Selenomethionine alleviates chronic heat stress-induced breast muscle injury and poor meat quality in broilers via relieving mitochondrial dysfunction and endoplasmic reticulum stress

The convenient synthesis of the composite electrode with high supercapacitance performance plays an important role in practical application but is ***, the carbon nanotubes（CNTs） coupled with lowcrystalline sulfur and nitrogen co-doped Ni Co-LDH（denoted as SN-Ni Co-LDH） nanosheets array are grown on Ni Co foam（NCF） substrate by two convenient steps of metal induced self-assembly and corrosion engineering,which present the advantages of operating at roomtemperature and low preparation costs. Benefiting from the S–N co-doping and low-crystallinity of Ni Co-LDH, the prepared SN-Ni Co-LDH@CNTs@NCF electrode presents a topping charge capacity of 2470 C·g-1(4.94 C·cm-2) at 5 m A·cm-2. Furthermore, the fabricated asymmetry supercapacitor（ASC） achieves an extraordinary energy density of 77 Wh·kg-1(0.617 m Wh·cm-2) at a power density of 438 W·kg-1(3.5 m W·cm-2) and outstanding stability(91% capacity retention after 5000 cycles at20 m A·cm-2). Impressively, the structure evolution of Ni Co-LDH during the charge/discharge processes has been thoroughly elucidated by in-situ Raman spectra. Therefore,this work verifies a powerful strategy and practical value for preparing composite electrodes with high supercapacitance performance, and also provides guidance for the rational design of the smart electrodes.

Forecasting supernova observations with the CSST:I. Photometric samples

The China Space Station Telescope（CSST, also known as Xuntian） is a serviceable two-meter-aperture wide-field telescope operating in the same orbit as the China Space Station. The CSST plans to survey a sky area of 17,500 deg2of the medium-to-high Galactic latitude to a depth of 25-26 AB mag in at least 6 photometric bands over 255-1,000 nm. Within such a large sky area,slitless spectra will also be taken over the same wavelength range as the imaging survey. Even though the CSST survey is not dedicated to time-domain studies, it would still detect a large number of transients, such as supernovae（SNe）. In this paper, we simulate photometric SN observations based on a strawman survey plan using the Sncosmo package. During its 10-year survey,the CSST is expected to observe about 5 million SNe of various types. With quality cuts, we obtain a “gold” sample that comprises roughly 7,400 SNe Ia, 2,200 SNe Ibc, and 6,500 SNe Ⅱ candidates with correctly classified percentages reaching 91%,63%, and 93%（formally defined as classification precision）, respectively. The same survey can also trigger alerts for the detection of about 15,500 SNe Ia（precision 61%） and 2,100 SNe Ⅱ（precision 49%） candidates at least two days before the light ***, the near-ultraviolet observations of the CSST will be able to catch hundreds of shock-cooling events serendipitously every year. These results demonstrate that the CSST can make a potentially significant contribution to SN studies.

Shade tolerance is essential for soybeans in inter/relay cropping systems.A genome-wide association study(GWAS)integrated with transcriptome sequencing was performed to identify genes and construct a genetic network governing the trait in a set of recombinant inbred lines derived from two soybean parents with contrasting shade *** improved GWAS procedure,restricted two-stage multi-locus genome-wide association study based on gene/allele sequence markers(GASM-RTM-GWAS),identified 140 genes and their alleles associated with shade-tolerance index(STI),146 with relative pith cell length(RCL),and nine with *** of these genes by biological categories allowed the construction of a protein–protein interaction network by 187 genes,of which half were differentially expressed under shading and non-shading conditions as well as at different growth *** the identified genes,three ones jointly identified for both traits by both GWAS and transcriptome and two genes with maximum links were chosen as beginners for entrance into the ***,both STI and RCL gene systems worked for shade-tolerance with genes interacted each other,this confirmed that shadetolerance is regulated by more than single group of interacted genes,involving multiple biological functions as a gene network.

BACKGROUND Presently,there is no established standard anti-blood clot therapy for patients facing acute myocardial infarction(AMI)complicated by left ventricular thrombus(LVT).While vitamin K antagonists are the preferred choice for oral blood thinning,determining the best course of blood-thinning medication remains *** is unclear if non-vitamin K antagonist oral blood thinners have different effectiveness in treating *** study significantly contributes to the medical *** SUMMARY The blood-thinning treatment of a patient with AMI and LVT was *** blood-thinning therapy included daily enteric-coated aspirin tablets at 0.1 g,daily clopidogrel hydrogen sulfate at 75 mg,and dabigatran etexilate at 110 mg twice *** 15 d,the patient’s LVT did not decrease but instead *** pharmacists comprehensively analyzed the cases from the perspective of the patient’s disease status and drug *** drug regimen was reformulated for the patient,replacing dabigatran etexilate with warfarin,and was administered for six *** clinical pharmacist provided the patient with professional and standardized pharmaceutical *** patient’s condition was discharged after meeting the international normalized ratio value(2-3)*** patient fully complied with the follow-up,and the time in the therapeutic range was 78.57%,with no serious adverse effects during pharmaceutical *** Warfarin proves to be an effective drug for patients with AMI complicated by LVT,and its blood-thinning course lasts for six months.

This paper studied the effects of different retarders on the performance of the"one-step"alkali-activated composite cementitious material(ACCM)which is composed of ground granulated blast slag(GGBS)and fly ash(FA),and analyzed its mechanical properties,hydration mechanism,and retardation *** effects of retarders on the hydration products,mechanical properties,and hydration kinetics of ACCM were investigated using XRD,SEM,FTIR,EDS,and thermoactive *** results showed that Na_(2)B_(4)O_(7)·10H_(2)O(B)delayed the exotherm during the alkali activation process and could effectively delay the setting time of ACCM,but the mechanical properties were slightly *** setting time of ACCM increased with the increase in SG content,but the mechanical properties of ACCM decreased with the increase in SG content.C1_(2)H_(22)O_(11)(CHO)could effectively delay the hydration reaction of ACCM and weakly enhanced the compressive strength.H_(3)PO_(4)(HP)at a concentration of 0.05 mol/L had a certain effect on ACCM retardation,but HP at a concentration of 0.07 and 0.09 mol/L had an effect of promoting the setting and hardening time of ACCM.
