Rheumatoid arthritis(RA)is an inflammatory disease accompanied by abnormal synovial microenvironment(SM).Sesquiterpene lactones(SLs)are the main anti-inflammatory ingredients of many traditional herbs utilized in RA treatment.α-Methylene-γ-butyrolactone(α-M-γ-B)is a core moiety that widely exists in natural *** study was designed to investigate the anti-arthritic potential ofα-M-γ-B as an independent small molecule in vitro and in vivo.α-M-γ-B exhibited stronger electrophilicity and anti-inflammatory effects than the other six analogs.α-M-γ-B inhibited the production of pro-inflammatory mediators via repolarizing M1 macrophages into M2 *** transcriptome sequencing suggested thatα-M-γ-B regulated the immune system ***,α-M-γ-B attenuated collagen type II-induced arthritic(CIA)phenotype,restored the balance of Tregs-macrophages and remodeled SM via repolarizing the synovial-associated macrophages in CIA ***,althoughα-M-γ-B did not prevent the trans-nucleus of NF-κB it interfered with the DNA binding activity of NF-κB via direct interaction with the sulfhydryl in cysteine residue of NF-κB p65,which blocked the activation of NF-κ*** of NF-κB reduced the M1 polarization of macrophage and suppressed the synovial hyperplasia and angiogenesis.α-M-γ-B failed to ameliorate CIA in the presence of N-acetylcysteine or when the mice were subjected to the macrophage-specific deficiency of *** conclusion,α-M-γ-B significantly attenuated the CIA phenotype by directly targeting NF-κB p65 and inhibiting its DNA binding *** results suggest thatα-M-γ-B has the potential to serve as an alternative candidate for treating *** greater electrophilicity ofα-M-γ-B,the basis for triggering strong anti-inflammatory activity,accounts for the reason whyα-M-γ-B is evolutionarily conserved in the SLs by medical plants.

Metal-organic layers （MOLs）,a type of new-emerging two-dimensional ultrathin metal-organic framework materials with large surface areas and highly exposed active sites,have shown promising applications in photocatalytic ***,due to a lack of photosensitivity and photooxidation capability,photosensitizers and sacrificial reductants are usually necessary for MOLs-based photocatalytic CO2reduction *** this article,by integration of MOLs and quantum dots （QDs）,we constructed MOLs-based catalysts with multi-functions of photosensitivity,photoreduction and photooxidation,which thus can serve as photocatalysts for CO2reduction with H2O as an electron ***,by an electrostatic self-assembly approach,nickel（II）-based MOLs （Ni-MOLs） and CsPbBr3QDs have been assembled,constructing valid II-Scheme Ni-MOLs/CsPbBr3heterojunctions with close Ni-MOLs/*** a close heterointerface shortens the charge transfer distance,thus effectively boosting the charge separation and *** a result,upon illumination by visible light (λ≥400 nm,100 m W cm-2),the optimized photocatalyst shows high efficiency and stability in photochemical CO2reduction in the absence of any photosensitizers and sacrificial *** CO yield reaches as high as 124μmol g-1in 4 h,over 6 times higher than that achieved by ***,the selectivity reaches 100%.This work provides a new way to construct MOL-based catalysts for artificial photosynthesis.

Alkane coupling with CO2by metal-containing zeolites catalysis is found to be a promising way to produce aromatics and syngas in recent years,but the real active sites and the role of CO2are still unclear owing to the quick evolution of the metallic active sites and the complex reaction processes including direct propane aromatization,CO2hydrogenation,reverse water-gas shift reaction,and propane-CO2coupling ***,Ga/ZSM-5 catalysts were constructed to study the dynamic evolution of the metallic active sites and the role of CO2during the propane and CO2coupling *** optimizing the reaction conditions,a notable propane conversion rate of 97.9% and an impressive aromatics selectivity of 80.6% in hydrocarbons can be achieved at the conditions of 550℃ and CO2/C3H8of 4.13CO2isotope experiments illustrate that C-atoms of CO2can enter into CO（86.5%） and aromatics（10.8%）during the propane-CO2coupling reaction *** situ XANES and FTIR spectroscopies at 550℃and H2/C3H8atmosphere reveal that GaOxspecies can be gradually dispersed into [GaH2]+/[GaH]2+on the Bronsted acid sites of ZSM-5 zeolite during H2and/or C3H8treatment,which are the real active sites for propane-CO2coupling *** situ CO2-FTIR experiments demonstrate that the [GaH2]+/[GaH]2+species can react with CO2and accelerate the propane and CO2coupling *** work not only presents a cost-effective avenue for CO2utilization,but also contributes to the active site design for improved alkane and CO2activation in coupling reaction system.

Background This study aimed to identify survival risk factors in Chinese children with hepatoblastoma(HB)and assess the effectiveness of the new treatment protocol proposed by the Chinese Children's Cancer Group(CCCG)in *** A multicenter,prospective study that included 399 patients with HB from January 2015 to June 2020 was *** demographics,treatment protocols,and other related information were *** regression models and Kaplan-Meier curve methods were *** The 4-year event-free survival(EFS)and overall survival(OS)were 76.9 and 93.5%,*** 4-year EFS rates for the very-low-risk,low-risk,intermediate-risk,and high-risk groups were 100%,91.6%,81.7%,and 51.0%,*** 4-year 0S was 100%,97.3%,94.4%,and 86.8%,*** regression analysis found that age,tumor rupture(R+),and extrahepatic tumor extension(E+)were independent prognostic factors.A total of 299 patients had complete remission,and 19 *** with declining alpha-fetoprotein(AFP)>75%after the first two cycles of neoadjuvant chemotherapy had a better EFS and OS than those≤75%.Conclusions The survival outcome of HB children has dramatically improved since the implementation of CCCG-HB-2016 ***≥8 years,R+,and E+were independent risk factors for *** with a declining AFP>75%after the first two cycles of neoadjuvant chemotherapy had better EFS and OS.
