NF-κb signaling has been discovered for nearly 40 ***,NF-κb signaling was identified as a pivotal pathway in mediating inflammatory ***,with extensive and in-depth investigations,researchers have discovered that its role can be expanded to a variety of signaling mechanisms,biological processes,human diseases,and treatment *** this review,we first scrutinize the research process of NF-κb signaling,and summarize the composition,activation,and regulatory mechanism of NF-κb *** investigate the interaction of NF-κb signaling with other important pathways,including PI3K/AKT,MAPK,JAK-STAT,TGF-β,Wnt,Notch,Hedgehog,and TLR *** physiological and pathological states of NF-κb signaling,as well as its intricate involvement in inflammation,immune regulation,and tumor microenvironment,are also ***,we illustrate how NF-κb signaling is involved in a variety of human diseases,including cancers,inflammatory and autoimmune diseases,cardiovascular diseases,metabolic diseases,neurological diseases,and ***,we discuss the therapeutic approaches targeting NF-κb signaling,including IKK inhibitors,monoclonal antibodies,proteasome inhibitors,nuclear translocation inhibitors,DNA binding inhibitors,TKls,non-coding RNAs,immunotherapy,and ***,we provide an outlook for research in the field of NF-κb *** hope to present a stereoscopic,comprehensive NF-κb signaling that will inform future research and clinical practice.

Elastic metamaterials with unusual elastic properties offer unprecedented ways to modulate the polarization and propagation of elastic ***,most of them rely on the resonant structural components,and thus are frequency-dependent and ***,we present a reconfigurable 2D mechanism-based metamaterial which possesses transformable and frequency-independent elastic *** on the proposed mechanism-based metamaterial,interesting functionalities,such as ternarycoded elastic wave polarizer and programmable refraction,are ***,unique ternary-coded polarizers,with 1-trit polarization filtering and 2-trit polarization separating of longitudinal and transverse waves,are first ***,the strong anisotropy of the proposed metamaterial is harnessed to realize positive-negative bi-refraction,only-positive refraction,and only-negative ***,the wave functions with detailed microstructures are numerically verified.

An interlaminar damage shell model for typical composite structures

Using the plate/shell elements in commercial software,accurate analysis of interlaminar initial damage in typical composite structures is still a challenging *** propose an accurate and efficient model for analysis of interlaminar initial damage,the following work is carried out:(A)A higher-order theory is firstly proposed by introducing the local Legendre polynomials,and then a novel shell element containing initial damage prediction is developed,which can directly predict transverse shear stresses without any postprocessing *** variables at each node are independent of number of layers,so the proposed model is more efficient than the 3D-FEM.(b)Compression experiment is carried out to verify the capability of the proposed *** results obtained from the proposed model are in good agreement with experimental data.(C)Several examples have been analyzed to further assess the capability of the proposed model by comparing to the 3D-FEM ***,accuracy and efficiency have been evaluated in different damage criterion by comparing with the selected *** numerical results show that the proposed model can well predict the initial interlaminar damage as well as other ***,the model is implemented with UEL subroutine,so that the present approach can be readily utilized to analyze the initial damage in typical composite structures.

Multi-objective Optimization of Integrated Energy Systems Considering Ladder-type Carbon Emission Trading and Refined Load Demand Response

In this paper,a novel multi-objective optimization model of integrated energy systems(IESs)is proposed based on the ladder-type carbon emission trading mechanism and refined load demand response ***,the carbon emission trading mechanism is introduced into the optimal scheduling of IESs,and a ladder-type carbon emission cost calculation model based on rewards and penalties is established to strictly control the carbon emissions of the ***,according to different response characteristics of electric load and heating load,a refined load demand response model is built based on the price elasticity matrix and substitutability of energy supply *** these basis,a multi-objective optimization model of IESs is established,which aims to minimize the total operating cost and the renewable energy source(RES)***,based on typical case studies,the simulation results show that the proposed model can effectively improve the economic benefits of IESs and the utilization efficiency of RESs.

We investigate the problem of maximizing the sum of submodular and supermodular functions under a fairness *** sum function is non-submodular in *** an offline model,we introduce two approximation algorithms:A greedy algorithm and a threshold greedy *** a streaming model,we propose a one-pass streaming *** also analyze the approximation ratios of these algorithms,which all depend on the total curvature of the supermodular *** total curvature is computable in polynomial time and widely utilized in the literature.

