This study aims to further enhance the oil recovery of reservoirs in the Zhong-2 Block of the Gudao Oilfield by identifying the most effective microbial-flooding activator systems and applying them in the *** began by analyzing the structure of the reservoirs'endogenous microbial communities to understand the potential impact of microbial *** was followed by determining commonly used activator systems based on their abilities to stimulate oil-displacement functional *** laboratory experiments on oil displacement efficiency and sweep characteristics,we determined the optimal activator injection method(injection ratio)and the requisite bacterial concentration for maximal microbial-flooding ***,we selected the optimal activator systems and applied them to field *** findings suggest the target block is highly receptive to *** terms of performance,the activator systems ranked as No.3>No.4>No.1>***,a deep activator system,when compared to the top-performing No.3 system,exhibited a higher bacterial concentration peak and longer peaking *** oil displacement effects were observed at a 1:4 vol ratio between the No.3 activator and deep activator systems,with bacterial concentrations of up to 106 cells/mL or *** tests with the selected activator systems,following a specific injection protocol,demonstrated a notable increase in oil production and a reduction in water cut.

作为深具哲学气质的理论人类学家,列维-斯特劳斯构建了具有“元人类学”意义的结构人类学,意在处理人类的无意识层面上的心智运作机制。故在探讨亲属关系这一传统人类学的主要议题时,列维-斯特劳斯关注的不是“亲属关系”本身,而是“亲属关系的基本结构”。通过将结构语言学的音位学原理应用于亲属关系分析,列维-斯特劳斯区别了意识层面上的亲属关系“称谓系统”与亲属关系“态度系统”,构拟了基于三种维度亲属关系的无意识层面上的亲属关系结构(亲属关系的原子),从而将“婚亲”与“血亲”关系的分析推进到规范性的理论层次,由此指出人类的“婚姻关系”不仅以“乱伦禁忌”这样一种否定性原则规范,更有正面的、肯定性的限制规则,此即“交表亲”婚制。借对“交表亲”婚制的研究,列维-斯特劳斯将莫斯关于社会组织得以成立的“互惠原则”扩展为更抽象与普遍的“交换”逻辑。

如何有效实现具有重要区域性影响的空间利益传导是国土空间规划的关键技术环节,需要对此加强研究。澳大利亚昆士兰州通过州规划政策、区域规划、城市规划等多层级法定规划,以及提供法律效力支撑的《2016年规划法》《2017年规划条例》《2014年区域规划利益法》及其配套条例,开展了以州利益、区域利益传导为核心的空间规划体系建设,进而实现区域有效治理。本文研究了昆士兰州在其整合规划体系改革建设中空间利益的传导与实现方式,以期为我国当前完善规划法规政策、编制审批、实施监督等体系的建设提供经验与借鉴。

渗吸是页岩油藏压裂开发的重要机理,最大渗吸动用距离是渗吸动用范围评价的直接指标,对页岩油藏开发具有重要意义。为确定页岩油藏最大渗吸动用距离,在表征页岩油藏毛细管力曲线基础上,运用渗流理论、数值计算方法,建立了页岩油藏逆向渗吸最大渗吸动用距离计算方法,通过与室内实验结果进行对比,验证了计算方法的可靠性,同时开展了最大渗吸动用距离影响因素分析。研究表明:随着渗透率增加,最大渗吸动用距离呈线性增加,但达到最大渗吸动用距离所用时间呈指数降低;油水黏度比对最大渗吸动用距离无影响,但原油黏度越大,达到最大渗吸动用距离所需时间越长;当储层渗透率为0.05 mD、接触角为45°、界面张力为50 mN/m时,最大渗吸动用距离为2.2 m,所需时间为170 d,用时较长。该研究可为页岩油藏渗吸动用范围评价提供借鉴。

The hydraulic fracturing technology has been widely utilized to extract tight *** frac-turing involves rock failures,complex fracture generation,proppant transport and fracture *** these behaviors affect the productivity of fractured *** this work,the advances and challenges in hydraulic fracturing development of tight reservoirs are summarized from following aspects:the hy-draulic fracture propagation,the proppant transport and distribution in hydraulic fractures,the calcu-lation of hydraulic fracture conductivity,and productivity and/or pressure analysis model of multi-stages fractured horizontal *** fracture propagation simulation methods generate only limited propagation paths and cannot truly reflect the complexity of the *** current proppant migration and distribution research is mainly focused on indoor experimental studies of proppant migration in a single fracture or branched fracture,and simulation studies on proppant migration and distribution in a small-scale single slab *** fractures formed after hydraulic fracturing in tight reservoirs are generally *** is a lack of models for calculating complex fracture conductivity that take into consideration the effect of proppant placement and proppant distribution in fractures,fracture surface roughness and dissolution,diffusion,deposition,elastic embedding,and creep caused by *** productivity models of fractured horizontal wells are mostly conducted based on the original reservoir fluid saturation and pressure *** of the studies are focused only on one aspect of the fracturing *** of well performance after fracturing based on these studies are often inconsistent with actual field *** paper also discusses the future research di-rections of fracturing in tight reservoirs and the results may be used to promote the development of tight reservoirs.

