The quantum scattering dynamics calculations are carried out for the exchange and abstraction processes in the D(2S)+DS(2Ⅱ) reaction by the time-dependent wave-packet (TDWP) *** calculations are based on the high-quality ab initio potential energy surface of the reacting *** reaction probabilities and integral cross sections are obtained in the collision energy (Ecol) range of 0.0-2.0eV for the reactant DS initially in the ground state and the first vibrationally excited *** take the Coriolis coupling (CC) effect into account and present the comparison between the CC and the centrifugal sudden (CS) approximation *** dynamics results show that the initial vibrational excitation of DS enhances both abstraction and exchange processes except that it has little effect on the abstraction cross section in the high energy region.

We studied the perception of plant cells to osmotic stress that leads to the accumulation of abscisic acid （ABA） in stressed Arabidopsis thaliana L. cells. A significant difference was found between protoplasts and cells in terms of their responses to osmotic stress and ABA biosynthesis, implying that cell wall and/or cell wall-plasma membrane interaction are essential in identifying osmotic stress. Western blotting and immunofluorescence localization experiments, using polyclonal antibody against human integrin β1, revealed the existence of a protein similar to the integrin protein of animals in the suspension-cultured cells located in the plasma membrane fraction. Treatment with a synthetic pentapeptide, Gly-Arg-Gly-Asp-Ser （GRGDS）, which contains an RGD domain and interacts specifically with integrin protein and thus blocks the cell wall-plasma membrane interaction, significantly inhibited osmotic stress-induced ABA biosynthesis in cells, but not in protoplasts. These results demonstrate that cell wall and/or cell wall-plasma membrane interaction mediated by integrin-Iike proteins played important roles in osmotic stress-induced ABA biosynthesis in Arabidopsis thaliana.

Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) is a common chronic gastrointestinal disease with a significant impact on patients’ quality of life and a high socioeconomic burden. And the understanding of IBS has changed since the release of the Rome Ⅳ diagnosis in 2016. With the upcoming Rome Ⅴ revision, it is necessary to review the results of IBS research in recent years. In this review of IBS, we can highlight future concerns by reviewing the results of IBS research on epidemiology, overlap disorders, pathophysiology, and treatment over the past decade and summarizing the latest research.

Based on the characteristics of sea ice drifting and ridging at meso-small scale, the Drucker-Prager （D-P） yield criteria was introduced into the Viscoelastic-Plastic （VEP） constitutive model for the study of sea ice dynamics. In this model, the Kelvin-Vogit viscoelastic model was adopted in the elastic stage, and the associated normal flow rule was used in the plastic stage. Using the VEP model, the sea ice ridging process was simulated in an idealized rectangular basin, and the simulation results show that the simulated ice ridge thickness is consistent with the analytical solution. Moreover, the VEP model with the D-P yield criteria was also applied for the sea ice simulation of Bohai Sea, and the ice thickness, concentration, velocity, and ice stress were obtained in 48 h. The simulated thickness distributions agree well with the satellite images. The singular problem in the Mohr^7oulomb （M-C） yield criteria was overcome by the D-P yield criteria, and the computational efficiency was also improved. In the numerical simulations described above, the smoothed particle hydrodynamics was applied.

This reaction features excellent selectivity, wide functionality tolerance, broad substrate scope, and facile late-stage modification of biologically relevant *** studies recognize initial generation of an amidyl radical anion via thermoinduced reduction of DMF with Sn, followed by umpolung reduction and single electron transfer of the nucleophilic sulfonyl moiety to form a sulphydryl radical and engage the Ni^(0)/Ni^(Ⅰ)/Ni^(Ⅲ)/Ni^(I) catalytic cycle.

With the fast development of integrated circuit devices as well as batteries with high energy densities,the thermal management of electronic components is becoming increasingly crucial to maintaining their reliable *** nitride nanosheets(BNNS),which have superhigh thermal conductivity along the in-plane direction while remaining electrically insulating,were widely regarded as an ideal filler for preparing high-performance polymer composites to address the‘‘thermal failure''***,due to the instinctive rigidity of BNNS,the nanosheets are unable to form a tightly interfacial contact between the adjoining fillers,resulting in some micro-and nanovoids within the heat transfer pathways and severely limiting further thermal conductivity enhancement for BNNS-based ***,soft and deformable liquid metal(eutectic gallium-indium,EGaIn)nanoparticles were employed to fill the gaps between the adjacent BNNS with a rational design of mass ratios of BNNS and EGaIn,leading to a strongly synergistic effect with BNNS on thermal conductivity *** a result,the composite film(BNNS:63 wt%and EGaIn:7 wt%)employing cellulose nanofibers(CNF:30 wt%)as the polymer matrix achieves superhigh thermal conductivity along the in-plane direction of up to(90.51±6.71)W·m^(-1)·K^(-1),showing the highest value among the BNNSbased composites with a bi-filler system as far as we ***,the film can work as a heat spreader for the heat dissipation of high-power light emitting diodes,outperforming tin foil in cooling efficiency.

Effects of stress ratio on the temperature-dependent high-cycle fatigue properties of alloy steels

This paper addresses the effects of stress ratio on the temperature-dependent high-cycle fatigue （HCF） properties of alloy steels 2CrMo and 9CrCo, which suffer from substantial vibrational loading at small stress amplitude, high stress ratio, and high frequency in the high-temperature environments in which they fimcfion as blade and rotor spindle materials in advanced gas or steam turbine engines. Fatigue tests were performed on alloy steels 2CrMo and 9CrCo subjected to constant-amplitude loading at four stress ratios and at four and three temperatures, respectively, to determine their temperature-dependent HCF properties. The interaction mechanisms between high temperature and stress ratio were deduced and compared with each other on the basis of the results of fractographic analysis. A phenomenological model was developed to evaluate the effects of stress ratio on the temperature-dependent HCF properties of alloy steels 2CrMo and 9CrCo. Good correlation was achieved between the predictions and actual experiments, demonstrating the practical and effective use of the proposed method.

BACKGROUND Use of liver allograft with hepatic hemangioma after in vivo resection of hemangioma in living donor liver transplantation(LDLT)has been previously ***,there are few reports describing ex vivo backtable resection of hemangioma from liver allografts in *** SUMMARY A 55-year-old male was evaluated as a donor for an 8-month-year old patient with acute hepatic failure due to biliary ***-operative contrast enhanced computed tomography revealed a 9 cm hemangioma in segment 4 with vascular variations in the *** LDLT,an intra-operative intrahepatic cholangiography was performed to ensure no variation in the anatomy of the intrahepatic bile *** intra-operative pathological diagnosis,ex vivo backtable resection of the hemangioma was performed and the liver allograft was transplanted into the *** donor’s and recipient’s post-operative course were *** the 2-year follow-up,the liver allograft showed good regeneration without any recurrence of *** Liver allografts with hemangiomas are an acceptable alternative strategy for *** vivo backtable resection of hemangioma from the donor liver during pediatric LDLT is safe and feasible,and can effectively reduce the operative time and intra-operative bleeding for the donor.
