Photocatalysis has emerged as an effective approach to sustainably convert biomass into value-added ***_(2)is a promising nonprecious,efficient cocatalyst for photooxidation,which can facilitate the separation of photogenerated electron–holes,increase the reaction rates,and enhance photocatalytic *** this work,we synthesized a stable and efficient photocatalysis system of CoSe_(2)/g-C_(3)N_(4)through attaching CoSe_(2)on g-C_(3)N_(4)sheets,with a yield of 50.12%for the selective photooxidation of xylose to xylonic *** light illumination,the photogenerated electrons were prone to migrating from g-C_(3)N_(4)to CoSe_(2)due to the higher work function of CoSe_(2),resulting in the accelerated separation of photogenerated electron–holes and the promoted ***,this study reveals the unique function of CoSe_(2),which can significantly promote oxygen adsorption,work as an electron sink and accelerate the generation of$O2-,thereby improving the selectivity toward xylonic acid over other *** work provides useful insights into the design of selective photocatalysts by engineering g-C_(3)N_(4)for biomass high-value utilization.

Coordinate Transformation and Exact Solutions of Schrodinger Equation with Position-Dependent Effective Mass

Using the coordinate transformation method, we solve the one-dimensional Schrodinger equation with position-dependent mass. The explicit expressions for the potentials, energy eigenvalues, and eigenfunctions of the systems are given. The eigenfunctions can be expressed in terms of the Jacobi, Hermite, and generalized Laguerre polynomials. All potentials for these solvable systems have an extra term Vm, which is produced from the dependence of mass on the position, compared with those for the systems of constant mass. The properties of Vm for several mass functions are discussed.

Preparation and Anti-oxidative Effects of Corn Peptides

Corn peptides(CP) were prepared from zein via proteolysis by means of a type of alkaline protease, Alcalase, at 50 ℃ and pH 8.0. The anti oxidative activity of the hydrolysate was examined. It was found that the anti oxidative activity reached the maximum at the fourth hour of the hydrolysis and then decreased. The effect of the enzyme dosage on the solubility of corn protein, the dependence of hydrolysis time on the degree of the hydrolysis(DH) and molecular weight distribution were examined respectively. 30% DH was controlled on the basis of anti oxidative activity. The hydrolysate was fractionated on a Sephadex G 15 column. The anti oxidative activities were examined for all the fractions. The main fraction for anti oxidative activity was collected and characterized by the methods of amino acid analysis, the measurement of average chain length and etc .. The main M W distribution of the main fraction was 300-600 Daltons. The anti oxidative properties of the small peptides in vitro were studied. It was found that they could inhibit the auto oxidation of pyrogallol and the oxidation of hemoglobin. The hemolysis degree of erythrocyte caused by hydroxyl free radicals was decreased greatly, indicating a protective effect of the anti oxidative peptides on the cell membrane damage of erythrocyte.

Rare-earth doped crystals carry great prospect in developing ensemble-based solid state quantum memories for remote quantum communication and fast quantum processing applications. In recent years, with this system, remarkable quantum storage performances have been realized, and more exciting applications have been exploited, while the technical challenges are also significant. In this paper, we outlined the status quo in the development of rare-earth-based quantum memories from the point of view of different storage protocols, with a focus on the experimental demonstrations. We also analyzed the challenges and provided feasible solutions.

T cell interactions with microglia in immune-inflammatory processes of ischemic stroke

Extraction of pipeline defect feature based on variational mode and optimal singular value decomposition

Because the magnetic signal information of pipeline defects obtained by magnetic flux leakage detection contains interference signals, it is difficult to accurately extract the features. Therefore, a novel pipeline defect feature extraction method based on VMD-OSVD (variational modal decomposition - optimal singular value decomposition) is proposed to promote the signal to noise ratio (SNR) and reduce aliasing in the frequency domain. By using the VMD method, the sampled magnetic signal is decomposed, and the optimal variational mode is selected according to the rate of relative change (VMK) of Shannon entropy (SE) to reconstruct the signal. After that, SVD algorithm is used to filter the reconstructed signal again, in which the H-matrix is optimized with the phase-space matrix to enhance SNR and decrease the frequency domain aliasing. The results show that the method has excellent denoising ability for defect magnetic signals, and SNR is increased by 21.01%, 24.04%, 0.96%, 32.14%, and 20.91%, respectively. The improved method has the best denoising effect on transverse mechanical scratches, but a poor denoising effect on spiral welding position. In the frequency domain, the characteristics of different defects are varied, and their corresponding frequency responses are spiral weld corrosion > transverse mechanical cracking > girth weld > deep hole > normal pipe. The high-frequency band is the spiral weld corrosion with f1 = 153.37 Hz. The low-frequency band is normal with f2 = 1 Hz. In general, the VMD-OSVD method is able to improve the SNR of the signal and characterize different pipe defects. And it has a certain guiding significance to the application of pipeline inspection in the field of safety in the future.

本研究以‘槜李’果实为材料,分别进行外源乙烯、减压浸钙和低温贮藏处理,研究各处理条件下‘槜李’果实成熟软化过程中硬度、乙烯释放量、ACS和ACO活性等指标的变化。结果表明:‘槜李’果实软化过程中,硬度逐渐降低,乙烯释放量和ACS活性的峰值同时出现在软化后期;外源乙烯(0.5μl·L^-1)处理后,果实硬度迅速下降,乙烯跃变提前,乙烯释放量增大,ACS活性增强,促进果实迅速软化;用2%CaCl2溶液浸泡处理显著减缓果实软化,降低乙烯释放速率;低温贮藏显著抑制果实硬度下降,表明一定条件的低温贮藏对乙烯释放速率及其相关酶活的控制效果极为显著。

以水杨酸处理过的湖北海棠全长cDNA文库为模板,利用PCR技术对其PR10基因家族进行扩增,并利用生物信息学的方法进行序列和表达特性分析。实验结果表明:分离了16个PR10基因序列,序列编码区长度均为477 bp,编码159个氨基酸,分子量范围为17.53～17.85 kDa,等电点为5.06～6.40。根据序列的相似性和进化分析,该16个基因分为6个亚类。利用SWISS-MODEL对其6个亚类蛋白进行三维立体结构预测6,个亚类蛋白中均含有2个α螺旋和7个β折叠。表达预测结果表明:湖北海棠MhPR10基因家族可能在各器官中组成型表达,同时可能受水杨酸、病原菌和植食昆虫诱导表达。湖北海棠MhPR10基因家族成员可能参与植物的生长发育,在抵御生物胁迫和非生物胁迫的过程中起着非常重要的作用。
