Covalent organic polymer(COP)thin film-based memristors have generated intensive research interest,but the studies are still in their ***,by controlling the content of hydroxyl groups in the aldehyde monomer,Py-COP thin films with different electronic push-pull effects were fabricated bearing distinct memory performances,where the films were prepared by the solid-liquid interface method on the ITO substrates and further fabricated as memory devices with ITO/Py-COPs/Ag *** Py-COP-1-based memory device only exhibited binary memory behavior with an ON/OFF ratio of 1:10^(1.87).In contrast,the device based on Py-COP-2 demonstrated ternary memory behavior with an ON/OFF ratio of 1:10^(0.6):10^(3.1) and a ternary yield of 55%.The ternary memory mechanism of the ITO/Py-COP-2/Ag memory device is most likely due to the combination of the trapping of charge carriers and conductive ***,the Py-COPs-based devices can successfully emulate the synaptic potentiation/depression behavior,clarifying the programmability of these devices in neuromorphic *** results suggest that the electronic properties of COPs can be precisely tuned at the molecular level,which provides a promising route for designing multi-level memory devices.

Primary sclerosing cholangitis(PSC)is a biliary disease accompanied by chronic inflammation of the liver and biliary *** stem cells(MSCs)are used to treat liver diseases because of their immune regulation and regeneration-promoting *** study was performed to explore the therapeutic potential of human placental MSCs(hP-MSCs)in PSC through the Takeda G protein-coupled receptor 5(TGR5)receptor *** tissues were collected from patients with PSC and healthy donors(n=4)for RNA sequencing and intrahepatic cholangiocyte organoid ***-MSCs were injected via the tail vein into Mdr2^(-/-),bile duct ligation(BDL),and 3,5-diethoxycarbonyl-1,4-dihydrocollidine(DDC)mouse models or co-cultured with organoids to confirm their therapeutic effect on biliary *** in bile acid metabolic profile were analyzed by liquid chromatography/tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS).Compared with healthy controls,liver tissues and intrahepatic cholangiocyte organoids from PSC patients were characterized by inflammation and cholestasis,and marked downregulation of bile acid receptor TGR5 ***-MSC treatment apparently reduced the inflammation,cholestasis,and fibrosis in Mdr2^(-/-),BDL,and DDC model *** activating the phosphatidylinositol 3 kinase/extracellular signal-regulated protein kinase pathway,hP-MSC treatment promoted the proliferation of cholangiocytes,and affected the transcription of downstream nuclear factorκB through regulation of the binding of TGR5 and Pellino3,thereby affecting the cholangiocyte inflammatory phenotype.

Dairy products have become one of the most prevalent daily foods worldwide,but safety concerns are *** dairy farming,unscrupulous traders misuse antibiotics to treat some diseases such as mastitis in cows,leading to antibiotic residues in dairy ***,sensitive,and simple detection methods for antibiotic residues are particularly important for food safety in dairy *** detection technology can effectively detect antibiotics,but there are defects such as complicated pre-treatment and high *** are widely used in food safety due to fast detection speed,low detection cost,strong anti-interference ability,and suitability for the field ***,these sensors often fail to trigger the signal conversion output due to low target *** cope with this issue,some high-efficiency signal amplification systems can be introduced to improve the detection sensitivity and linear range of *** this review,we focused on:(i)Sources and toxicity of major antibiotics in animal-derived foods.(ii)Nanomaterial-mediated biosensors for real-time detection of target antibiotics in animal-derived foods.(iii)Signal amplification techniques to increase the sensitivity of ***,future prospects and challenges in this research field are discussed.

Rational design of efficient and robust earth-abundant alkaline hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)catalysts is a key factor for developing energy conversion ***,antiperovskite nitride CuNMn_(3)has garnered significant interest due to its remarkable properties such as negative/zero thermal expansion and magnetocaloric ***,when utilized as hydrogen evolution catalysts,it encounters large challenge resulting from excessively strong/weak interactions with adsorbed H on Mn/Cu active sites,which leads to low HER *** this study,we introduce an asymmetric orbital hybridization strategy in Zn-doped Cu_(1-x)Zn_(x)NMn_(3)by leveraging the localization of Zn electronic states to reconfigure the electronic structures of Cu and Mn,thereby reducing the energy barrier for water dissociation and optimizing Cu and Mn active sites for hydrogen adsorption and H_(2)*** evaluations reveal that Cu_(0.85)Zn_(0.15)NMn_(3)with x=0.15 demonstrates exceptional electrocatalytic activity in alkaline electrolytes.A low overpotential of 52 mV at 10 mA cm^(-2)and outstanding stability over a 150-h test period are achieved,surpassing commercial Pt/*** research offers a novel strategy for enhancing HER performance by modulating asymmetric hybridization of electron orbitals between multiple metal atoms within a material structure.

