Molecular mechanisms of Baihedihuang decoction as a treatment for breast cancer related anxiety:A network pharmacology and molecular docking study

BACKGROUND The therapeutic effects of a combination of Chinese medicines called Baihedihuang decoction(BD)have been clinically verified,although its molecular targets in breast cancer related anxiety remain *** To explore the molecular mechanisms of BD for breast cancer related anxiety *** We used the Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology database to screen the active ingredients and potential targets of BD,and constructed the"drug-ingredient-target"network map with the help of Cytoscape 3.8 ***,we used the Online Mendelian Inheritance in Man,DrugBank,and Gencards databases to collect the disease targets of breast cancer related anxiety,and used the STRING platform to perform protein interaction analysis and construct the protein-protein interaction *** platform was used for Gene Ontology and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes pathway enrichment analysis of key *** docking technology was used to verify the drug component/target disease *** We screened 16 active ingredients of BD for breast cancer related anxiety,with 113 target *** are 931 disease targets of breast cancer related anxiety,and finally,43 key targets and 305 Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes pathways were *** main active ingredients of BD for breast cancer related anxiety are verbascoside,β-sitosterol,stigmasterol,catalpol,***2,TP53,HTR2A,ESR1,*** its key targets,and the main involved signaling pathways may include neuroactive ligand-receptor interaction pathway,5-hydroxytryptaminergic synapse,P53 signaling pathway,cGMP-PKG signaling pathway,the cAMP signaling pathway,***,molecular docking was performed with Vina software to validate the key active ingredients in BD with the selected key action *** molecular docking results showed that verbascoside,β-sitosterol,stigmasterol and CDK2 could stably bind and interact through amino acid residues SER249,ARG260,PRO228,ALA

Super-high bed sintering for iron ores:behaviors,causes and solutions of horizontal segregation on strand

Horizontal segregation has been a constraint to the development and application of super-high bed *** eliminate the horizontal segregation of super-high bed sintering,several typical sintering machines were sampled and analyzed,and theoretical calculation was made to compare the bed depth and their differences in different areas within the mixture ***,solutions were proposed and applied to a 265 m^(2) sintering *** results showed that the horizontal seg-regation of the 265 m^(2) sintering machine was dominated by particles larger than 8 mm with horizontal segregation degree of 0.48,while 360 and 550 m^(2) sintering machines were affected by 5-8 mm and 1-3 mm particles with horizontal segregation degree of 0.27 and 0.31,*** analysis indicated the different segregation distribution results from the matching of the bed depth of each area within the mixture ***,the horizontal segregation degree not larger than 0.06 was achieved by optimizing the time parameters and the division of three zones on the 265 m^(2) sintering machine.

为了明确紫花苜蓿品质形成差异的水分生理特征,探索因地制宜、节水高效的灌溉模式,以河西地区为例,以不灌水(CK)为对照,对比分析了常规畦灌(M)、交替灌溉(T)和隔沟灌溉(G)等3种不同灌溉方式分别在灌底墒水、越冬水、返青水和现蕾水不同灌溉量下对“三得利”紫花苜蓿产量和品质的影响。结果表明:(1)不同灌水方式下株高与灌水次数呈正相关,分支数与灌水量呈负相关;交替灌溉在灌底墒水、越冬水、返青水和现蕾水条件下株高三茬平均值最高为91.92 cm。(2)各灌水模式下,紫花苜蓿净光合速率、蒸腾速率随灌水量的增大表现出增高的趋势,其中交替灌溉的净光合速率随灌水量的增大提高了15.64%,且均高于常规畦灌和隔沟灌溉在同等灌水量下净光合速率。(3)不同处理紫花苜蓿的产量随灌水量的增加而增加,漫灌处理紫花苜蓿的三茬总产量显著高于交替灌溉与隔沟灌溉在相同灌水量下苜蓿产量,在灌底墒水、越冬水、返青水和现蕾水条件下三茬总产最高达49447.6 kg/hm^(2)。(4)不同灌水方式紫花苜蓿粗蛋白含量和中性洗涤纤维含量显著高于无灌水(CK)处理,且随着灌水量的增加有不同程度的提高。河西地区地处干旱和半干旱区,以节水灌溉的角度出发,可以选择交替灌溉灌底墒水、越冬水、返青水和现蕾水的灌溉模式能够在保证高产的同时,达到节水的目的。

