Soil bacterial and fungal communities resilience to long-term nitrogen addition in subtropical forests in China

Atmospheric nitrogen(N)deposition is predicted to increase,especially in the ***,the responses of soil microorganisms to long-term N addition at the molecular level in N-rich subtropical forests have not been clarified.A long-term nutrient addition experiment was conducted in a subtropical evergreen old-growth forest in *** four treatments were:control,low N(50 kg N ha^(-1)a^(-1)),high N(100 kg N ha^(-1)a^(-1)),and combined N and phosphorus(P)(100 kg N ha^(-1)a^(-1)+50 kg P ha^(-1)a^(-1)).Metagenomic sequencing characterized diversity and composition of soil microbial communities and used to construct bacterial/fungal co-occurrence ***-treated soils were more acidic and had higher levels of dissolved organic carbon than *** were no significant differences in microbial diversity and community composition across *** addition of nutrients increased the abundance of copiotrophic bacteria and potentially beneficial microorganisms(e.g.,Gemmatimonadetes,Chaetomium,and Aureobasidium).Low N addition increased microbiome network *** rare fungi were identified as module hubs under nutrient addition,indicating that low abundance fungi were more sensitive to increased *** results indicate that the overall composition of microbial communities was stable but not static to long-term N *** findings provide new insights that can aid predictions of the response of soil microbial communities to long-term N addition.

The safety of nanoparticle-based drug delivery systems(DDSs)for cancer treatment is still a challenge,restricted by the intrinsic cytotoxicity of drug carriers and leakage of loaded ***,we propose a novel nanocarrier’s cytotoxicity avoidance strategy by synthesizing an encapsulation core–shell structure of zeolitic imidazolate framework-8(ZIF-8)-based colloid particles(CPs)with an amorphous ZIF-8 *** encapsulation structure achieves an ultra-high loading rate(LR)of 90%(i.e.,9 mg doxorubicin(DOX)per 1 mg ZIF-8)for DOX and the protection of DOX from ***,to deliver unit-dose drug,this ultra-high LR of 90%significantly reduces the usage of ZIF-8 to 1.2%(2 orders of magnitude)compared to that of DOX@ZIF-8 with a 10%LR,in which cytotoxicity of ZIF-8 could well below the safety limit and then be relatively ***,drug delivery efficacy,scale-up ability,and universality of this encapsulation structure have been further *** findings suggest the great potential of this ZIF-8-based encapsulation core–shell structure in the field of drug delivery.

Synthesis and in-situ noble metal modification of WO3·0.33H2O nanorods from a tungsten-containing mineral for enhancing NH3 sensing performance

Ag-and Pt-doped WO3-0.33 H2O nanorods with high response and selectivity to NH3 were synthesized from a tungsten-containing mine ral of scheelite concentrate by a simple combined process,namely by a high pressure leaching method to obtain tungstate ions-containing leaching solution and followed by a hydrothermal method to prepare corresponding *** microstructure and NH3 sensing perfo rmance of the final products were investigated *** microstructure characte rization showed that the as-prepared WO3-0.33 H2 O nanorods had a hexagonal crystal structure,and Ag and Pt nanoparticles were uniformly distributed in the WO3-0.33 H2O nano *** sensing measurements indicated that Ag and Pt nanopa rticles not only could obviously enhance NH3 sensing properties in terms of response,selectivity as well as response/recovery time,but also could reduce the optimal operating temperature at which the highest response was *** highest responses of 22.4 and 47.6 for Agand Pt-doped WO3-0.33 H2O nanorods to 1000 ppm NH3 were obtained at 225 and 175℃,respectively,which were about four and eight folds higher than that of pure one at 250℃.The superior NH3 sensing properties are mainly ascribed to the catalytic activities of noble metals and the different work functions between noble metals and WO3-0.33 H2 O.

Supported Pd catalysts show superior activities for olefin productions from alkynes through semi-hydrogenation reactions,but over-hydrogenation into alkanes highly decreases olefin *** phenylacetylene semi-hydrogenation as a model reaction,here we explore the optimization approaches toward better Pd catalysts for alkyne semi-hydrogenation through investigating support effect and metal-support *** results show that the states of Pd with supports can be tuned by varying oxide reducibility,loading ratios,and *** our system,0.06 wt.%Pd on rutile-TiO_(2) nanorods shows the highest activity owing to the synergistic effects of single-atoms and *** reducibility can change the filling degrees of Pd 4d orbitals through varying interfacial bonding strengths,which further affect catalytic activity and selectivity.

