目的探讨雷公藤内酯醇(TPL)减轻糖尿病性白内障模型大鼠视网膜和白内障病变的作用及其机制。方法将50只大鼠随机分为空白对照组(A组),模型对照组(B组),TPL低、中、高剂量组(C_(1)组、C_(2)组、C_(3)组),各10只。除A组外,其余各组大鼠腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(溶于pH 4.5的0.1 mol/L柠檬酸缓冲液中)60 mg/kg,以诱导糖尿病性白内障和视网膜病变。C_(1)组、C_(2)组、C_(3)组大鼠腹腔注射10,25,50 mg/kg TPL,A组、B组大鼠腹腔注射等量生理盐水,持续10周。采用血糖仪测定空腹血糖;观察给药后大鼠的晶状体混浊度,评估白内障严重程度;采用苏木精-伊红(HE)染色,观察眼球横切面视网膜的组织病理学和形态学变化;测定吸光度,考察大鼠晶状体上清液中丙二醛(MDA)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽还原酶(GR)、醛糖还原酶(AR)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、p38促分裂原活化蛋白激酶(p38 MAPK)、细胞外调节蛋白激酶1/2(ERK1/2)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的活性。结果眼球横切面视网膜的组织病理学HE染色切片显示,C_(1)组、C_(2)组、C_(3)组大鼠存在晶状体纤维和前上皮细胞,并伴均质化区域;形态学HE染色切片显示,C_(1)组、C_(2)组、C_(3)组大鼠外核层和内核层的排列疏松现象、神经节细胞数量均明显改善。与B组比较,C_(1)组、C_(2)组、C_(3)组大鼠的空腹血糖、晶状体浑浊度分级、白内障严重程度分级及晶状体上清液中MDA,AR,p38 MAPK,ERK1/2,VEGF水平均显著降低(P<0.05),视网膜总厚度、外核层视网膜厚度、视网膜神经节层中神经元数量及晶状体上清液中CAT,SOD,GR水平均显著升高(P<0.05)。结论 TPL为潜在的治疗糖尿病眼部并发症的药物,如视网膜和白内障病变。TPL可能通过抑制AR、抗氧化作用、MAPK信号传导来发挥保护作用,特别是通过下调ERK1/2,p38 MAPK,VEGF的表达。

The inhomogeneity is introduced by a nonzero density gradient which separates the plasma into two different regions where plasma density are *** Alfvén waves,the phase mixing and the fast magnetosonic wave are excited by the boundary condition in inhomogeneous magnetized *** using the Hall–magnetohydrodynamics(MHD)model,it is found that there are Alfvén waves in the homogeneous regions,while the phase mixing appears in the inhomogeneous *** interesting result is that a fast magnetosonic wave is excited in a different direction which has a nonzero angle between the wave propagation direction and the direction of the background magnetic *** dependence of the propagation direction of the excited fast magnetosonic wave and its strength of the magnetic field on the plasma parameters are given *** results show that increasing both the driving frequency and the ratio of magnetic pressure to thermal pressure will increase the acceleration of the *** electron acceleration also depends on the inhomogeneity parameters.

This study established the following groups of rats： a normal group, a sham surgery group, a spinal cord injury model group, a low-frequency electroacupuncture group, a high-frequency electroacupuncture group and a semen coicis group. In all but the normal and sham surgery groups the left half of Tlo was transected. Four hours after model induction, 5-Hz and 100-Hz electroacupuncture were used to stimulate the acupoints I-luantiao （GB 30）, Zusan/i （ST 36）, Zhiyan9 （DU 9） and Xuanshu （DU 5）, or crude extract from semen coicis was intraperitoneally injected, for 8 consecutive weeks. The results indicated that electroacupuncture stimulation and intraperitoneal injection of semen coicis improved the morphology of spinal cord tissue, promoted the recovery of motion-evoked potentials, suppressed glial fibrillary acidic protein expression, and ameliorated motor function in rats with hemisection spinal cord injury. The effects of high-frequency （100 Hz） electroacupuncture ancl semen coicis were significant.

背景:牙囊细胞因优异的特性在牙周组织再生工程中的运用更加广泛,随着生物支架材料研究的发展,牙囊细胞与牙周组织再生技术的关系日益紧密。目的:综述不同实验对象牙囊细胞在内外源生物因素作用下的表现,并结合支架材料分析其对牙囊细胞生物学特性的影响。方法:以“dental follicle cell,scaffolds,material,periodontal tissue regeneration,tissue engineering,review”及“牙囊细胞,支架,材料,牙周组织再生,组织工程,综述”为关键词,检索PubMed,Sciencedirect和中国知网数据库2013-2023年发表的文献,最后纳入95篇文献进行分析与讨论。结果与结论:①牙囊细胞起源于牙囊组织,具有一定的干细胞分化潜能,因其优良性能正积极应用于牙周组织再生工程研究。②牙囊细胞的增殖及成骨分化受多种生物因素的影响,内源性因素与外源性因素在一定程度上均对牙囊细胞的增殖以及骨向分化能力具有一定的促进作用。③3D打印技术、纳米技术使研究者们能够制造出更为合适的支架材料。④高分子材料显示了其在牙周组织再生中的灵活性和可塑性,可根据缺损部位的不同,从而制造具有针对性的支架材料,实现高效的组织再生;无机材料因具备良好的生物相容性在牙周组织再生工程中得以广泛使用,通过调整纳米级无机材料的含量或许可改善支架的性能,从而制备生物相容性更好的支架。⑤目前尚有多种新型人工合成(复合)材料,向研究者们展现出优良的特性,但由于支架材料中生物因素对牙囊细胞作用的机制较为复杂,且有关牙囊细胞的研究多集中在体外培养,故如何制作出更适合牙囊细胞生长发育的支架材料,并将其安全有效地应用于临床治疗是未来研究的方向。

