Objective:To analyze the dynamic expression of Wnt family member 5A(Wingless-type MMTV integration Wnt site family,member 5a)in murine hair cycle and its inhibitory effects on follicle in ***:Situ hybridization in full-thickness skin was used to observe the change of mouse protein expression in different growth stages,and Ad-Wnt5a was injected after defeathering to observe the hair follicle growth in ***:The Wnt5a mRNA was expressed at birth,and was firstly increased then decreased along with the progress of the hair *** reached the peak in advanced stage of growth cycle(P<0.05).Rhoa andβ-catenin expression levels were significantly decreased in three ***2 expression was significantly up-regulated,and the expression level of Wnt5a,Shh and Frizzled2 was increased,but less significantly than group ***:The expression of Wnt5a mRNA is consistent with change of murine follicle cycle,and has obvious inhibitory effects on the growth of hair follicle in vivo,indicating that it is antagonistic to Wnts pathway and interferes the growth of follicle together.

Photo/electrocatalytic water splitting has been considered as one of the most promising approaches for the clean hydrogen production. Among various photo/electrocatalysts,2D nanomaterials exhibit great potential because of their conspicuous properties. Meanwhile,synchrotron-based soft X-ray absorption spectroscopy(XAS) as a powerful and element-specific technique has been widely used to explore the electronic structure of 2D photo/electrocatalysts to comprehensively understand their working mechanism for the development of high-performance catalysts. In this work, the recent developments of soft XAS techniques applied in 2D photo/electrocatalysts have been reviewed, mainly focusing on identifying the surface active sites,elucidating the location of heteroatoms, and unraveling the interfacial interaction in the *** challenges and outlook in this research field have also been emphasized. The present review provides an in-depth understanding on how soft XAS techniques unravel the correlations between structure and performance in 2D photo/electrocatalysts, which could guide the rational design of highly efficient catalysts for photo/electrocatalytic water splitting.

Influence of temperature and Fe_(2)O_(3)on phosphorus recovery from dephosphorization slag by reduction

The reduction and recovery of P_(2)O_(5)in dephosphorization slag were examined to establish a new recycling process for dephosphorization *** dephosphorization slag is obtained from the dephosphorization furnace in the duplex converter process,and the content of P_(2)O_(5) in the dephosphorization slag can reach 9 wt.%.The dephosphorization slag is considered to be a prospective resource of phosphorus due to its high content of P_(2)O_(5).To explore the effects of temperature and Fe2O3 content in slag on phosphorus recovery from dephosphorization slag,the experimental slag was reduced by carbon powder in a resistance *** results show that the temperature and content of Fe2O3 in slag have a significant effect on the reduction in P_(2)O_(5),and the reduction and recovery ratios of P_(2)O_(5) in slags increase with the increase in the experimental temperature and content of Fe_(2)O_(3),reaching 94.41%and 83.09%,*** has been indicated that phosphorus recovery from dephosphorization slag using carbothermic reduction has significant environmental and economic benefits.

This study evaluated the bioaugmentation potential of a quinoline-degrading strain Pseudomonas citronellolis lv1 inoculation into activated sludge for treating quinoline wastewater, and results indicated the inoculation of lv1 in aerobic continuous MBBR could substantially improve the quinoline removal performance with an improved removal efficiency of 34% averagely when quinoline was used as the sole carbon and nitrogen source. Additionally, efficient removal of quinoline in enhanced MBBR occurred at the influent p H of 7.0–8.0, hydraulic retention time(HRT) of 24–28 h and influent quinoline concentration of 100–700 mg·L^(-1). High-throughput sequencing analysis indicated that bioaugmentation could increase microbial diversity and shape the microbial community structure. Although the inoculant lv1 did not remain its dominance in stage Ⅲ, bioaugmentation indeed induced the formation of effective microbial community, and the indigenous microbes including Flavobacterium, Pseudoxanthomonas,Pseudomonas, Vermamoeba, Dyadobacter and Sphingomonas might play the key role in quinoline *** to the PICRUSt, the enhanced genes encoding aromatic ring-cleavage enzyme, especially for Nheterocyclic ring-cleavage enzymes, could lead to the improved removal performance of quinoline in bioaugmentation stage. Moreover, the enhanced MBBR treated well actual coking wastewater, as indicated by high removal performance of quinoline, phenol and COD.

