Stellerite-seeded facile synthesis of zeolite X with excellent aqueous Cd^(2+)and Ni^(2+)adsorption performance

Zeolite X was synthesized by a two-step hydrothermal method using natural stellerite zeolite as the silicon seed,and its adsorption performance for Cd^(2+)and Ni^(2+)ions was experimentally and comprehensively investigated.The effects of p H,zeolite X dosage,contact time,and temperature on adsorption performance for Cd^(2+)and Ni^(2+)ions over were studied.The adsorption process was endothermic and spontaneous,and followed the pseudo-second-order kinetic and the Langmuir isotherm models.The maximum adsorption capacitiesfor Cd^(2+)and Ni^(2+)ions at 298 K were 173.553 and 75.897 mg.g-1,respectively.Ion exchange and precipitation were the principal mechanisms for the removal of Cd^(2+)ions from aqueous solutions by zeolite X,followed by electrostatic adsorption.Ion exchange was the principal mechanisms for the removal of Ni^(2+)ions from aqueous solutions by zeolite X,followed by electrostatic adsorption and precipitation.The zeolite X converted from stellerite zeolite has a low n(Si/Al),abundant hydroxyl groups,and high crystallinity and purity,imparting a good adsorption performance for Cd^(2+)and Ni^(2+)ions.This study suggests that zeolite X converted from stellerite zeolite could be a useful environmentally-friendly and effective tool for the removal of Cd^(2+)and Ni^(2+)ions from aqueous solutions.

目的探讨长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)NUTM2A-AS1对氧化低密度脂蛋白(oxLDL)诱导的血管内皮细胞损伤的影响及分子机制。方法将人脐静脉血管内皮细胞(HUVEC)在DMEM培养基中培养,采用100μg/mL oxLDL处理的HUVEC纳入oxLDL组,常规培养的细胞纳入Con组。将lncRNA NUTM2A-AS1干扰表达载体及阴性对照、miR-129-5p模拟物及阴性对照转染至HUVEC后采用100μg/mL oxLDL处理后的细胞分别纳入oxLDL+si-NUTM2A-AS1组、oxLDL+si-NC组、oxLDL+miR-129-5p组、oxLDL+miR-NC组。将lncRNA NUTM2A-AS1干扰表达载体与微小RNA(miR)-129-5p抑制剂或阴性对照共转染至HUVEC后采用100μg/mL的oxLDL处理的细胞分别纳入oxLDL+si-NUTM2A-AS1+anti-miR-129-5p组、oxLDL+si-NUTM2A-AS1+anti-miR-NC组。采用试剂盒测量细胞中丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性;采用流式细胞术检测细胞凋亡;采用蛋白质印迹法检测蛋白表达;采用双荧光素酶报告实验及RNA下拉实验检测NUTM2A-AS1与miR-129-5p的靶向关系。结果与Con组比较,oxLDL组lncRNA NUTM2A-AS1表达水平升高,miR-129-5p表达水平降低,MDA含量升高,SOD、GSH-Px活性降低,血管内皮细胞凋亡率和cleaved-caspase3、cleaved-caspase9表达水平升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干扰lncRNA NUTM2A-AS1表达或过表达miR-129-5p后,MDA含量降低,SOD、GSH-Px活性升高,细胞凋亡率降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。lncRNA NUTM2A-AS1敲低介导的oxLDL条件下血管内皮细胞的损伤抑制可以被miR-129-5p下调逆转。lncRNA NUTM2A-AS1靶向调控miR-129-5p。结论干扰lncRNA NUTM2A-AS1表达通过靶向上调miR-129-5p抑制oxLDL诱导的血管内皮细胞损伤。

circ_0114427靶向微小RNA-330-5p调控脂多糖诱导的肺泡上皮细胞凋亡及炎症反应

目的探讨circ_0114427对脂多糖(LPS)诱导的肺泡上皮细胞凋亡和炎症的影响及其机制。方法体外培养人肺泡上皮细胞,分别转染si-circ_0114427、微小RNA(miR)-330-5p mimics或共转染si-circ_0114427与anti-miR-330-5p后,用10 mg/L LPS处理24 h。采用实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应(qRT-PCR)法检测细胞中circ_0114427和miR-330-5p表达量;采用蛋白免疫印迹评估活化的天冬氨酸特异性半胱氨酸蛋白酶-3(Cleaved-caspase3)和活化的天冬氨酸特异性半胱氨酸蛋白酶-9(Cleaved-caspase9)蛋白水平;采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)表达;采用流式细胞术分析细胞凋亡。采用双荧光素酶报告实验验证circ_0114427和miR-330-5p的互作关系。结果肺泡上皮细胞经LPS处理后,细胞中circ_0114427表达升高,miR-330-5p表达降低(P<0.05)。敲减circ_0114427或上调miR-330-5p可以抑制LPS诱导的肺泡上皮细胞凋亡、Cleaved-caspase3、Cleaved-caspase9表达以及IL-6和TNF-α水平(P<0.05)。circ_0114427靶向结合并负调控miR-330-5p。miR-330-5p下调可以逆转circ_0114427敲低对LPS诱导的细胞凋亡和炎症的抑制作用。结论敲减circ_0114427可抑制LPS诱导的肺泡上皮细胞凋亡和炎症,这可能与miR-330-5p上调有关。

