Objective: To identify the core targets of Rheum palmatum L. and Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.,(Dahuang-Danshen, DH-DS) and the mechanism underlying its therapeutic efficacy in acute pancreatitis(AP)using a network pharmacology approach and validate the findings in animal experiments. Methods: Network pharmacology analysis was used to elucidate the mechanisms underlying the therapeutic effects of DH-DS in AP. The reliability of the results was verified by molecular docking simulation and molecular dynamics simulation.Finally, the results of network pharmacology enrichment analysis were verified by immunohistochemistry,Western blot analysis and real-time quantitative PCR, respectively. Results: Sixty-seven common targets of DH-DS in AP were identified and mitogen-activated protein kinase 3(MAPK3), Janus kinase 2(JAK2), signal transducer and activator of transcription 3(STAT3), protein c-Fos(FOS) were identified as core targets in the protein interaction(PPI) network analysis. Gene ontology analysis showed that cellular response to organic substance was the main functions of DH-DS in AP, and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes analysis showed that the main pathway included Th17 cell differentiation. Molecular docking simulation confirmed that DH-DS binds with strong affinity to MAPK3, STAT3 and FOS. Molecular dynamics simulation revealed that FOS-isotanshinone Ⅱ and STAT3-dan-shexinkum d had good binding capacity. Animal experiments indicated that compared with the AP model group, DH-DS treatment effectively alleviated AP by inhibiting the expression of interleukin-1β, interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-α, and blocking the activation of Th17 cell differentiation(P<0.01). Conclusion: DH-DS could inhibit the expression of inflammatory factors and protect pancreatic tissues,which would be functioned by regulating Th17 cell differentiation-related m RNA and protein expressions.

The influence of the longitudinal acceleration and the angular acceleration of detecting target based on vortex electromagnetic waves in keyhole space are analyzed.The spectrum spreads of different orbital angular momentum(OAM)modes in different non-line-of-sight situations are simulated.The errors of target accelerations in detection are calculated and compared based on the OAM spectra spreading by using two combinations of composite OAM modes in the keyhole space.According to the research,the effects about spectrum spreads of higher OAM modes are more obvious.The error in detection is mainly affected by OAM spectrum spreading,which can be reduced by reasonably using different combinations of OAM modes in different practical situations.The above results provide a reference idea for investigating keyhole effect when vortex electromagnetic wave is used to detect accelerations.

Autonomously self-propelled nanoswimmers represent the nextgeneration nano-devices for bio-and environmental technology.However,current nanoswimmers generate limited energy output and can only move in short distances and duration,thus are struggling to be applied in practical challenges,such as living cell transportation.Here,we describe the construction of biodegradable metal-organic framework based nanobots with chemically driven buoyancy to achieve highly efficient,long-distance,directional vertical motion to“find-and-fetch”target cells.Nanobots surface-functionalized with antibodies against the cell surface marker carcinoembryonic antigen are exploited to impart the nanobots with specific cell targeting capacity to recognize and separate cancer cells.We demonstrate that the self-propelled motility of the nanobots can sufficiently transport the recognized cells autonomously,and the separated cells can be easily collected with a customized glass column,and finally regain their full metabolic potential after the separation.The utilization of nanobots with easy synthetic pathway shows considerable promise in cell recognition,separation,and enrichment.

作为后经典叙事学三大流派之一的修辞叙事学将叙事视为一种交流的行为而非一种结构,交流发生于文本之内及作者、文本与观众之间。本文将以对电影接收端观众之维的论述为切入点,将话题延伸至电影叙事交流中的叙事进程、叙事判断等电影修辞叙事学的核心话题之中。对电影文本内外的观众做出多维度阐释,将有助于我们了解观众在叙事进程中的审美、情感及伦理参与程度。相比于情节是一个个由作者主导的客体来说,叙事进程同时注重文本建构和观众的动态参与过程,故事层中的不稳定性与话语层中的叙述张力共同推动了叙事进程的前进。观众会伴随着叙事进程的推进而做出动态反应,这一反应本身构成叙事进程的一部分,并引导观众对电影文本做出阐释、伦理和审美三种类型的叙事判断。电影修辞叙事学理论平衡了作者、文本和观众三者之间的关系,其理论方法对电影叙事研究和电影创作实践都具有一定的启发意义。