Super-high bed sintering for iron ores:problems ascertainment

Super-high bed sintering process is an important development direction of iron ore sintering for its lower emission and higher ***,there is a lack of deep understanding of the uneven quality of super-high bed sintering products,and the deterioration of reduction disintegration performance,the thickening of hearth layer and the reduction in energy-saving effect are perplexing enterprises and *** ascertain the problems of super-high bed sintering,ten sintering machines with the areas of 265,280,360,550 and 660 m^(2)and bed depth above 900 mm were sampled and *** results showed that problems were mainly shown in the unevenness of chemical composition,macrostructure,mechanical strength and metallurgical *** chemical composition exhibits severe segregation in both horizontal and vertical directions,with basicity segregation reaching as high as *** uneven macrostructure of sinter is reflected in a 10%difference in porosity and mechanical strength increase in 16%–19%along the vertical *** reducibility and reduction disintegration performance gradually deteriorate along the bed depth,with a difference of 10.5%in reducibility and 7.3%in RDI−0.5 mm(reduction disintegration index of sinter with size smaller than 0.5 mm).

Effect of forging on the microstructure and texture of a high Nb containing γ-TiAl alloy

The effect of forging on the microstructure and texture evolution of a high Nb containing Ti-45Al-7Nb-0.3W(at.%)alloy was investigated by X-ray diffractometer(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The results show that the as-cast alloy is mainly composed of α_(2)/γ lamellar colonies with a mean size of 70μm,but the hot-forged pancake displays a near duplex microstructure(DP).Kinking and bending of lamellar colonies,deformation twinning and dynamic recrystallization(DRX)occur during hot ***,dense dislocations in theβphase after forging suggest that the high-temperature β phase with a disordered structure is favorable for improving the hot-workability of the *** the common TiAl casting texture,the solidification process of the investigated as-cast alloy with high Nb content is completely via the β phase region,resulting in the formation of aγ fiber texture where theγ aligns parallel to the heat-flow *** comparison,the relatively strongand weaktexture components in the as-forged alloy are attributed to the deformation *** annealing,static recrystallization occurs at the twin boundary and intersections,which weakens the deformation texture.

Alzheimer's disease(AD) is a progressive and degenerative neurological disease characterized by the deterioration of cognitive functions. While a definitive cure and optimal medication to impede disease progression are currently unavailable, a plethora of studies have highlighted the potential advantages of exercise rehabilitation for managing this condition. Those studies show that exercise rehabilitation can enhance cognitive function and improve the quality of life for individuals affected by AD. Therefore, exercise rehabilitation has been regarded as one of the most important strategies for managing patients with AD. Herein, we provide a comprehensive analysis of the currently available findings on exercise rehabilitation in patients with AD, with a focus on the exercise types which have shown efficacy when implemented alone or combined with other treatment methods, as well as the potential mechanisms underlying these positive effects. Specifically, we explain how exercise may improve the brain microenvironment and neuronal plasticity. In conclusion, exercise is a cost-effective intervention to enhance cognitive performance and improve quality of life in patients with mild to moderate cognitive dysfunction. Therefore, it can potentially become both a physical activity and a tailored intervention. This review may aid the development of more effective and individualized treatment strategies to address the challenges imposed by this debilitating disease, especially in low-and middle-income countries.