A 110-year ensemble simulation of an ocean general circulation model(OGCM)was analyzed to identify the modulation of salinity interdecadal variability on El Niño-Southern Oscillation(ENSO)amplitude in the tropical Pacific during *** simulating results show that sea surface salinity(SSS)variation in the region exhibits notable and coherent interdecadal variability signal,which is closely associated with the Interdecadal Pacific Oscillation(IPO).As salinity increases or reduces,the SSS modulations on ENSO amplitude during its warm/cold events vary asymmetrically with positive/negative IPO ***,salinity interdecadal variability can enhance or reduce ENSO-related conditions in upper-ocean stratification,contributing noticeably to ENSO *** anomalies associated with the mixed layer depth and barrier layer thickness can modulate ENSO amplitude during positive and negative IPO phases,resulting in the asymmetry of sea surface temperature(SST)anomaly in the tropical *** positive IPO phases,SSS interdecadal variability contributes positively to El Niño amplitude but negatively to La Niña amplitude by enhancing or reducing SSS interannual variability,and vice versa during negative IPO ***,the results indicate that the modulation of the ENSO amplitude by the SSS interdecadal variability is 15%-28%during negative IPO phases and 30%-20%during positive IPO phases,***,the SSS interdecadal variability associated with IPO and its modulation on ENSO amplitude in the tropical Pacific are among factors essentially contributing ENSO diversity.

A subgroup H of a group G is said to be self-conjugate-permutable if H Hx= HxH implies Hx= H for any x of G. A finite group G is called an SC-group(P SC-group, respectively)if all cyclic subgroups of G of order 2 or order 4(prime order or order 4, respectively) are selfconjugate-permutable in G. In this paper, we first investigate the structure of finite non-solvable groups all of whose second maximal subgroups are SC-groups; then we mainly investigate the structure of finite groups in which all of maximal subgroups of even order are P *** fact, we describe the structure of finite groups which are not P SC-groups but all of whose maximal subgroups of even order are P SC-groups.

Long noncoding RNA(lncRNA)IDH1 antisense RNA 1(IDH1-AS1)is involved in the progression of multiple cancers,but its role in epithelial ovarian cancer(EOC)is ***,we investigated the expression levels of IDH1-AS1 in EOC cells and normal ovarian epithelial cells by quantitative real-time PCR(qPCR).We first evaluated the effects of IDH1-AS1 on the proliferation,migration,and invasion of EOC cells through cell counting kit-8,colony formation,EdU,transwell,wound-healing,and xenograft *** then explored the downstream targets of IDH1-AS1 and verified the results by a dual-luciferase reporter,qPCR,rescue experiments,and Western *** found that the expression levels of IDH1-AS1 were lower in EOC cells than in normal ovarian epithelial *** IDH1-AS1 expression of EOC patients from the Gene Expression Profiling Interactive Analysis database indicated a favorable prognosis,because IDH1-AS1 inhibited cell proliferation and xenograft tumor growth of ***1-AS1 sponged miR-518c-5p whose overexpression promoted EOC cell *** miR-518c-5p mimic also reversed the proliferation-inhibiting effect induced by IDH1-AS1 ***,we found that RNA binding motif protein 47(RBM47)was the downstream target of miR-518c-5p,that upregulation of RBM47 inhibited EOC cell proliferation,and that RBM47 overexpressing plasmid counteracted the proliferation-promoting effect caused by the IDH1-AS1 *** together,IDH1-AS1 may suppress EOC cell proliferation and tumor growth via the miR-518c-5p/RBM47 axis.

文章从数字化基础、数字化应用、数字化创新和数字化效益4个维度,构建数字经济发展水平的综合评价体系,采用全局时序因子分析法对中国30个省份2013—2019年的数字经济发展水平进行测度,通过莫兰指数和标准椭圆差对各省份数字经济发展指数的空间关联性和空间延展性进行分析。结果显示:2013—2019年中国各省份数字经济发展水平逐年上升且呈现显著的空间正相关性,集聚形态主要表现为“低-高”集聚和“低-低”趋同。数字经济重心主要分布在32.4395°N—32.6629°N、114.5250°E—115.4509°E这一范围内变动,延展方向由“北—南”走向逐渐朝着“东北—西南”走向演变,且这种趋势仍在加强。