In this paper,numeric simulations are performed for three dimension models built according to actual surface cleaner in airport runway rubber mark cleaning vehicle using ANSYS FLUENT software on the basis of previous research finished by the *** analyzing the simulated flow fields under different standoff distances between nozzle outlet and runway surface and different discharge pressures at nozzle outlet,the relationships of normal stress and shear stress at striking point to outlet pressure and standoff distance are ***,the most appropriate discharge pressure at nozzle outlet for the studied surface cleaner model is found,and this will provide theoretical basis for future rubber mark cleaning process in airports and equipment model selection in subsequent design of airport runway rubber mark cleaning vehicles.

Nano-sized graphitic carbon in authigenic tube pyrites from offshore southwest Taiwan, South China Sea, and its implication for tracing gas hydrate

Gas hydrates are a significant energy resource and are usually detected by bottom simulating reflection and submarine geochemical anomalies. Authigenic minerals are related to gas hydrates, with carbonates, sulfates and sulfides being important tracing minerals. Authigenic tubular pyrites were collected from offshore southwest Taiwan in the South China Sea, and were investigated by scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM). Authigenic tubular pyrite was composed of framboidal pyrite, within which nanosized graphitic carbon of low crystallinity was discovered. The graphitic carbon coexisted with pyrite and had a texture similar to carbon nanotubes and nanocones, indicating that they likely precipitated from carbon supersaturated C-H-O fluid. Pyrite may act as a catalyst for the conversion of CH 4 to C. The discovery of nanosized graphitic carbon in pyrite indicated it was deposited in sediments that were supersaturated with methane fluid. Thus, nanosized graphitic carbon may be another tracing species for submarine gas hydrates. The discovery of nanosized graphitic carbon deposited in a low temperature environment will enlighten our understanding of the laboratory synthesis and industrial production of graphitic carbon.

Heart failure(HF)is a clinical hallmark of cardiovascular syndrome leading to substantial morbidity,repeated hospitalization,and enormous healthcare *** elderly populations continue to increase,biomarker-guided diagnosis and treatment for age-related cardiac decline have become *** evidence demonstrates that N-terminal proBNP(NT-proBNP)can provide a unique window into the diagnosis and risk stratification with ***,a simple yet robust aptasensor is developed for on-site recognizing the NT-proBNP by its targeting aptamer,thus achieving the accurate diagnosis of *** aptasensing system is prepared by absorbing the fluorophore-labeled aptamer strand onto the graphene oxide(GO),leading to efficient quenching without possible off-site signal *** aptamer strand can specifically identify target NT-proBNP molecules via a versatile conformational transformation,resulting in the desorption of the aptamer-NTproBNP complexes from GO and re-generation fluorescence signal,thus allowing sensitive detection of NT-proBNP in 37 clinical blood *** advantage of the high specificity of aptamer-guaranteed recognitions of NT-proBNP,this aptasensor system readily achieves better diagnostic performance for HF than commercially adopted chemiluminescence immunoassay(Siemens,CLIA)in hospitals in terms of accuracy(89.2%vs 83.8%),specificity(89.5%vs 84.2%),and positive predictive value(88.9%vs 83.3%).This work provides a stable option for the diagnosis and treatment of elderly HF-related diseases inclinics.

We demonstrate that charge carrier diffusion lengths of two classes of perovskites, CH3NH3PbI3-xClx and CH3NH3PbI3, are both highly sensitive to film processing conditions and optimal processing procedures are critical to preserving the long carrier diffusion lengths of the perovskite films. This understanding, together with the improved cathode interface using bilayer-structured electron transporting interlayers of [6,6]-phenyl-C61-butyric acid methyl ester （PCBM）/ZnO, leads to the successful fabrication of highly efficient, stable and reproducible planar heterojunction CH3NH3PbI3-xCl2 solar cells with impressive power-conversion efficiencies （PCEs） up to 15.9%. A 1-square-centimeter device yielding a PCE of 12.3% has been realized, demonstrating that this simple planar structure is promising for large-area devices.