Next-generation advanced high/pulsed power capacitors urgently require dielectric materials with outstanding energy storage ***_(0.5)Na_(0.5)TiO_(3)-based lead-free materials exhibit high polarization,but the high remanent polarization and large polarization hysteresis limit their applications in dielectric ***,high-entropy perovskite relaxor ferroelectrics(Na_(0.2)bi_(0.2)ba_(0.2)Sr_(0.2)Ca_(0.2))(Ti1-x%Zrx%)O_(3)are designed by adding multiple ions in the A-site and replacing the b-site Ti^(4+)with a certain amount of Zr^(4+).The newly designed system showed high relaxor feature and slim polarization-electric(P-E)***,improved relaxor feature and obviously delayed polarization saturation were found with the increasing of Zr^(4+).Of particular importance is that both high recoverable energy storage density of 6.6 J/cm^(3) and energy efficiency of 93.5%were achieved under 550 kV/cm for the ceramics of x=6,accompanying with excellent frequency stability,appreciable thermal stability,and prosperous discharge *** work not only provides potential dielectric materials for energy storage applications,but also offers an effective strategy to obtain dielectric ceramics with ultrahigh comprehensive energy storage performance to meet the demanding requirements of advanced energy storage applications.

Zinc-ion batteries are promising for large-scale electrochemical energy storage systems,which still suffer from interfacial issues,e.g.,hydrogen evolution side reaction(HER),self-corrosion,and uncontrollable dendritic Zn *** the regulation of electric double layer(EDL)has been verified for interfacial issues,the principle to select the additive as the regulator is still ***,several typical amino acids with different characteristics were examined to reveal the interfacial behaviors in regulated EDL on the Zn *** charged acidic polarity(NCAP)has been unveiled as the guideline for selecting additive to reconstruct EDL with an inner zincophilic H_(2)O-poor layer and to replace H_(2)O molecules of hydrated Zn^(2+)with NCAP *** the synergistic effects of EDL regulation,the uncontrollable interface is significantly stabilized from the suppressed HER and anti-self-corrosion with uniform ***,by adding NCAP glutamate,a high average Coulombic efficiency of 99.83%of Zn metal is achieved in Zn|Cu asymmetrical cell for over 2000 cycles,and NH4V4O10|Zn full cell exhibits a high-capacity retention of 82.1%after 3000 cycles at 2 A g^(-1).Recapitulating,the NCAP principle posted here can quicken the design of trailblazing electrolyte additives for aqueous Zn-based electrochemical energy storage systems.

Lymphoid mononuclear cells from chick embryos at stage 16 were collected prior to fetal liver and thymus genesis to study the dif- ferentiation and function of the hematogenic yolk sac and to detect whether CD2 occurs on the surface of lymphoid mononuclear cells. The phenotype and functional activity of the cell surface protein E receptor and the ultrastructure of embryonic E~+ cells were compared with those of mature T *** results indicate 99.36% homology between the E receptors of embryonic lymphocytes and mature T *** similarities,including molecular distribution,motivation,the ability to form an erythrocyte rosette,the structure of the receptor-ligand complex,and the conformation of the signal channel,were detected between embryonic lymphocytes and mature CD2-expressing T *** results indicate that CD2 is already expressed prior to fetal liver and thymus genesis and that its expression is not dependent on the thymic microenvironment.

Curve Classification based onMean-Variance Feature Weighting and Its Application

The classification of functional data has drawn much attention in recent *** main challenge is representing infinite-dimensional functional data by finite-dimensional features while utilizing those features to achieve better classification *** this paper,we propose a mean-variance-based(MV)feature weighting method for classifying functional data or functional *** the feature extraction stage,each sample curve is approximated by b-splines to transfer features to the coefficients of the spline *** that,a feature weighting approach based on statistical principles is introduced by comprehensively considering the between-class differences and within-class variations of the *** also introduce a scaling parameter to adjust the gap between the weights of *** new feature weighting approach can adaptively enhance noteworthy local features while mitigating the impact of confusing *** algorithms for feature weighted K-nearest neighbor and support vector machine classifiers are both ***,the new approach can be well integrated into existing functional data classifiers,such as the generalized functional linear model and functional linear discriminant analysis,resulting in a more accurate *** performance of the mean-variance-based classifiers is evaluated by simulation studies and real *** results show that the newfeatureweighting approach significantly improves the classification accuracy for complex functional data.
