic breast cancer research.Pregnane X receptor(PXR)is a nuclear receptor whose main biological function is to participate in the metabolism,transport and clearance of allobiological agents in PXR.PXR plays an important role in drug metabolism and clearance,and PXR is highly expressed in tumor tissues of TNBC patients,which is related to the prognosis of breast cancer patients.This reviews synthesized the important role of PXR in the process of high drug resistance to TNBC chemotherapeutic drugs and related research progress.

BACKGROUND The effectiveness of Platelet-Rich Plasma(PRP)in the treatment of patients with Achilles tendon rupture(ATR)and Achilles tendinopathy(AT)has been controversial.AIM To assess PRP injections’effectiveness in treating ATR and AT.METHODS A comprehensive review of relevant literature was conducted utilizing multiple databases such as Cochrane Library,PubMed,Web of Science,Chinese Science and Technology Journal,EMBASE,and China Biomedical CD-ROM.The present investigation integrated randomized controlled trials that assessed the effectiveness of platelet-rich plasma injections in managing individuals with Achilles tendon rupture and tendinopathy.The eligibility criteria for the trials encompassed publications that were published within the timeframe of January 1,1966 to December 2022.The statistical analysis was performed utilizing the Review Manager 5.4.1,the visual analogue scale(VAS),Victorian Institute Ankle Function Scale(VISA-A),and Achilles Tendon Thickness were used to assess outcomes.RESULTS This meta-analysis included 13 randomized controlled trials,8 of which were randomized controlled trials of PRP for AT and 5 of which were randomized controlled trials of PRP for ATR.PRP for AT at 6 wk[weighted mean difference(WMD)=1.92,95%CI:-0.54 to 4.38,I2=34%],at 3 mo[WMD=0.20,95%CI:-2.65 to 3.05,I2=60%],and 6 mo[WMD=2.75,95%CI:-2.76 to 8.26,I2=87%)after which there was no significant difference in VISA-A scores between the PRP and control groups.There was no significant difference in VAS scores between the PRP group and the control group after 6 wk[WMD=6.75,95%CI:-6.12 to 19.62,I2=69%]and 6 mo[WMD=10.46,95%CI:-2.44 to 23.37,I2=69%]of treatment,and at mid-treatment at 3 mo[WMD=11.30,95%CI:7.33 to 15.27,I2=0%]after mid-treatment,the PRP group demonstrated better outcomes than the control group.Post-treatment patient satisfaction[WMD=1.07,95%CI:0.84 to 1.35,I2=0%],Achilles tendon thickness[WMD=0.34,95%CI:-0.04 to 0.71,I2=61%]and return to sport[WMD=1.11,95%CI:0.87 to 1.42,I2=0%]were not significantly different

针对现有盾构隧道施工引发地表沉降预测方法中存在的难以同时挖掘数据之间的非线性特征关系和双向时序信息的问题,通过融合卷积神经网络(CNN)、双向长短期记忆(BiLSTM)与自注意力机制(SA)提出一种基于深度学习的地表最大沉降预测方法(CNN-BiLSTM-SA)。该方法首先利用CNN提取网络输入数据之间的非线性特征关系,利用BiLSTM网络提取输入数据的双向时序信息,然后引入SA机制为CNN提取的特征分配相应的权重,有效捕获时间序列中的关键信息,最后通过全连接层输出最终地表沉降预测结果。以湖南万家丽路电力盾构隧道工程为依托构建地表沉降数据集,并选用ANN、RNN、LSTM、BiLSTM模型开展对比分析。研究结果表明:评估指标CNN-BiLSTM-SA的平均绝对误差(MAE)、均方根(RMSE)、决定系数(R2)、平均绝对百分误差(MAPE)均为最优,具有更好的地表沉降预测性能。

Research and Discussion on Flipped Classroom Combined with Case-Based Learning in Pharmacoeconomics Teaching

Objective:To explore the application effect of flipped classroom combined with case-based learning teaching methods in pharmacoeconomics teaching.Methods:The students majoring in clinical pharmacy in 2019 were selected as the study subjects,and the cost-effectiveness analysis of different dosage forms of Yinzhihuang in the treatment of neonatal jaundice was selected as the teaching case.The flipped classroom combined with case-based learning teaching method was used to carry out theoretical teaching to the students.After the course,questionnaires were distributed through the Sojump platform to evaluate the teaching effect.Results:The results of the questionnaire showed that 85.71%of the students believed that the flipped classroom combined with case-based learning teaching method was helpful in mobilizing the learning enthusiasm and initiative,and improving the comprehensive application ability of the knowledge of pharmacoeconomics.92.86%of the students think that it is conducive to the understanding and memorization of learning content,as well as the cultivation of teamwork,communication,etc.Conclusion:Flipped classroom combined with case-based learning teaching method can improve students’knowledge mastery,thinking skills,and practical application skills,as well as optimize and improve teachers’teaching levels.

语言智能在深刻改变语言治理的同时,自身也成为了语言治理的新对象。语言智能的治理,可以以数据和市场为抓手,因为数据是智能技术研发的起点,且直接来源于社会和市场,而市场应用则是智能技术研发的终点,也是研发的最终驱动力。从数据治理来看,语言数据资源决定着语言智能在性能、技术落地、关键领域应用和伦理安全等重要方面的表现,但目前中国很多行业数据化程度较低、数据质量不高,关键领域数据国产化程度有限,且伦理安全的地位亟待提高。从评价治理来看,学术机构和政府机构组织的技术评测已经成为推动智能技术和产品进步的重要手段,已形成“数据-技术-评测”闭环,但中国的技术评测在权威性、影响力、规划和设计科学程度上尚有提升空间。安全治理首先是能力问题,即能力落后于需求;其次是伦理安全问题,集中于语言资源、应用和社会文化方面。因此,语言智能治理首先要以数据为基础,以评测为牵引,提升语言智能能力;其次,要从数据、评测和使用等方面把好安全关,从理念、组织、实施、学科和社会文化等方面把好伦理关。

语体能力是重要的语用能力,大规模语言模型(下称“大模型”)要在语言生活中落地,需对语体能力进行充分的评价和研究。本文将语体能力定义为在特定语域下使用合适语体进行交际的能力,并基于此设计了语体分类、语体生成、语体转换三个任务,以评测Chat GPT等大模型的中文语体能力。研究发现不同大模型在不同任务和语体上各有其优势与局限。GPT-4的中文语体能力最为全面,Chat GPT和文心一言性能较为出色,Chat GLM-6B和讯飞星火的表现较弱且不稳定。此外,大模型生成的散文、小说等文本过于正式,缺乏文采,一致性错误、规范性错误、事实性错误、不合逻辑、语句不流畅、机器翻译痕迹明显等问题较为突出。本研究为训练和测试人类的语体能力提供了方法参考,对语文教学、国际中文教育等领域的语言能力提升具有借鉴价值。
