部分蔬菜及食用菌中氰化物检测方法研究

目的建立利用蒸馏-流动注射联用法检测部分蔬菜及食用菌中氰化物的方法。方法创新前处理方法,利用水蒸气蒸馏技术处理样品有效除掉干扰杂质,再利用连续流动注射仪检测馏出液中氰化物含量。结果对20份样品进行氰化物检验,蒸馏-流动注射联用法最低检出限为0.0125 mg/kg,最低定量浓度为0.0375 mg/kg;回收率为97.0%~103.6%;测定结果相对标准偏差RSD(n=6)为3.74%~4.56%。采用异烟酸-吡唑啉酮分光光度法、异烟酸-巴比妥酸分光光度法与此方法进行比对,蒸馏-流动注射联用法检测速度快、数据准确。结论蒸馏-流动注射联用法检测结果准确可靠,重复性良好,缩短检验时间,适合对大批量蔬菜及食用菌中氰化物快速准确地检测。

为考察四次型状态方程(CCOR-PT EOS)的性能,对苯酚、乙烷、正壬烷、丙酮、乙酸乙酯、二氧化碳、甲苯、正庚烷、乙炔、正己烷、辛烷11个物质的固-液-气三相压力、体积、温度(PVT)物性,使用CCOR-PT EOS进行计算,并与文献数据相比较。同时考察了物质的固有参数对计算结果的影响。结果表明,该方程能够较好地描述包括固体升华压力、固体密度等在内的三相PVT物性,计算结果对临界压缩因子ZC的敏感程度大于偏心因子ω。

Endovascular stent graft repair of abdominal aortic aneurysm(AAA)has undergone rapid developments since it was introduced in the early 1990s.Two main types of aortic stent grafts have been developed and are currently being used in clinical practice to deal with patients with complicated or unsuitable aneurysm necks,namely,suprarenal and fenestrated stent grafts.Helical computed tomography angiography has been widely recognized as the method of choice for both pre-operative planning and post-operative followup of endovascular repair(EVAR).In addition to 2D axial images,a number of 2D and 3D reconstructions are generated to provide additional information about imaging of the stent grafts in relation to the aortic aneurysm diameter and extent,encroachment of stent wires to the renal artery ostium and position of the fenestrated vessel stents.The purpose of this article is to provide an overview of applications of EVAR of AAA and diagnostic applications of 2D and 3D image visualizations in the assessment of treatment outcomes of EVAR.Interference of stent wires with renal blood flow from the hemodynamic point of view will also be discussed,and future directions explored.

近红外光谱断层成像是一种可以获得乳腺组织内部光学特性,弥补传统乳腺影像学检查方法的不足,具有无创无辐射、高特异性等特性,在乳腺成像中有重要应用价值的光学成像技术。近红外光谱断层成像系统对该技术在乳腺疾病临床诊断中的应用起着重要的作用。然而,近红外光谱断层成像系统的空间分辨率低,限制了其在乳腺成像中的应用。将连续波模式与频域或时域测量模式相结合,并融合临床用的数字乳腺断层摄影、超声或核磁共振成像等技术有助于解决上述问题。先对近红外光谱断层成像系统的测量模式、多模态系统和多模态融合技术进行梳理、对比,然后介绍了该技术在乳腺成像中的最新应用,进一步讨论了乳腺近红外光谱断层成像系统未来的发展方向。

Rapid technological developments in computed tomography(CT)imaging technique have made coronary CT angiography an attractive imaging tool in the detection of coronary artery disease.Despite visualization of excellent anatomical details of the coronary lumen changes,coronary CT angiography does not provide hemodynamic changes caused by presence of plaques.Computational fluid dynamics(CFD)is a widely used method in the mechanical engineering field to solve complex problems through analysing fluid flow,heat transfer and associated phenomena by using computer simulations.In recent years,CFD is increasingly used in biomedical research due to high performance hardware and software.CFD techniques have been used to study cardiovascular hemodynamics through simulation tools to assist in predicting the behaviour of circulatory blood flow inside the human body.Blood flow plays a key role in the localization and progression of coronary artery disease.CFD simulation based on 3D lumina reconstructions can be used to analyse the local flow fields and flow profiling due to changes of vascular geometry,thus,identifying risk factors for development of coronary artery disease.The purpose of this article is to provide an overview of the coronary CT-derived CFD applications in coronary artery disease.