Nitrogen-doped microporous graphite-enhanced copper plasmonic effect for solar evaporation

Water scarcity is a global challenge,and solar evaporation technology offers a promising and eco-friendly solution for freshwater production.Photothermal conversion materials(PCMs)are crucial for solar evaporation.Improving photothermal conversion efficiency and reducing water evaporation enthalpy are the two key strategies for the designing of PCMs.The desired PCMs that combine both of these properties remain a challenging task,even with the latest advancements in the field.Herein,we developed copper nanoparticles(NPs)with different conjugated nitrogen-doped microporous carbon coatings(Cu@C–N)as PCMs.The microporous carbon enveloping layer provides a highly efficient pathway for water transport and a nanoconfined environment that protects Cu NPs and facilitates the evaporation of water clusters,reducing the enthalpy of water evaporation.Meanwhile,the conjugated nitrogen nodes form strong metal-organic coordination bonds with the surface of copper NPs,acting as an energy bridge to achieve rapid energy transfer and provide high solar-to-vapor conversion efficiency.The Cu@C–N exhibited up to 89.4%solar-to-vapor conversion efficiency and an evaporation rate of 1.94 kgm^(−2) h^(−1) under one sun irradiation,outperforming conventional PCMs,including carbon-based materials and semiconductor materials.These findings offer an efficient design scheme for high-performance PCMs essential for solar evaporators to address global water scarcity.

Controlled synchronization of complex network with different kinds of nodes

In this paper, a new dynamical network model is introduced, in which the nodes of the network are different. It is shown that by the designed controllers, the state of the network can exponentially synchronize onto a homogeneous stationary state. Some criteria are derived and some examples are presented. The numerical simulations coincide with theoretical analysis.

Registration system reform and initial public offering ownership preference:Evidence from China

Whether registration system reform(RSR)can curb administrative intervention and create a fair market environment has long been a concern in China.We explore this issue from the perspective of the initial public offering(IPO)preference based on the entropy balancing method,and findings are as follows.First,an IPO ownership preference exists under approval system.That is,state-owned enterprises(SOEs)are more likely than private enterprises to obtain IPO approval.However,RSR significantly changes this preference,especially for non-politically connected private enterprises.Second,the post-IPO market performance of SOEs is inferior to that of private enterprises under approval system,thus excluding the view that approval is prioritized for SOEs because of superior performance.Third,compared with SOEs,private enterprises are more likely to switch the issuance system from approval system to registration system;this change makes it easier for them to obtain IPO approval,indicating that private enterprise owners perceive the registration channel to be fairer.Fourth,the effect of RSR on IPO ownership preference mainly occurs in companies in three major urban agglomerations in China—the Pearl River Delta,the yangtze River Delta,and the Beijing–Tian jin–Hebei region—and in technology-intensive industries.Collectively,our findings reveal that RSR cultivates a fairer IPO approval process.

J_n-INTEGRAL AND THE CONTROLLING PARAMETER FOR CRACK GROWTH

The J-integral as a controlling parameter was applied to the crack growing process in an elastic-plastic state by Hutchinson and Paris[1], and Shih et. al[2]. An engineering approach based on J-integral was proposed by Ref.[3]. Obviously, it is necessary to determine whether J is really a bask controlling parameter. It has been shown from the results given in this paper that it is not bask, but the Jn-integral defined in this paper is a proper controlling parameter for crack growth in an clastic-plastic state.

This study aims to analyze the coking process and propose an effective method for the reutilization of fluid catalytic cracking(FCC)coke block.Herein,we analyzed the basic characteristics and chemical composition of FCC coke blocks.The results showed that the main components were carbon,oxygen,and aluminum,accounting for 60.8%,26.6%,and 11.5%,respectively.Under the conventional catalytic cracking reaction temperature from 500°C to 600°C,the formation of the first aromatic hydrocarbon was particularly important for the formation of coke.The condensation of oil-gas-entrained catalyst particles and their heavy components was the physical cause of coking,while the dehydrogenation condensation reaction of oil-gas heavy components was the chemical factor.In addition,the membrane prepared by powdered coke had excellent photothermal conversion ability,which could be heated to more than 110°C within 360 s under two fixed light intensities.The evaporation rate of photothermal water was 5.89 kg m 2 h−1,which has great industrial application potential.These works provide a novel and effective method of separation membrane for the reutilization of FCC coke blocks.