There is increasing evidence that the gut microbiota affects the incidence and progression of central nervous system diseases via the brain-gut *** spinal cord is a vital important part of the central nervous system;however,the underlying association between spinal cord injury and gut interactions remains *** studies suggest that patients with spinal cord injury frequently experience intestinal dysfunction and gut *** in the gut microbiota can cause disruption in the intestinal barrier and trigger neurogenic inflammatory responses which may impede recovery after spinal cord *** review summarizes existing clinical and basic research on the relationship between the gut microbiota and spinal cord *** research identified three key ***,the gut microbiota in patients with spinal cord injury presents a key characteristic and gut dysbiosis may profoundly influence multiple organs and systems in patients with spinal cord ***,following spinal cord injury,weakened intestinal peristalsis,prolonged intestinal transport time,and immune dysfunction of the intestine caused by abnormal autonomic nerve function,as well as frequent antibiotic treatment,may induce gut ***,the gut microbiota and associated metabolites may act on central neurons and affect recovery after spinal cord injury;cytokines and the Toll-like receptor ligand pathways have been identified as crucial mechanisms in the communication between the gut microbiota and central nervous *** microbiota transplantation,probiotics,dietary interventions,and other therapies have been shown to serve a neuroprotective role in spinal cord injury by modulating the gut *** targeting the gut microbiota or associated metabolites are a promising approach to promote functional recovery and improve the complications of spinal cord injury.

The co-removal of PCDD/Fs by SCR system in a full-scale municipal solid waste incinerator:Migration-transformation and decomposition pathways

Polychlorinated dibenzo-p-dioxins and furans(PCDD/Fs)generated from municipal solid waste(MSW)incineration are considered as the key pollutants,which could pose serious risks to the environment and *** study comprehensively investigated the effect of selective catalytic reduction(SCR)system on PCDD/F removal,phase distributions,and migrationtransformation characteristics of 17 congeners in a full-scale MSW *** three flue gas samples and two fly ash samples were separately collected for PCDD/F *** results showed that the SCR system reduced the I-TEQ concentration of PCDD/Fs from 0.135 to 0.010 ng I-TEQ Nm^(−3)with a remarkable toxicity removal efficiency of 92.6%,through oxidation decomposition over V_(2)O_(5)-WO_(3)/TiO_(2)catalysts and chlorination process of low-chlorinated *** addition,the de novo synthesis observed along the flue between SCR system and stack regenerated unexpected PCDD/Fs,which might enhance the PCDD/F emission *** study verified the three pathways of SCR system on PCDD/F removal and inspired operating suggestions for SCR system,i.e.,keeping SCR system operated in stable and consistent conditions,regularly replacing V_(2)O_(5)-WO_(3)/TiO_(2)catalysts,and timely cleaning the dusts and inlet materials of SCR system,which would be beneficial for achieving the ultra-low emission of PCDD/Fs in full-scale MSW incinerators.

Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis(IPF)is a lethal progressive fibrotic lung *** development of IPF involves different molecular and cellular processes,and recent studies indicate that lactate plays a significant role in promoting the progression of the ***,the mechanism by which lactate metabolism is regulated and the downstream effects remain *** molecular chaperone CCT6A performs multiple functions in a variety of biological *** research has identified a potential association between CCT6A and serum lactate levels in IPF ***,we found that CCT6A was highly expressed in type 2 alveolar epithelial cells(AEC2s)of fibrotic lung tissues and correlated with disease *** increases the accumulation of lipid droplets in epithelial ***6A inhibits lipid synthesis by blocking the production of lactate in AEC2s and alleviates bleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis in *** addition,our results revealed that CCT6A blocks HIF-1α-mediated lactate production by driving the VHL-dependent ubiquitination and degradation of HIF-1αand further inhibits lipid accumulation in fibrotic *** conclusion,we propose that there is a pivotal regulatory role of CCT6A in lactate metabolism in pulmonary fibrosis,and strategies aimed at targeting these key molecules could represent potential therapeutic approaches for pulmonary fibrosis.

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the mechanisms behind the effects of acupuncture in Traditional Chinese Medicine,we delved into the adenosine triphosphate/peripheral purinergic P2X receptor 3(ATP/P2X3)receptor signaling system as an indicator of the body's energy state,commonly referred to as"Qi".METHODS:The tail-flick test was utilized to explore the impact of acupuncture on pain tolerance threshold(PTT)in mice,while also assessing adenosine(ADO)levels and adenylate energy charge(EC)at Zusanli(ST36).The study further investigated the dose-dependent effects of acupuncture on PTT and ADO levels at Zusanli(ST36).To shed light on the underlying mechanisms of acupuncture's effects,the study examined the impact of ATP,a P2X3 receptor antagonist,and adenosine disodium on PTT following acupuncture ***:Acupuncture at Zusanli(ST36)led to significant improvements in PTT in mice,with the most effective interventions being twirling for 2 min and needle retention for 28 *** interventions also resulted in significant increases in ATP *** effects of acupuncture were further augmented by administration of different doses of ATP at Zusanli(ST36),and pretreatment with a P2X3 receptor antagonist decreased *** EC peaked at 30 min after intraperitoneal injection of ATP,and pretreatment with various doses of *** 30 min prior to acupuncture increased PTT in a dose-dependent ***,pretreatment with an *** intramuscular injection of adenosine disodium enhanced the effects of ***:This research provides compelling evidence that ATP is involved in the regulation of PTT through acupuncture,revealing new avenues for achieving enhanced clinical outcomes.