目的探讨血栓弹力图(TEG)与纤维蛋白原(FIB)联合预测普外科患者围术期大量输血的效能,以期为临床尽早制定合理用血方案提供参考依据。方法回顾性选取2021年9月1日至2023年9月1日驻马店市中心医院收治的182例普外科患者,根据围术期是否大量输血分为大量输血组(输血量≥18 U)(n=45)与非大量输血组(输血量<18 U)(n=137)。比较两组患者的临床资料、TEG参数[凝血时间指数(R)、凝固时间(K)、凝血形成速率(α角)、血栓最大幅度(MA)]和FIB水平,采用Pearson相关系数模型分析TEG参数与FIB的相关性,采用受试者工作特征曲线(ROC)及曲线下面积(AUC)评价TEG参数、FIB对普外科患者围术期大量输血的预测效能。结果大量输血组患者的R、K[(8.57±2.31)min、(3.72±0.68)min]明显高于非大量输血组[(6.68±1.75)min、(3.15±0.50)min],α角、MA、FIB[(44.88±4.17)°、(43.85±5.58)mm、1.(21±0.30)g/L]明显低于非大量输血组[(48.96±5.02)°、(49.76±6.41)mm、1.68±0.52g/L)],差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);经Pearson相关性分析结果显示,R、K与FIB呈负相关(r=-0.603、-0.6015,P<0.01),α角、MA与FIB呈显著正相关(r=0.589、0.622,P<0.01);R、K、α角、MA、FIB预测普外科患者围术期大量输血的AUC分别为0.755(95%CI:0.686~0.816)、0.806(95%CI:0.741~0.861)、0.752(95%CI:0.683~0.813)、0.789(95%CI:0.723~0.846)、0.807(95%CI:0.742~0.861),约登指数分别为0.449、0.493、0.399、0.484、0.590,最佳截断值为7.45 min、3.41 min、47.62°、45.86 mm、1.46 g/L,敏感度分别为73.33%、77.78%、80.00%、66.67%、91.11%,特异度分别为71.53%、71.53%、59.85%、81.75%、67.88%,各指标联合预测普外科患者围术期大量输血的AUC为0.924(95%CI:0.875~0.958),优于各指标单独预测;R、K高值的普外科患者围术期大量输血风险是低值患者的4.201倍(95%CI:2.329~7.580)、5.108倍(95%CI:2.700~9.663);α角、MA、FIB低值的普外科患者围术期输血风险是高值患者的4.000倍(95%CI:2.047~7.818)、4.618倍(95%CI:2.710~7.869)、11.697倍(95%CI:4.370~31.307)。结论TEG与FIB联合应用可用于普外科患者围术期输血效能预测中,为临床术前预测大量输血提供参考依据,以尽早制定相应输血方案,改善预后。

Background:Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is one of the most prevalent human cancers with high *** non-coding RNA heart and neural crest derivatives expressed 2 anti-sense 1(HAND2-AS1)is down-regulated in several cancers including HCC,yet the precise mechanisms how HAND2-AS1 regulates cell survival in HCC remains poorly ***:The expression levels of HAND2-AS1 and miR-300 were measured using quantitative real-time *** protein levels of suppressor of cytokine signaling 5(SOCS5),Bcl-2,Bax and cleaved caspase-3 were determined by Western *** viability and cell proliferation were assessed using cell counting kit-8 and clone formation assay,*** apoptosis was detected using flow *** interactions between HAND2-AS1 and miR-300,miR-300 and SOCS5 were validated using luciferase reporter ***:HAND2-AS1 was down-regulated in HCC tissues and cell lines,and the expression level of HAND2-AS1 was positively correlated to patient ***2-AS1 over-expression reduced viability and proliferation in HCC *** HAND2-AS1 level induced apoptosis in HCC cells,accompanied with increased Bax and cleaved caspase-3 levels and decreased Bcl-2 *** also validated that HAND2-AS1 acted as a sponge of miR-300,and there was a negative correlation between expression levels of HAND2-AS1 and miR-300 in HCC ***,we found that SOCS5 was a downstream target of *** addition,miR-300 mimics abolished HAND2-AS1-mediated inhibition of cell viability and ***-300 mimics also reversed the HAND2-AS1-induced apoptosis in HCC ***:lncRNA HAND2-AS1 inhibits proliferation in HCC through regulating miR-300/SOCS5 axis.
