Chronic myeloid leukemia(CML)is a common adult *** the acute phase of the disease and the adverse effects of anti-cancer treatments can lead to a poor *** N6-methyladenine(m^(6)A)modification plays an important regulatory role in various physiological and pathological ***1429 is a known m^(6)A regulator,but the biological role of KIAA1429 in CML is *** this study,we observed that the m^(6)A levels and KIAA1429 expression were significantly up-regulated in patients with blast phase ***,KIAA1429 regulated the total level of RNA m^(6)A modification in the CML cells and promoted the malignant biological behaviors of CML cells,including proliferation,migration,and imatinib *** KIAA1429 in CML cells reduced the stability of RAB27B mRNA through the m^(6)A/YTHDF1 axis,consequently inhibiting CML proliferation and drug efflux,ultimately increasing the sensitivity of CML cells to ***,the knockdown of RAB27B also inhibited the proliferation and drug resistance of CML cells and promoted their ***,a recently developed anti-cancer agent,suppressed the expression of KIAA1429 and CML cell proliferation and promoted cell *** also inhibited the tumorigenesis of CML cells in *** combined use of rucaparib and imatinib enhanced the sensitivity of CML cells to *** study provides evidence that elevated KIAA1429 expression in the blast phase of CML enhances the stability of RAB27B mRNA through the m^(6)A/YTHDF1 axis to up-regulate RAB27B expression,thereby promoting CML *** exerts inhibitory effects on KIAA1429 expression and thus reduces CML progression.

Controlling the Si/C ratio in SiC matrix based on the modified polymethysilane for C/C-SiC composites with enhanced mechanical properties

Fabricating SiC matrix with controllable Si/C ratio for C/C-SiC composites via precursor infiltration and pyrolysis is difficult to realize due to the absence of suitable ***,SiC precursors with Si-rich(Si/C=1.23),nearstoichiometric(Si/C=1.01),and C-rich(Si/C=0.88)pyrolyzed ceramics at 1200℃ were successfully synthesized by the novel modification of *** structure and ceramization of synthesized SiC precursors were studied,and C/C-SiC composites with similar Si/C ratio in SiC matrix were also *** results revealed that the defects and Young’s modulus of SiC matrix and the thermal residual stress on pyrolytic carbon coated carbon fiber were determined by the Si/C *** a result,the Si/C ratio exerted significant effects on the crack deflection behavior and the mechanical properties of the *** composites with near-stoichiometric SiC matrix showed excellent mechanical properties because of the effective crack deflection and the moderate Young’s modulus of their SiC *** flexural strength,flexural modulus,and compressive strength were 423±27 MPa,33.41±4.52 GPa,and 393±8 MPa,***,after a heat treatment at 1600℃,the role of carbon fiber toughening was improved and accompanied by a decrease in mechanical properties for all composites,which was attributed to the increased defects in SiC matrix and the damaged interfaces by the thermal residual stress.

We report on using synthetic silicon for a high-precision X-ray polarimeter comprising a polarizer and an analyzer,each based on a monolithic channel-cut crystal used at multiple Brewster reflections with a Bragg angle very close to 45°.Experiments were performed at the BL09B bending magnet beamline of the Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility using a Si(800)crystal at an X-ray energy of 12.914 keV.A polarization purity of 8.4×10^(-9)was *** result is encouraging,as the measured polarization purity is the best-reported value for the bending magnet ***,this is the firstly systematic study on the hard X-ray polarimeter in China,which is crucial for exploring new physics,such as verifying vacuum birefringence.

Rice stripe mosaic virus(RSMV)is an emerging pathogen which significantly reduces rice yields in the southern region of *** is transmitted by the leafhopper Recilia dorsalis,which overwinters in rice *** field investigations revealed that RSMV infection causes delayed rice heading,resulting in a large number of green diseased plants remaining in winter rice *** creates a favorable environment for leafhoppers and viruses to overwinter,potentially contributing to the rapid spread and epidemic of the ***,we explored the mechanism by which RSMV manipulates the developmental processes of the rice plant.A rice heading‐related E3 ubiquitin ligase,Heading date Associated Factor 1(HAF1),was found to be hijacked by the RSMV‐encoded *** impairment of HAF1 function affects the ubiquitination and degradation of downstream proteins,HEADING DATE 1 and EARLY FLOWERING3,leading to a delay in rice *** results provide new insights into the development regulation‐based molecular interactions between virus and plant,and highlights the importance of understanding virus‐vector‐plant tripartite interactions for effective disease management strategies.

Large-aperture Telescope Tracking Control Based on Time-synchronization Strategy

A time-synchronization strategy for packetized transmission of target position about a large-aperture telescope observation control system has been proposed in this *** with the existing telescope tracking strategy,the target position packing and sending strategy based on the time synchronization method proposed in this paper has the advantages of high stability and ***,the telescope tracking observation control method was elaborated in this paper,including the motion pattern during telescope ***,the strategy for packetizes transmission of target positions based on time-synchronization is established and lists the detailed ***,the performance of the tracking strategy is verified using the 2.5 m telescope for the simulated uniform speed star and the blind-tracking fixed star HIP 31216,*** test results show that the accuracy root mean square of the tracking strategy proposed in this paper is less than 0".02 at 30 minutes,and the performance is much better than the design requirement of 0".*** most important advantage of this tracking strategy is that the telescope can guarantee normal tracking for a certain period of time even if the hardware or software of the host computer is abnormal.

