Resulting from harsh hypoxic environmental conditions,central cells in the core of solid tumors are usually more aggressive and malignant with a less stable ***,therapeutic agents with improved penetration for the activation of immunity in tumor centers exhibit promising potential in ***,polydopamine-coated Escherichia coli Nissle 1917(EcN)bearing chlorin e6(Ce6)-loaded and polyethyleneimine(PEI)-coated hollow manganese dioxide(shorted as EP-ChP)are applied for enhanced immunotherapy in deep *** accumulation in tumor center through hypoxia targeting,manganese dioxide is degradated under the tumor microenvironment with released Ce6 and thus generates reactive oxygen species(ROS)upon 660 nm laser irradiation,which can further lower thermalresistance of cancer cells via HSP90α*** to that,heating induced by polydopamine upon 808 nm laser irradiation can achieve effective tumor *** upon dual laser induces enhanced immunogenic cell death,while bacterial infections in tumor tissues also trigger innate *** bacteria-based approach provides enhanced antitumor immune responses in deep tumors with great potential in the reshaping of immunosuppression tumor microenvironment.

Transcranial magnetic stimulation(TMS)is a popular modulatory technique for the noninvasive diagnosis and therapy of neurological and psychiatric ***,current modulation strategies are only modestly *** literature provides strong evidence that the modulatory effects of TMS vary depending on device components and stimulation *** differential effects are important when designing precise modulatory strategies for clinical or research *** in TMS have been accompanied by advances in combining TMS with neuroimaging techniques,including electroencephalography,functional nearinfrared spectroscopy,functional magnetic resonance imaging,and positron emission *** studies appear particularly promising as they may not only allow us to probe affected brain areas during TMS but also seem to predict underlying research directions that may enable us to precisely target and remodel impaired cortices or ***,few precise modulation strategies are available,and the long-term safety and efficacy of these strategies need to be ***,we review the literature on possible technologies for precise modulation to highlight progress along with limitations with the goal of suggesting future directions for this field.

A junction-by-junction feedback-based strategy with convergence analysis for dynamic traffic assignment

By considering the traffic assignment problem as a control problem, this paper develops a new realtime route guidance strategy for accurate convergence of the traffic flows to user equilibrium(UE) or system optimum(SO), in the presence of drivers’ response uncertainties. With the new guidance strategy, the drivers make routing decisions based on the route guidance information from junction to junction. Specifically, instead of total travel cost of every route from origin to destination, the travel cost of every alternative link plus the average cost to destination from the next junction corresponding to the alternative link is sent to the drivers at each specific junction. The drivers’ response to the route guidance information is directly modeled by the splitting rates at the junctions, which are simply negatively correlated with the comparison of related cost information and are able to take into account the drivers’ response uncertainties. With the proposed route guidance strategy, in the case of fixed travel demands, the accurate convergence of the traffic flows to a UE is guaranteed in the presence of drivers’ response uncertainties by using La Salle’s invariance principle. When marginal travel cost information, instead of travel cost information, is sent to the drivers, a system optimum can be achieved under a mild condition on the marginal cost function.

Effect of inorganic salt on the thermal degradation of nitrocellulose and reaction mechanism of its mixture

In this study,to better understand the reaction mechanism between inorganic salts and nitrocellulose,CaCO_(3) and Li_(2)CO_(3) were evaluated with respect to their effects on the thermal degradation of NC in nitrogen atmosphere using TG/DSC at three different heating rates(2,5,10 K/min).The numerical relationship between activation energy(E)and conversion rate was obtained by FWO and KAS method,and it was discovered that CaCO_(3) could improve the thermal stability of *** energy values were calculated by Kissinger method,and it was found that NC that contain Li2CO3had the highest activation energy while NC containing CaCO3had the lowest E *** combining the thermal analysis data with Malek method,the most probable mechanism model of thermal degradation is obtained as Sesták-Berggren model,which expression is f(α)=α^(m)(1-α)^(n).As a result of this study,there are certain guiding principles that can be applied to the pyrolysis reaction model and to the actual production process of nitrocellulose.

Isothermal oxidation resistance,oxide scale evolution and failure mechanism of Ce-doped Co-Al-W-MoTa-B alloy(0.01 at%,0.05 at%,0.10 at%and 0.20 at%Ce)exposed at 800℃were *** 0.01 Ce and 0.05 Ce alloys were consisted ofγ/γ’coherent micro structure,while theκ-Co_(3)W compound precipitated at the grain boundary of the 0.1 OCe and 0.20 Ce alloys in addition to theγ/γ’*** oxidation kinetics curves of the Cedoped alloys exhibited a parabolic time dependence on the weight *** an increasing nominal Ce content,the weight gain of the Co-Al-W-Mo-Ta-B alloys monotonically *** oxide scale composed of a dense and uniform outer Co_(3)O_(4)+CoO layer,a middle CoAl2 O4 and CoWO4 compound layer and an inner Al_(2)O_(3)*** excellent oxidation resistance of 0.2 Ce alloy was mainly attributed to a shorter incubation stage for the formation of the continuous and protective Al_(2)O_(3)layer and the thickest Al_(2)O_(3)layer during entire oxidation process.

Coupled thermoelastic theory and associated variational principles based on decomposition of internal energy

A new framework of coupled thermoelasticity is constructed in this paper based on a decomposition of internal energy into free internal energy and dissipative *** equations(*** and gradient equations,constitutive equations including evolving laws)along with proper boundary conditions are all included in this framework,from which two novel dual-complementary variational principles with explicit functionals are *** the conventional thermoelastic theory,the proposed variational principles for thermoelasticity are established without the approximate assumption of small temperature *** verify the usefulness of the proposed variational principles in simulating coupled thermoelastic problems,a coupled thermoelastic example is numerically implemented.

Chaetocin reactivates the lytic replication of Epstein-Barr virus from latency via reactive oxygen species

Oxidative stress, regarded as a negative effect of free radicals in vivo, takes place when organisms suffer from harmful stimuli. Some viruses can induce the release of reactive oxygen species （ROS） in infected cells, which may be closely related with their pathogenicity. In this report, chaetocin, a fimgal metabolite reported to have antimicrobial and cytostatic activity, was studied for its effect on the activation of latent Epstein-Barr virus （EBV） in B95-8 cells. We found that chaetocin remarkably up-regulated EBV lytic transcription and DNA replication at a low concentration （50 nmol L-l）. The activation of latent EBV was accompanied by an increased cellular ROS level. N-acetyl-L-cysteine （NAC）, an ROS inhibitor, suppressed chaetocin-induced EBV activation. Chaetocin had little effect on histone H3K9 methylation, while NAC also significantly reduced H3K9 methylation. These results suggested that chaetocin reactivates latent EBV primarily via ROS pathways.

In this paper, we investigate the intersection numbers of nearly Kirkman triple ***[V] is the set of all integers k such that there is a pair of NKTS（v）s with a common uncovered collection of 2-subset intersecting in k triples. It has been established that JN[v] = {0, 1,. v（v-2）/6-6,v（v-2）/6-4,v（v-2）/6} for any integers v = 0 （mod 6） and v ≥ 66. For v ≤ 60, there are 8 cases leftundecided.