In order to reduce the labor intensity of high-altitude workers and realize the cleaning and maintenance of high-rise building exteriors,this paper proposes a design for a 4-DOF bipedal wall-climbing bionic robot inspired by the inchworm’s *** robot utilizes vacuum adsorption for vertical wall attachment and legged movement for *** enhance the robot’s movement efficiency and reduce wear on the adsorption device,a gait mimicking an inchworm’s movement is planned,and foot trajectory planning is performed using a quintic polynomial *** velocity constraints,foot trajectory optimization is achieved using an improved Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO)algorithm,determining the quintic polynomial function with the best fitness through ***,through comparative experiments,the climbing time of the robot closely matches the simulation results,validating the trajectory planning method’s accuracy.

A bifunctional heterogeneous catalyst was designed and synthesized,denoted DMEDA/IL–*** structure and physical-chemical characterization of DMEDA/IL–NH2-MIL-101 and its precursors were characterized by SEM,N2 adsorption-desorption,XPS,FT-IR,PXRD,elemental analysis,and TGA *** date showed that the two catalytic components of N,N-dimethylethylenediamine(DMEDA)and 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium bromide(BmimBr)were chemically immobilized in NH2-MIL-101 *** amine of DMEDA was grafted onto carrier NH2-MIL-101 by N–Cr coordinate covalent bonds and the ionic liquid of BmimBr(IL(Br-))was anchored in the NH2-MIL-101 nanocages by'ship-in-a-bottle'method,in which the amidogen of NH2-MIL-101 condensed with N,N-carbonyldiimidazole(CDI)firstly,and then alkylated with 1-bromo *** novel heterogeneous catalyst with two different active sites can efficiently catalyze the synthesis of N-aryl oxazolidin-2-ones from carbon dioxide(CO2),epoxides,and anilines in one-pot under mild solvent-free *** not only showed good stability and recoverability after five cycles but also exhibited shape selectivity for the substrate due to the synergic catalysis of amine,ionic liquid,and *** novel bifunctional material is a promising solid catalyst for the green synthesis of N-aryl oxazolidin-2-ones.

Herein,we report the fabrication of Fe_(3)O_(4)@TiO_(2) nanosheet/Ag/g-C_(3)N_(4)(Fe_(3)O_(4)@ns-TiO_(2)/Ag/g-C_(3)N_(4))composite photocatalysts with well-designed hierarchical yolk-shell *** endow the composites with fascinating features,multiple functional components are perfectly integrated into the definite *** photodegradation experiments of organic pollutants revealed a significant enhancement in photocatalytic activity of developed composites as compared to P25,which is mainly due to the synergetic interaction of the tailored three-dimensional(3D)yolk-shell porous nanostructure,extended sunlight response range,and retarded the recombination probability of photogenerated *** importantly,the hybrid samples exhibited superior magnetic properties due to the magnetic *** excellent magnetic recyclability and reusability of the photocatalysts are verified by the magnetic hysteresis loop and cyclic photocatalytic degradation experiments,which is significant for the green and sustainable applications of *** its remarkable photocatalytic performance and expectant magnetic recyclability,the composite photocatalysts are expected to be a promising candidate to dispose of future environmental issues.

Knowledge graphs(KGs)have been widely accepted as powerful tools for modeling the complex relationships between concepts and developing knowledge-based *** recent years,researchers in the field of power systems have explored KGs to develop intelligent dispatching systems for increasingly large power *** multiple power grid dispatching knowledge graphs(PDKGs)constructed by different agencies,the knowledge fusion of different PDKGs is useful for providing more accurate decision *** achieve this,entity alignment that aims at connecting different KGs by identifying equivalent entities is a critical *** entity alignment methods cannot integrate useful structural,attribute,and relational information while calculating entities’similarities and are prone to making many-to-one alignments,thus can hardly achieve the best *** address these issues,this paper proposes a collective entity alignment model that integrates three kinds of available information and makes collective counterpart *** model proposes a novel knowledge graph attention network(KGAT)to learn the embeddings of entities and relations explicitly and calculates entities’similarities by adaptively incorporating the structural,attribute,and relational ***,we formulate the counterpart assignment task as an integer programming(IP)problem to obtain one-to-one *** not only conduct experiments on a pair of PDKGs but also evaluate o ur model on three commonly used cross-lingual *** comparisons indicate that our model outperforms other methods and provides an effective tool for the knowledge fusion of PDKGs.
