Migration and transformation of Pb,Cu,and Zn during co-combustion of high-chlorine-alkaline coal and Si/Al dominated coal

Shaerhu(SEH)coal is abundant in Xinjiang,*** utilization of SEH suffers from severe ash deposition,slagging,and fouling problems due to its high-chlorine-alkaline *** co-combustion of high-alkaline coal and other type coals containing high Si/Al oxides has been proven to be a simple and effective method that will alleviate ash-related problems,but the risk of heavy metals(HMs)contamination in this process is ***,the volatilization rates and chemical speciation of Pb,Cu,and Zn in co-combusting SEH and a high Si/Al oxides coal,i.e.,Yuanbaoshan(YBS)coal were investigated in this *** results showed that the addition of SEH increased the volatilization rates of Pb,Cu,and Zn during the co-combustion at 800℃from 23.70%,23.97%,and 34.98%to 82.31%,30.01%,and 44.03%,respectively,and promoted the extractable state of Cu and *** addition,the interaction between SEH and YBS inhibited the formation of the Pb residue ***-EDS mapping results showed that compared to Zn and Cu,the signal intensity of Pb was extremely weak in regions where some of the Si and Al signal distributions *** DFT results indicated that the O atoms of the metakaolin(Al_(2)O_(3)·2SiO_(2))(001)surface were better bound to the Zn and Cu than Pb atoms after adsorption of the chlorinated *** results contribute to a better understanding of the effects of high-alkaline coal blending combustion on Pb,Cu,and Zn migration and transformation.

In recent years,a new process for leaching scheelite concentrates with sulfur-phosphorus mixed acid has been successfully *** process suffers from the elimination of the retarding effect of calcium sulfate,the selective extraction of tungsten from the H3PW12O40-H2SO4-H3PO4mixture solution,and the removal of introduced ***,in this paper,we investigated the inhibition measures of a calcium sulfate-blocking membrane,the selective extraction of tungsten by ion exchange,and the removal of phosphorus by the magnesium ammonium salt *** results showed that the addition of calcium sulfate whisker seeds and a higher H3PO4concentration inhibited spontaneous diffuse nucleation,promoted crystal growth,and avoided the formation of a dense blocking *** 98 wt.% of the scheelite concentrate was digested by *** selective adsorption of PW12O403-was realized using D301 resin,and the extraction efficiency of tungsten exceeded 99.9%.After desorption with ammonia water,PW12O403-was depolymerized into WO42-and PO43-.99.9 wt.% of phosphorus was removed in the form of MgNH4PO4by the magnesium ammonium salt method,and the residual phosphorus concentration in the solution was lower than 10 mg·*** purification,the highest-grade ammonium paratungstate product was prepared by evaporative crystallization.

Objective: To investigate the potential relationships among the ovarian response prediction index (ORPI), follicle-oocyte index (FOI), and clinical pregnancy rate (CPR) in women undergoing their first in vitro fertilization/intracytoplasmic sperm injection-embryo transfer (IVF/ICSI-ET) fresh cycle transfer. Methods In this retrospective cohort study, we included 12,218 women who underwent their first IVF/ICSI-ET cycle between December 2014 and January 2021. The primary and secondary outcomes of our study were CPR and cumulative live birth rate (CLBR), respectively. The data were divided into three groups according to the ORPI and FOI tertiles. Multivariate logistic regression analyses, stratification analyses, interaction, restricted cubic splines, and receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves were constructed to identify the relationships among ORPI, FOI, and CPR. Results: A statistically significant increase in CPR was detected from the lowest to the highest tertile group (ORPI: 48.12%, 54.07%, and 53.47%, P <0.001; FOI: 49.99%, 52.95%, and 52.71%, P = 0.012). A higher CLBR was observed in the high group (ORPI: 38.63%, 44.62%, and 44.19%, P <0.001; FOI: 41.02%, 43.78%, and 42.59%, P = 0.039). Multivariate logistic regression analysis revealed no statistically significant differences between ORPI, FOI, and neither CPR (odds ratio [OR] [95% confidence interval {CI}], 0.99 [0.97-1.00] vs. [1.02 {0.84-1.24}]) nor CLBR (OR [95% CI], 0.99 [0.97-1.01] vs. 0.99 [0.81-1.20]). No significant association was found among FOI, ORPI, and CPR, even in the subgroups. Restricted cubic spline analyses indicated the existence of a non-linear relationship across the entire range of FOI and ORPI. The ORPI and FOI variables had poor predictive ability (AUC < 0.60) for CPR. Conclusions: Both ORPI and FOI are not reliable predictors of clinical pregnancy or live birth outcomes in fresh ETs. 针对现有传统相关积分优化算法在求解实时优化时存在的问题,如考虑实时约束不足、算法参数较为单一且参数难以凑试等,提出一种将鲁棒预测控制与相关积分相结合的实时优化算法,采用传统相关积分优化算法计算优化目标函数和调优变量的梯度,将调优变量实时梯度作为表征系统是否还有优化裕度的中间变量,利用基于多胞体模型的鲁棒预测控制方法对调优变量增量进行实时求解,并将调优变量的增量作为调优变量的设定值.所提出改进算法继承了传统相关积分优化的优点,同时也提升了原有算法的约束处理能力,保证了其优化解的实时可行性.仿真研究以及二甲苯加热炉热效率实时优化的工业应用测试结果验证了所提出方法的可行性和有效性.

造纸制浆磨片是制浆系统中磨浆工段的核心件和易损件,在制浆生产线中消耗量巨大,同时也是决定纸浆质量的关键零部件。通过对制浆磨片制造厂的实地跟踪,并记录其生产情况,对磨片生产现场存在的问题进行汇总与分析。通过JMatPro软件模拟计算了耐磨材料的相变特征,并以此制定了热处理制度,进行热处理试验,对热处理后的样品使用OM、SEM、EDS等表征和测试手段,研究了制浆磨片的微观组织特征。结果表明:JMatPro模拟计算结果与试验结果基本吻合,通过合适的热处理,磨片材料组织主要为强度和硬度较高的马氏体基体+微米级细小碳化物,这种组织有利于磨片长寿命使用。
