Aim:To explore cytotoxic T lymphocyte （CTL） response induced by the lipopeptidevaccine against cervical ***:The immunological effect inducingCDS+ T cell-mediated cytotoxicity was investigated in human leukocyte antigen（HLA）-A2 transgenic mice and peripheral blood mononuclear cells （PBMC） ofhealthy HLA-A2.1+blood *** activity of specific CTL was measured byusing a standard 4 h51Cr release *** content of major histocompatibilitycomplex （MHC） I on T2 cells and the expression of immune molecules on dendriticcells （DC） were detected by flow cytometry,and the concentrations of interleukin（IL）-12 and interferon-γ were determined by ***:The lipopeptideinduced a strong epitope-specific CTL response both in vivo （transgenic mice）and in vitro （human PBMC）.This CTL induction was critically dependent on thepresence of the helper T lymphocyte epitope in transgenic mice,and the presenceof a lipid tail bypassed the need for an *** stability and persistence ofthe antigenic complex formed with the lipopeptide increased in comparison withthe CTL parental *** lipopeptide could induce the production of IL-12 inDC,but not the maturation of DC ***:The combination of CTLand the T helper epitope and lipid molecule can remarkably improve the immuno-genicity of the CTL peptide,the mechanism of which is associated with an in-crease in the stability and persistence of the antigenic complex formed with thelipopeptide and in the production of IL-12 in DC induced by the *** can be considered a more effective vaccine type for human being.

Ti-based catalysts are known to improve the hydrogen storage performance of NaAlH4by facilitating the dissociation/recombination of H-H and Al-H *** catalytic activity of metallic Ti species strongly depends on its particle size and *** clusters and even single atoms are therefore highly desirable,but their controllable fabrication has been highly *** rein,we demonstrate a novel facile sonochemical synthesis of a Ti-O clusters featuring single Ti atom catalyst at room *** reducing TiCl_(4)by MgBu_(2)with ultrasound instead of heating as driving force,numerous single Ti atoms coupled with Ti-O clusters with Ti loading on graphene(Ti_(1)/Ti-O@G)up to 22.6 wt%have been successfully *** prepared Ti_(1)/Ti-O@G contributes high reactivity and superior catalytic activity,therefore enabling full dehydrogenation of NaAlH_(4)at 80℃in thermogravimetric mode and re-hydrogenation at 30℃and 10 MPa with 4.9 wt% H_(2).This fact indicates for the first time that single Ti atom catalyst with high loading is highly effective in catalyzing hydrogen cycling of NaAlH4at remarkably reduced temperatures.

Enhanced photothermal dehydration of methanol over W_(18)O_(49)/Au/SAPO-34 catalysts with broadened light absorption

Methanol-to-olefins(MTO)process is one of the most critical pathways to produce low carbon ***,the reaction is driven by thermal catalysis,which inevitably needs to consume large amounts of fossil *** a new technique to substitute for the fuel burning is urgent for MTO process to improve the industry prospects and ***,we report a novel W_(18)O_(49)/Au/SAPO-34(W/Au/S),a multifunctional photothermal catalyst for the MTO reaction.A high methanol conversion was achieved under xenonum(Xe)lamp irradiation,yielding methyl ether(ME)and ethylene as the main *** optimized W/Au/S catalysts showed ethylene yield as high as 250μmol in 60 min,which was 2.5 times higher than that of Au/*** physiochemical characterization revealed that the SAPO-34 molecular sieves were surrounded by Au and W_(18)O_(49)nanoparticles,which exhibited a strong localized surface plasmon resonance excitation around 540 nm and light absorption beyond 500 *** multifunctional catalysts showed a strong photothermal effect,arising from the broadened light absorption of Au and W_(18)O_(49)nanoparticles,leading to a temperature as high as 250℃on the surface of the *** study showed that the superior ethylene selectivity of W/Au/S catalysts was attributed to the moderating acidic sites of W_(18)O_(49)for methanol dehydration to *** research may provide new insight for designing heterostructures to improve photo-to-chemical conversion performance and is expected to accelerate progress toward the excellent multifunctional photothermal catalysts with broad light absorption for methanol activation and C-C bond formation.

Coilia nasus,a migratory fish species found in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River and along offshore areas of China,possesses considerable aquacultural and economic ***,the species faces challenges due to significant variation in the gonadal development rate among females,resulting in inconsistent ovarian maturation times at the population level,an extended reproductive period,and limitations on fish growth rate due to ovarian *** the present study,we combined genome-wide association study(GWAS)and comparative transcriptome analysis to investigate the potential single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs)and candidate genes associated with population-asynchronous ovarian development in *** of the female population based on whole-genome resequencing yielded 2120695 high-quality SNPs,39 of which were suggestively associated with ovarian *** note,a significant SNP peak on LG21 containing 30 suggestively associated SNPs was identified,with cpne5a determined as the causal gene of the ***,single-marker and haplotype association analyses were performed on cpne5a,revealing four genetic markers(P0.9)significantly associated with the *** transcriptome analysis of precociously and normally maturing individuals screened out 29 and 426 overlapping differentially expressed genes in the brain and ovary,respectively,between individuals of different body *** the GWAS and transcriptome analysis results,this study identified genes and pathways related to hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis hormone secretion,extracellular matrix,angiogenesis,and gap junctions involved in population-asynchronous ovarian *** insights gained from this study provide a basis for a deeper understanding of the molecular mechanisms underlying ovarian development in fish and may facilitate the genetic breeding of *** strains exhibiting population-synchronous ovarian

AIM: To develop an expression, purification system of recombinant E. coli which can express C reactive protein (CRP) and to identify the immune reactivity of the CRP to anti-CRP specific antibody. METHOD: The CRP cDNA was amplified by RT-PCR from human liver eDNA library and inserted into expression vector pCRT7/NT. The recombined plasmid CRP-pCRT7/NT which expressed the fusion protein of CRP was then transferred into lysogenic host strain E coll. BL21(DE3). The target protein was identified using SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(SDS-PAGE). Affinity chromatography was used for protein purification. The immune reactivity of purified CRP was identified by Western blot using anti-CRP specific antibody. RESULTS and CONCLUSION: A plasmid expressed CRP protein was constructed and the purification system of CRP protein was established. The immune reactivity of the purified protein was identified by Western blot, which made a good foundation for the preparation of CRP test kit.