Chronic myelogenous leukemia(CML)is a malignancy from bone marrow myeloid stem cells mainly driven by the fusion gene *** addition to BCR-ABL,other genes including RNF6 are also dysregulated in CML cells.1 RNF6,a ubiquitin ligase of the RING family,promotes various cancer cell proliferation,chemoresistance,and tumor growth in vivo by targeting various proteins for ubiquitination and degradation,including SHP1,TLE3,FOXA1,and MAD1.^(2) However,its specific mechanism in CML is not known.

Recyclable Technology of Thermosetting Resins for High Thermal Conductivity Materials Based on Physical Crushing

Epoxy resin,characterized by prominent mechanical and electric-insulation properties,is the preferred material for packaging power electronic ***,the efficient recycling and reuse of epoxy materials with thermally cross-linked molecular structures has become a daunting ***,we propose an economical and operable recycling strategy to regenerate waste epoxy resin into a high-performance *** particle size of waste epoxy micro-spheres(100–600μm)with core-shell structure is obtained through simple mechanical crushing and boron nitride surface *** using smattering epoxy monomer as an adhesive,an eco-friendly composite material with a“brick-wall structure”can be *** continuous boron nitride pathway with efficient thermal conductivity endows eco-friendly composite materials with a preeminent thermal conductivity of 3.71 W m^(−1)K^(−1)at a low content of 8.5 vol%h-BN,superior to pure epoxy resin(0.21 W m^(−1)K^(−1)).The composite,after secondary recycling and reuse,still maintains a thermal conductivity of 2.12 W m^(−1)K^(−1)and has mechanical and insulation properties comparable to the new epoxy resin(energy storage modulus of 2326.3 MPa and breakdown strength of 40.18 kV mm^(−1)).This strategy expands the sustainable application prospects of thermosetting polymers,offering extremely high economic and environmental value.

The metallurgical quality control of magnesium(Mg)and Mg alloys in melting process is required to ensure a satisfied mechanical and corrosion performance,while the typical used steel crucible introduces impurities and interfacial interaction during melting ***,a systematic study about impurities diffusion and interfacial interaction between molten Mg and steel is *** the present study,the interfacial reaction between molten AZ91D Mg alloy and mild steel during melting process was investigated with the melting temperatures of 700℃,750℃ and 800℃.The results show that Al(Fe,Mn)intermetallic layer is the intermetallic primarily formed at the interfaces of AZ91D melt and mild ***,Al_(8)(Mn,Fe)5is indexed between Al(Fe,Mn)and ***_(3)C appears between the mild steel and Al(Fe,Mn)at 700℃ and 750℃,but absent at 800℃ due to the increased solubility of carbon in Mg *** is found that the growth of the intermetallic layer is controlled by diffusion mechanism,and Al and Mn are the dominant diffusing species in the whole interfacial reaction *** measuring the thickness of different layers,the growth constant was *** increases from 1.89(±0.03)×10^(-12)m^(2)·s^(-1)at 700℃ to 3.05(±0.05)×10^(-12)m^(2)·s^(-1)at 750℃,and 5.18(±0.05)×10^(-12)m^(2)·s^(-1)at 800℃.Meanwhile,the content of Fe is linearly increased in AZ91D with the increase of holding time at 700℃ and 750℃,while it shows a significantly increment after holding for 8 h at 800℃,indicating holding temperature is more crucial to determine the Fe content of AZ91D than holding time.

Polymyxin B,produced by Paenibacillus polymyxa,is used as the last line of defense *** this study,exogenous mixture of precursor amino acids increased the level and proportion of polymyxin B1 in the total of polymyxin B analogs of *** CJX518-AC(PPAC)from 0.15 g/L and 61.8%to 0.33 g/L and 79.9%,*** co-culture of strain PPAC and recombinant Corynebacterium glutamicum-leu01,which produces high levels of threonine,leucine,and isoleucine,increased polymyxin B1 production to 0.64 g/*** strains PPAC and ***-leu01 simultaneously inoculated into an optimized medium with 20 g/L peptone,polymyxin B1 production was increased to 0.97 g/***,the polymyxin B1 production in the co-culture of strains PPAC and ***-leu01 increased to 2.21 g/L after optimized inoculation ratios and fermentation medium with 60 g/L *** study provides a new strategy to improve polymyxin B1 production.

Binary polyantimony clusters,namely[Cu_(2)Sb_(14)]^(4–) and [Ag_(2)Sb_(14)]^(4–),containing coinage metals,were successfully synthesized and characterized,in which two homoatomic Sb73–subunits are bridged by two coinage metals in η^(4):η^(1) and η^(1):η^(1) coordination modes,***[M_(2)Sb_(14)]^(4-),two bridging Cu ions and two Sb atoms form a planar rhombic unit,which was revealed to have antiaromatic properties by theoretical *** electron structure and bonding analysis confirmed the presence of delocalized bonds in the rhombic unit and the metallophilic interaction between two formal M^(+) ions.
