Enhancing homogenization efficiency and hot-workability is the key issue for wrought superalloys in the industry.A novel approach for simultaneous accelerating the homogenization kinetics and improving hot-workability via a simple way of prior hot-deformation was proposed,which was not widely accepted for wrought *** homogenization efficiency is increased by 40%-70%via performing 10%-20%prior *** theoretical and experimental analyses revealed that the increment in homogenization efficiency is mainly attributed to the decrease in interdendritic-segregation spacing,and thus the necessary diffusion distance,rather than that of *** addition,dynamic and static recrystallizations occurred during the prior hot-deformation and diffusion-annealing processes,and the grains were significantly refined even after the ***,the size of the precipitates was refined as *** enhanced the hot-workability of the homogenized ingot for the subsequent cogging process.

Carbonyl iron absorbers(CI)face significant challenges in practical applications,such as corrosion,interface bonding failure,detachment,and high maintenance ***,we have developed intelligent self-healing technology based on proactive/passive mechanisms via in situ synthesis of self-healing factors(polydopamine/benzotriazole(PDA/BTA))and physical barrier layers(SiO_(2)/1,1,1,3,3,3-hexamethyl disilazane,SiO_(2)/HMDS)to enhance corrosion resistance,while also being compatible with efficient microwave absorption *** unique multiscale structure gives full play to the utilization of the roles of each functional layer,including the intelligent self-healing features of PDA/BTA,physical shielding and spatial confinement characteristics of SiO_(2)/HMDS,and magnetic-dielectric synergistic mechanism resulted from the good impedance matching characteristics,the conduction loss,the interfacial polarization loss and natural *** asfabricated composites achieved an exceptional minimum reflection loss value of-55.4 dB at 10.7 GHz and the effective absorption band of 7.6 ***,it still exhibits obvious self-healing and corrosion resistance characteristics after 360 h corrosion treatment,ascribed to the self-healing mechanism of PDA/BTA and the blocking intervention effect of SiO_(2)/*** work is considered to pave the way for the synthesis of high-performance magnetic absorbers,especially in enhancing their intelligent self-healing ability in corrosive environments.

新时代基层党建引领乡村治理的内在逻辑是基层治理现代化的重要理论与实践问题。本质上,党建引领乡村治理的内在逻辑是农村基层党组织的权力重塑过程。农村基层党组织的权力重塑是指基层党组织维持和扩展党组织权力的行动过程。重塑权力与资源依赖关系是农村基层党组织权力实现的动机,适应环境与改变环境是基层党组织权力实现的行动策略。当前,党建引领乡村治理的权力实现过程,主要包括权力载体的再造、治理性权力与领导性权力的实现。在现实实践中,不同地域的基层党组织在权力重塑的能力上表现出差异性,使基层党组织引领乡村治理的状态各不相同。新时代中国乡村振兴需要从基层党组织的动力、社会功能和组织建设等方面,提升党建引领乡村治理的权力实现能力。

Gastric Carcinoma(GC)is a highly fatal malignant tumor with a poor *** elevated mortality rates are primarily due to its proclivity for late-stage *** the metabolic interactions between tumor microenvironment and the systemic bloodstream could help to clearly understand the mechanisms and identify precise biomarkers of tumor growth,proliferation,and *** this study,an integrative approach that combines plasma metabolomics with mass spectrometry imaging of tumor tissue was developed to investigate the global metabolic landscape of GC tumorigenesis and *** results showed that the oxidized glutathione to glutathione ratio(GSSH/GSH)became increased in non-distal metastatic GC(M0),which means an accumulation of oxidative stress in tumor ***,it was found that the peroxidation of polyunsaturated fatty acids,such as 9,10-EpOMe,9-HOTrE,etc.,were accelerated in both plasma and tumor tissues of distal metastatic GC(M1).These changes were further confirmed the potential effect of CYP2E1 and GGT1 in metastatic potential of GC by mass spectrometry imaging(MSI)and immunohistochemistry(IHC).Collectively,our findings reveal the integrated multidimensional metabolomics approach is a clinical useful method to unravel the bloodtumor metabolic crosstalk,illuminate reprogrammed metabolic networks,and provide reliable circulating biomarkers.

