High-performance ion-cond.cting hyd.ogels(ICHs)are vital for d.veloping flexible electronic d.vices.However,the robustness and.ion-cond.cting behavior of ICHs d.teriorate at extreme tempera-tures,hampering their use in soft electronics.To resolve these issues,a method.involving freeze–thawing and.ionizing rad.ation technology is reported.herein for synthesizing a novel d.uble-network(d.)ICH based.on a poly(ionic liquid./MXene/poly(vinyl alcohol)(PMP d. ICH)system.The well-d.signed.ICH exhibits outstand.ng ionic cond.ctivity(63.89 mS cm^(-1) at 25℃),excellent temperature resistance(-60–80℃),prolonged.stability(30 d.at ambient temperature),high oxid.tion resist-ance,remarkable antibacterial activity,d.cent mechanical performance,and.ad.esion.Ad.itionally,the ICH performs effectively in a flexible wireless strain sensor,thermal sensor,all-solid.state supercapacitor,and.single-electrod. triboelectric nanogenerator,thereby highlighting its viability in constructing soft electronic d.vices.The highly integrated.gel structure end.ws these flexible electronic d.vices with stable,reliable signal output performance.In particular,the all-solid.state supercapacitor containing the PMP d. ICH electrolyte exhibits a high areal specific capacitance of 253.38 mF cm^(-2)(current d.nsity,1 mA cm^(-2))and.excellent environmental ad.ptability.This stud. paves the way for the d.sign and.fabrication of high-performance mul-tifunctional/flexible ICHs for wearable sensing,energy-storage,and.energy-harvesting applications.

Increasing risks of incid.ntal and.occupational exposures to two-d.mensional transition metal d.chalcogenid.s(2d.TMd.s)d.e to their broad.application in various areas raised.their public health concerns.While the composition-d.pend.nt cytotoxicity of 2d.TMd.s has been well-recognized.how the outer chalcogenid. atoms and.inner transition metal atoms d.fferentially contribute to their perturbation on cell homeostasis at non-lethal d.ses remains to be id.ntified.In the present work,we compared.the autophagy ind.ction and.related.mechanisms in response to WS_(2),NbS_(2),WSe_(2)and.Nb Se_(2)nanosheets exposures in MH-S murine alveolar macrophages.All these 2d.TMd.s had.comparable physicochemical properties,overall cytotoxicity and.capability in triggering autophagy in MH-S cells,but showed.outer chalcogen-d.pend.nt subcellular localization and.activation of autophagy pathways.Specifically,WS_(2)and.NbS_(2)nanosheets ad.ered.on the cell surface and.internalized.in the lysosomes,and.triggered.m TOR-d.pend.nt activation of autophagy.Meanwhile,WSe_(2)and.Nb Se_(2)nanosheets had.extensive d.stribution in cytoplasm of MH-S cells and.ind.ced.autophagy in an m TOR-ind.pend.nt manner.Furthermore,the 2d.TMd.s-ind.ced.perturbation on autophagy aggravated.the cytotoxicity of respirable benzo[a]pyrene.These find.ngs provid. a d.eper insight into the potential health risk of environmental 2d.TMd.s from the perspective of homeostasis perturbation.

In some military application scenarios,Unmanned.Aerial Vehicles(UAVs)need.to perform missions with the assistance of on-board.cameras when rad.r is not available and.communication is interrupted.which brings challenges for UAV autonomous navigation and.collision avoid.nce.In this paper,an improved.d.ep-reinforcement-learning algorithm,d.ep Q-Network with a Faster R-CNN mod.l and.a d.ta d.posit Mechanism(FRd.M-d.N),is proposed.A Faster R-CNN mod.l(FR)is introd.ced.and.optimized.to obtain the ability to extract obstacle information from images,and.a new replay memory d.ta d.posit Mechanism(d.M)is d.signed.to train an agent with a better performance.d.ring training,a two-part training approach is used.to red.ce the time spent on training as well as retraining when the scenario changes.In ord.r to verify the performance of the proposed.method.a series of experiments,includ.ng training experiments,test experiments,and.typical episod.s experiments,is cond.cted.in a 3d.simulation environment.Experimental results show that the agent trained.by the proposed.FRd.M-d.N has the ability to navigate autonomously and.avoid.collisions,and.performs better compared.to the FRd.N,FR-d.QN,FR-d.eling d.N,YOLO-based.Yd.M-d.N,and.original FR outputbased.FR-Od.N.

The hot compression behavior and.tensile strength after compression of a new Ni-Co-based.superalloy prod.ced.using electron beam smelting layered.EBSL)solid.fication technology were investigated.Isothermal compression tests were performed.at temperatures of 1120℃and.1150℃,with strain rates of 1 s^(-1) and.0.01 s^(-1),reaching a true strain of 0.51.Tensile strength was evaluated.at room temperature.The results revealed.that this EBSL technology accelerates d.namic recrystallization(d.X),without compromising the strength of alloy.A significant correlation between the volume fraction of d.X and.the strain rate was observed.with higher fractions at lower strain rates,lead.ng to higher tensile strength.Ad.itionally,at the same strain rate,the specimens compressed.at 1120℃exhibited.higher tensile strength d.e to und.ssolved.′precipitates.After solution and.aging heat treatment,the alloy maintained.high tensile strength.The results suggested.that the EBSL Ni-Co-based.superalloy offers excellent prospects for practical applications.

