Introduction Blastic plasmacytoid dendritic cell neoplasm (BPDCN) is a rare,aggressive,and deadly hematologic malignancy derived from the precursor of plasmacytoid dendritic cells (pDCs).1 BPDCN is a newly described type of tumor that affects hematopoietic and lymphoid tissues;it was categorized by the World Health Organization (WHO) in 2008 as the 'acute mydoid leukemia (AML) and related precursor neoplasms' group.2 This cancer can occur at any age,but most patients happen to be older adults.

A double-blind,randomized,placebo-and positive-controlled phase III trial of 1% benvitimod cream in mild-to-moderate plaque psoriasis

The effects of dispersion on optical fiber chaotic secure communication are numerically investigated. A theoretical model for fiber chaotic secure communication system which is consisted of a pair of synchronized chaotic lasers and an optical fiber channel is presented. Chaotic secure communication for a 1-GHz sinusoidal message after propagating several hundred kilometers is numerically analyzed. By numerically studying the effects of dispersion on the system’s performance, we show that the synchronization progressively degrades and the signal-to-noise ratio of the recovered message decreases as the fiber length increases. We also find that the signal-to-noise ratio descends when the modulation frequency of the encoding message increases. We propose a dispersion management scheme to compensate the dispersion in fiber chaotic secure communication system. The proposed dispersion management map is consisted of a segment of 5-km dispersion-compensating fiber with value of dispersion β2=-49ps2/km, a segment of 245-km nonzero dispersion-shifted fiber with value of dispersion β2=1ps2/km and optical amplifiers. The results show that the signal-to-noise ratio of the extracted 1-GHz sinusoidal message increases from 2.75dB to 14.02dB when the length of fiber is set to 500km.

Background:Benvitimod cream,a novel synthetic small molecule,was effective in treating mild-to-moderate plaque *** conducted a phase III clinical trial to assess the efficacy and safety of benvitimod cream in patients with mild-to-moderate plaque ***:We randomly assigned 686 patients(2:1:1)to receive 1%benvitimod cream,0.005%calcipotriol ointment or placebo twice a day for 12 *** primary efficacy end points were the percentage of patients with a 75%or greater reduction from baseline in the psoriasis area and severity index(PASI 75)score and with a score of 0 or 1 in static physician’s global assessment(sPGA)at week ***:The results showed that 50.4%of patients in the benvitimod group achieved PASI 75,which was significantly higher than that in the calcipotriol(38.5%,P<0.05)and placebo(13.9%,P<0.05)*** proportion of patients achieving an sPGA score 0 or 1 was 66.3%in the benvitimod group and 63.9%in the calcipotriol group,which were both significantly higher than that in the placebo group(34%,P<0.05).In the long-term follow-up study,50.8%of patients experienced *** retreatment with 1%benvitimod,73.3%of patients achieved an sPGA score of 0 or 1 again at week *** events included application site irritation,follicular papules,and contact *** systemic adverse reactions were ***:During this 12-week study,benvitimod cream was demonstrated with high effectiveness and safety in patients with mild-to-moderate plaque psoriasis.

Objective To evaluate the pharmacokinetics (PK) properties and bioavailability of R-phen- cynonate (L-8021) in Beagle *** Fifteen healthy Beagle dogs were randomly divided into three groups,each group was orally given single dose of 0.1 mg·kg,0.4 mg·kg and 1.2 mg·kg R-phen- cynonate *** one week cleaning,the middle dose group was injected 0.4 mg·kg *** samples (about 2 mL) were collected in heparinized tubes before dosing and at 0.033,0.083,0.25,0.5, 0.75,1,2,4,6,8,12 h after administration,and were then immediately centrifuged at 2000 g for 15 min. The pharmacokinetics (PK) properties and bioavailability of the drugs was evaluated using the liquid chro- matographic-tandem mass spectrometric (LC-MS/MS) *** After *** of 0.1, 0.4 and 1.2 mg·kg R-phencynonate,tmax ranged within 0.65-1.2 h;t ranged within 2.84-3.36 h;CL ranged within 5.00-9.32 L·h·kg;C ranged within 1.87-70.34 ng·mL;AUC(0-t)) ranged within 9.80-250.12μg·L·h;After *** of 0.4 mg·kg,t was 2.52 h;AUC(0-t)) was 238.11μg·L·*** L-8021 was dose-dependent within the range of 0.1-1.2 mg·kg in Beagle dogs and the blood drug concentration-time curves were all best fitted to first order absorption two-compart- ment open model after via po administration of three different *** oral administration to Bea- gle dogs,the absolute bioavailability of L-8021 was 17.82 %,which was very low and resulted from poor ab- sorption.

由于回波信号具有剧烈的二维耦合和距离徙动特性,相比传统的单站合成孔径雷达(SAR)而言,双站SAR数据的成像处理更具有挑战性,双站前视SAR则更是如此。由于没有解决距离徙动的空变性和高阶距离-方位耦合,导致目前现存的成像算法效果较差,成像范围也受到较大限制。针对上述问题,文中提出了一种基于二阶Keystone变换(KT)和改进的非线性调频变标(NLCS)方法的成像算法。首先,利用线性距离徙动矫正去除线性距离徙动和多普勒中心频率;然后,采用二阶KT来补偿距离弯曲;最后,采用改进的非线性调频变标方法用于均衡不同点目标方位空变的多普勒调频率。仿真结果证明了该算法的有效性。

目的:探索幽门螺杆菌(H pylori)对雷贝拉唑(rabeprazloe,RPZ)耐药的发生机制,以期发现耐药相关基因,为新型抗Hpylori药物的研发和改造提供新靶点,新思路.方法:将带氯霉素抗性标签的Tn5转座子电转化到H pylori 26695中,使其随机插入到染色体上.使用含氯霉素20mg/L的哥伦比亚血平皿筛选所有插入了转座子的突变株,再使用含雷贝拉唑2.25mg/L的哥伦比亚血平皿筛选RPZ耐药克隆.通过PCR技术对筛选到的RPZ耐药克隆进行转座子插入检测,用LA-PCR试剂盒和测序技术检测插入失活位点.结果:H pylori 26695经电转化在RPZ抗性平皿上筛选到6个Tn5插入失活的耐药克隆,对插入位点基因的测序发现失活基因与Hpylori26695菌株中"hp1469"序列完全同源,其编码产物为外膜蛋白Omp31,功能为膜孔蛋白.结论:H pylori对RPZ耐药与"hp1469"基因失活引起的膜孔蛋白缺失密切相关.