Additives could improve composting performance and reduce gaseous emission,but few studies have explored the synergistic of additives on H_(2)S emission and compost *** research aims to make an investigation about the effects of chemical additives and mature compost on H_(2)S emission and compost maturity of kitchen waste *** results showed that additives increased the germination index value and H_(2)S emission reduction over 15 days and the treatment with both chemical additives and mature compost achieved highest germination index value and H_(2)S emission reduction(85%).Except for the treatment with only chemical additives,the total sulfur content increased during the kitchen waste *** proportion of effective sulfur was higher with the addition of chemical additives,compared with other *** relative abundance of H_(2)S-formation bacterial(Desulfovibrio)was reduced and the relative abundance of bacterial(Pseudomonas and Paracoccus),which could convert sulfur-containing substances and H_(2)S to sulfate was improved with *** the composting process with both chemical additives and mature compost,the relative abundance of Desulfovibrio was lowest,while the relative abundance of Pseudomonas and Paracoccus was *** together,the chemical additives and mature compost achieved H_(2)S emission reduction by regulating the dynamics of microbial community.

Protein misfolding and aggregation are crucial pathogenic factors for cataracts,which are the leading cause of visual impairment worldwide.α-crystallin,as a small molecular chaperone,is involved in preventing protein misfolding and maintaining lens *** chaperone activity of α-crystallin depends on its oligomeric *** previous work identified a natural compound,celastrol,which could regulate the oligomeric state of α*** this work,based on the UNcle and SEC analysis,we found that celastrol induced𝛼αB-crystallin to form large *** oligomer formation enhanced the chaperone activity of αB-crystallin and prevented aggregation of the cataract-causing mutant α*** interactions between𝛼αB-crystallin and celastrol were detected by the FRET(Fluorescence Resonance Energy Transfer)technique,and verified by molecular *** least 9 binding patterns were recognized,and some binding sites covered the groove structure of α***,αB-R120G,a cataract-causing mutation located at the groove structure,and celastrol can decrease the aggregates of α***,our results suggested celastrol not only promoted the formation of large αB-crystallin oligomers,which enhanced its chaperone activity,but also bound to the groove structure of its α-crystallin domain to maintain its structural *** might serve as a chemical and pharmacological chaperone for cataract treatment.

利用T-mode斜交旋转主成分分析法,对湖南2021年汛期(4—9月)逐小时850 hPa风场进行环流分型,在此基础上开展同期华南快速循环同化模式(CMA-GD-R3)小时降水预报性能检验。结果表明:影响湖南2021年汛期的主要环流型为西南涡切变型、切变型、副热带高压边缘南风型和台风外围东风型4类;模式小时降水预报的晴雨准确率和分级降水TS评分日变化特征明显,晴雨准确率夜间高于白天,分级降水TS评分峰值出现在早晨,各环流型的临近时效降水预报效果较好,短时强降水发生频次最高的西南涡切变型晴雨准确率较低,副热带高压边缘南风型在较大量级降水表现相对较差;SAL(structure amplitude and location)检验显示,西南涡切变型、切变型过程模式位置预报较接近实况,强度预报表现为前弱后强,副热带高压边缘南风型过程预报落区分散,位置预报不稳定,整体强度较实况明显偏弱,台风外围东风型过程在短时预报时效落区接近实况,强度预报显著偏弱,该方法能较客观地反映模式降水预报空间偏差。

Upper-Bound Limit Analysis of the Multi-Layer Slope Stability and Failure Mode Based on Generalized Horizontal Slice Method

Multi-layer slopes are widely found in clay residue receiving fields.A generalized horizontal slice method(GHSM)for assessing the stability of multi-layer slopes that considers the energy dissipation between adjacent horizontal slices is *** view of the upper-bound limit analysis theory,the energy equation is derived and the ultimate failure mode is generated by comparing the sliding surface passing through the slope toe(mode A)with that below(mode B).In addition,the influence of the number of slices on the stability coefficients in the GHSM is studied and the stable value is *** to the original method(chen’s method),the GHSM can acquire more precise results,which takes into account the energy dissipation in the inner sliding soil ***,the GHSM,limit equilibrium method(LEM)and numerical simulation method(NSM)are applied to analyze the stability of a multi-layer slope with different slope angles and the results of the safety factor and failure mode are very close in each *** ultimate failure modes are shown to be mode B when the slope angle is not more than 28°.It illustrates that the determination of the ultimate sliding surface requires comparison of multiple failure modes,not only mode A.