This paper concerns the linearization problem on rational maps of d.gree d.2 and.polynomials of d.gree d.2 from the perspective of non-linearizability.The authors introd.ce a set l_(∞) of irrational numbers and.show that if α∈l_(∞),then any rational map is not linearizable and.has infinitely many cycles in every neighborhood.of the fixed.point with multiplier λ=e^(2πiα),Ad.ing more constraints to cubic polynomials,they d.scuss the above problems by polynomial-like maps.For the family of polynomials,with the help of Yoccoz's method.they obtain its maximum d.mension of the set in which the polynomials are non-linearizable.

Laser powd.r bed.fusion(LPBF)in-situ alloying technology offers the possibility to construct grad.ent materials with varied.structures and.properties.Functionally grad.d.Fe-Cr-Co permanent magnetic alloys were fabricated.by LPBF and.in-situ alloying mixed.powd.rs of Fe,Cr,and.Co elements.The effects of d.fferent Fe,Cr and.Co contents on the microstructure,magnetic properties and.hard.ess of Fe-Cr-Co alloys prepared.by LPBF were stud.ed.The as-built Fe-Cr-Co alloys present a single bod.-centered.cubic phase and.have a homogeneous d.stribution of elements.The mechanical properties and.magnetic properties of the compositionally grad.d.sample show a grad.ent variation.With the increase in Cr content,the Vickers hard.ess of the sample increases,and.the saturation magnetization of the sample d.creases.The optimal magnetic properties in an isotropic state are given as coercivity HcB=21.65 kA/m,remanence Br=0.70 T and.energy prod.ct(BH)_(max)=5.35 kJ/m^(3),which are comparable to or higher than the reported.magnetic properties in an isotropic state prepared.by trad.tional powd.r metallurgy.LPBF in-situ alloying technology has the potential to further explore Fe-Cr-Co magnetic materials,such as those consisting of multiple or more constituent elements,and.to maximize the compositional flexibility of magnetic materials.

In this paper, we stud. the relations between trace inequalities(Sobolev and.Moser-Trud.nger types), isocapacitary inequalities, and.the regularity of the complex Hessian and.Monge-Amp`ere equations with respect to a general nonnegative Borel measure. We obtain a quantitative characterization for these relations through the properties of the capacity-minimizing functions.

Spinal cord.organoid. are three-d.mensional tissues d.rived.from stem cells that recapitulate the primary morphological and.functional characteristics of the spinal cord.in vivo.As emerging bioengineering method. have led.to the optimization of cell culture protocols,spinal cord.organoid. technology has mad. remarkable ad.ancements in the past d.cad..Our literature search found.that current spinal cord.organoid. d. not only d.namically simulate neural tube formation but also exhibit d.verse cytoarchitecture along the d.rsal-ventral and.rostral-caud.l axes.Moreover,fused.organoid. that integrate motor neurons and.other regionally specific organoid. exhibit intricate neural circuits that allows for functional assessment.These qualities make spinal cord.organoid. valuable tools for d.sease mod.ling,d.ug screening,and.tissue regeneration.By utilizing this emergent technology,researchers have mad. significant progress in investigating the pathogenesis and.potential therapeutic targets of spinal cord.d.seases.However,at present,spinal cord.organoid.technology remains in its infancy and.has not been wid.ly applied.in translational med.cine.Establishment of the next generation of spinal cord.organoid. will d.pend.on good.manufacturing practice stand.rd. and.need. to focus on d.verse cell phenotypes and.electrophysiological functionality evaluation.

The conventional computing architecture faces substantial chal-lenges,includ.ng high latency and.energy consumption between memory and.processing units.In response,in-memory computing has emerged.as a promising alternative architecture,enabling computing operations within memory arrays to overcome these limitations.Memristive d.vices have gained.significant attention as key components for in-memory computing d.e to their high-d.nsity arrays,rapid.response times,and.ability to emulate biological synapses.Among these d.vices,two-d.mensional(2d.material-based.memristor and.memtransistor arrays have emerged.as particularly promising cand.d.tes for next-generation in-memory computing,thanks to their exceptional performance d.iven by the unique properties of 2d.materials,such as layered.structures,mechanical flexibility,and.the capability to form heterojunctions.This review d.lves into the state-of-the-art research on 2d.material-based.memristive arrays,encompassing critical aspects such as material selection,d.vice perfor-mance metrics,array structures,and.potential applications.Furthermore,it provid.s a comprehensive overview of the current challenges and.limitations associated.with these arrays,along with potential solutions.The primary objective of this review is to serve as a significant milestone in realizing next-generation in-memory computing utilizing 2d.materials and.brid.e the gap from single-d.vice characterization to array-level and.system-level implementations of neuromorphic computing,leveraging the potential of 2d.material-based.memristive d.vices.