Coronary computed tomography(CT)angiography has been recognized as the most rapidly developed imaging technique in the diagnosis of coronary artery disease due to the emergence and technological advances in multislice CT scanners.Coronary CT angiography has been confirmed to demonstrate high diagnostic and predictive value in coronary artery disease when compared to invasive coronary angiography.However,it suffers from high radiation dose which raises concerns in the medical field.Various dose-reduction strategies have been proposed with effective outcomes having been achieved to reduce radiation exposure to patients.This article provides an introduction and overview of the series of articles that will focus on each particular topic related to coronary CT angiography.

同构稀土金属-有机框架材料对离子型染料的吸附及光降解研究

以氨基化3,3′,5,5′-三联苯四羧酸(NH_(2)-H_(4)TPTC)为配体与稀土金属盐[Ho(NO_(3))_(3)·6H_(2)O、Er(NO_(3))_(3)·6H_(2)O]反应得到两个同构稀土金属-有机框架材料(MOFs)Er-NH_(2)-TPTC和Ho-NH_(2)-TPTC,两种MOFs材料在250℃以下具有良好的稳定性。选择不同类型的离子染料,并用所合成的材料进行吸附和光催化降解有机染料实验。结果表明:Er-NH_(2)-TPTC和Ho-NH_(2)-TPTC对离子型染料吸附效果优于中性染料,在光催化后对各类有机染料降解效果均得到提升。由于受染料分子尺寸的影响,两个同构稀土MOFs对小分子阳离子染料甲基蓝去除率可达99%,而对分子尺寸较大的阳离子染料罗丹明B降解效率最低,仅分别达到47%和73%。光催化降解的机理研究表明,降解过程中产生·O_(2)^(-)和·OH活性物质,此类自由基的产生有助于提高光催化降解效率。

目的为改善老年冠心病患者的生活质量提供个性化的干预措施,采用心身研究的诊断标准(DCPR)评估老年冠心病患者在感染严重急性呼吸综合征冠状病毒2(SARS-CoV-2)后产生的心身相关障碍程度。方法采用简单随机抽样的方法,选取南京医科大学第二附属医院2022年9月—2023年6月收治的101例老年冠心病患者作为研究对象,根据是否感染SARS-CoV-2分组,分为感染组(69例)和未感染组(32例)。采用DCPR量表评估患者目前的心身状态,并使用成组t检验、Wilcoxon秩和检验、χ^(2)检验和logistic回归分析等统计学方法进行分析。结果感染组更容易产生抑郁情绪[轻度抑郁:27(39.10%)vs.5(15.60%);中重度抑郁:9(13.10%)vs.1(3.10%)]和心身症状[37(53.60%)vs.25(78.10%),χ^(2)=5.537,P<0.05];2组幸福感总分、睡眠困扰总分、心理困扰总分、异常疾病行为总分比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论感染SARS-CoV-2是老年冠心病患者产生心身相关障碍的影响因素之一,利用DCPR可以更全面地评估并有助于及时提出合理、具有针对性的干预措施。

Objective:Cultivated Cordyceps sinensis powder has been used as clinical drug and healthy food to nourish the lung and kidney,which solves the problem of serious shortage of wild C.sinensis.This study aims to explore the chemical components and compared their anti-fibrotic effects in cultivated C.sinensis.Methods:Nucleosides,sterols and polysaccharides were separated and purified from cultivated C.sinensis,and analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography,gas chromatography-mass spectrometry and chemical chromogenic methods,respectively.In high glucose-induced rat mesangial cell models,fibronectin and type 1 collagen were used as evaluation indicators.Results:There were 10 kinds of nucleosides and one sterol in cultivated C.sinensis.The contents of nucleosides,sterols and polysaccharides in the cultivated C.sinensis were close to 2%,0.55%and 4.4%,respectively.Furthermore,nucleoside,sterol and polysaccharide components exhibited varying degrees of antifibrotic activity.The nucleoside components and sterol components inhibited the expression of extracellular matrix more effectively in the three main components.Conclusion:Cultivated C.sinensis remains the similar compounds with the wild C.sinensis,and nucleosides and sterols may be the main active substances that contribute to its anti-fibrotic effects.The project of this study may provide valuable information on further optimization of more effective remedies with few side effects based on cultivated C.sinensis.