Pinelliae Rhizoma(PR), known as Banxia in Chinese, Hange in Japanese, and Banha in Korean,is a renowned herbal medicine in East Asia derived from the dry tuber of Pinellia ternata(Thunb.) Breit.(PT). It is extensively utilized in dispensing granules, classical prescriptions,and herbal formulas to treat various conditions, including cough, infection, phlegm, nausea,asthma, and inflammation. Despite numerous studies on PR and its classical prescriptions over recent decades, a comprehensive synthesis of available evidence regarding its multifunctional roles and therapeutic potential is lacking. This review aims to address this gap by examining emerging evidence from metabonomics, preclinical studies, and clinical trials, while exploring potential trends and prospects for future research. A systematic literature search was conducted across six electronic databases, including Pub Med, Web of Science, Scopus,Science Direct, Wanfang, and China National Knowledge Infrastructure, to identify relevant articles on PR published until March 2023. PR contains 107 compounds with diverse pharmacological activities, including anti-inflammatory, immune regulatory, anti-viral, anti-cancer,anti-asthma, antitussive and expectorant, antioxidant, anti-obesity, anti-atherosclerosis, antimicrobial, emetic and anti-emetic, anti-convulsant and anti-epileptic, sedative and hypnotic,learning and memory enhancement, and anti-depressant effects. Metabonomic studies suggest that raw PR may exhibit cardiotoxicity and pregnancy toxicity while showing no apparent hepatorenal toxicity. However, limited pharmacokinetic investigations on PR constrain its clinical translation. Furthermore, clinical safety data on PR is scarce, with only four clinical trials assessing its positive effects in pediatric epilepsy, nausea and vomiting, soft tissue injury, and chronic sinus tract. Trap-assisted charge recombination is one of the primary limitationsof restricting the performance of organic solar cells. However, effectivelyreducing the presence of traps in the photoactive layer remains ***, wide bandgap polymer donor PTzBI-dF is demonstrated as an effectivemodulator for enhancing the crystallinity of the bulk heterojunction active layerscomposed of D18 derivatives blended with Y6, leading to dense and orderedmolecular packings, and thus, improves photoluminescence quenching *** a result, the photovoltaic devices exhibit reduced trap-assisted charge recombinationlosses, achieving an optimized power conversion efficiency of over 19%.Besides the efficiency enhancement, the devices comprised of PTzBI-dF as athird component simultaneously attain decreased current leakage, improved chargecarrier mobilities, and suppressed bimolecular charge recombination, leading toreduced energy losses. The advanced crystalline structures induced by PTzBI-dFand its characteristics, such as well-aligned energy level, and complementaryabsorption spectra, are ascribed to the promising performance *** findings suggest that donor phase engineering is a feasible approach to tuning the molecular packings in the active layer, providingguidelines for designing effective morphology modulators for high-performance organic solar cells.

Metal may affect maternal immune function,but few epidemiological studies have reported the associations between multiple-metal exposure and maternal immunoglobulin(Ig)*** on the Hangzhou Birth Cohort Study,1059 participants were included,and eleven metals in whole blood samples and serum IgA,IgG,IgE and IgM levels were *** regression,quantile-based g-computation(QGC),and Bayesian kernel machine regression(BKMR)models were used to evaluate the *** with the first tertile of metal levels,arsenic(As)was negatively associated with IgE(β=-0.25,95%confidence interval(CI)=-0.48 to-0.02).Moreover,significant associations of manganese(Mn)with IgA,IgG and IgM were demonstrated(β=0.10,95%CI=0.04 to 0.18;β=0.07,95%CI=0.03 to 0.12;β=0.10,95%CI=0.03 to 0.18,respectively).Cadmium(Cd)were associated with higher levels of *** models showed the positive association of the metalmixtures with IgA and IgG,with Mn playing amajor *** and Cd had positive contributions to IgM,while As had negative contributions to *** the BKMR models,the latent continuous outcomes of IgA and IgG showed a significant increase when all the metals were at their 60th percentile or above compared to those at their 50th ***,exposure to metals was associated with maternal Igs,and mainly showed that Mn was associated with increased levels of IgA,IgG and IgM,and As was associated with low IgE levels.