Cerebral palsy is a common chronic disabling disease in children with special needs,and rehabilitation for cerebral palsy is characterized by a long period,multiple methods and limited efficacy.Due to the limited motor function of cerebral palsy patients,the quality of life of patients is reduced,and their ability to participate in society is reduced,so the improvement of patients’motor function has become an important goal of cerebral palsy rehabilitation.The motor function of cerebral palsy has become an important goal of cerebral palsy rehabilitation.Limb spasticity is one of the main clinical signs of cerebral palsy patients,and the more severe the limb spasticity is,the greater the impact on the patient's motor function,so improving limb spasticity in patients with cerebral palsy is particularly important.Acupuncture,as a Chinese medicine treatment method,has been widely used in the clinical treatment of cerebral palsy in China,and has shown certain efficacy.To promote the clinical application of acupuncture technique in cerebral palsy limb spasticity,this paper analyses and summarizes the relevant literature on acupuncture treatment of cerebral palsy limb spasticity summarizes the current status of the clinical application of acupuncture in cerebral palsy limb spasticity,and provides clinical references for the reasonable application of acupuncture in cerebral palsy limb spasticity.

In this study,to efficiently remove Pb(Ⅱ) from aqueous environments,a novel L-serine-modified polyethylene/polypropylene nonwoven fabric sorbent(NWF-serine)was fabricated through the radiation grafting of glycidyl methacrylate and subsequent L-serine modification.The effect of the absorbed dose was investigated in the range of 5–50 kGy.NWF-serine was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,thermogravimetric analysis,and scanning electron microscopy.Batch adsorption tests were conducted to investigate the influences of pH,adsorption time,temperature,initial concentration,and sorbent dosage on the Pb(Ⅱ) adsorption performance of NWF-serine.The results indicated that Pb(Ⅱ) adsorption onto NWF-serine was an endothermic process,following the pseudo-second-order kinetic model and Langmuir isotherm model.The saturated adsorption capacity was 198.1 mg/g.NWF-serine exhibited Pb(Ⅱ) removal rates of 99.8% for aqueous solutions with initial concentrations of 100 mg/L and 82.1% for landfill leachate containing competitive metal ions such as Cd,Cu,Ni,Mn,and Zn.Furthermore,NWF-serine maintained 86% of its Pb(Ⅱ) uptake after five use cycles.The coordination of the carboxyl and amino groups with Pb(Ⅱ) was confirmed using X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and extended X-ray absorption fine structure analysis.

氨基酸是含有碱性氨基和酸性羧基的有机化合物,是构成蛋白质的基本单位,其种类,数量和排列直接影响蛋白质的生物功能,对维持机体功能有重要意义。氨基酸分子间振动模式(扭转,氢键和集体振动)大部分处于太赫兹(THz)波段,表现出独特的吸收特征,因此,对氨基酸进行THz光谱研究,能够更全面了解生物特性。总结前人实测的亮氨酸与异亮氨酸位于0.2~2.6 THz波段的吸收谱,同时,利用量子化学计算方法解释其形成机理。使用Gaussian09软件对单分子构型模拟计算,模拟方法为半经验法(PM6),从头计算法(HF,MP2)和密度泛函理论(B3LYP,M06-2X)结合6-311+G(d,p)高斯型基组;使用Materials Studio 2019软件对晶胞构型模拟计算,模拟方法为广义梯度近似的PBE,PBEsol,RPBE和WC等四种密度泛函结合平面波基组。结果表明:单分子构型模拟均缺少吸收峰位,不同方法对同一振动模式的峰位计算不同,因此,对分子间相互作用较强的结构,进行单一方法的该构型模拟,很大程度不能正确匹配振动模式,且受原子轨道线性组合方法影响,与输入结构相比,输出结构由COO^(-)和NH_(3)^(+)基团变为COOH和NH_(2),无法体现实际振动模式;晶胞构型模拟对分子内和分子间振动模式描述,吸收峰位与实测值匹配较好,不存在质子转移情况,较好指认实测峰位的振动模式。亮氨酸与异亮氨酸使用PBEsol泛函计算结果最接近实测值,说明模拟计算需充分考虑结构与泛函的匹配性,即对结构交换关联能的描述,也说明同一泛函对异构体的普适性,此外,不能以结构优化后差异作为判断泛函是否适用的标准。晶胞构型计算结果包含分子间振动模式,是单分子构型无法得到的结果,且数据进行半峰全宽拟合,导致两种构型结果在某一实测峰位处的振动模式存在差异。

Linear random search and engineering estimation of sinkage for launching carrier aircraft

A linear random search algorithm(LRSA) is developed to determine the critical value of takeoff weight limited to the safe flight track sinkage and an engineering estimation method(EEM) is proposed to calculate the sinkage of carrier aircraft launch in real time. Based on the analysis of free flight after leaving the carrier, the equations are established to participate into engineering estimation of flight track sinkage. Thanks to the proposed search algorithm, the maximum takeoff weight of carrier aircraft with safe catapult launch flight track sinkage is generated in few steps. The results of sinkage estimation and the search algorithm are in good agreement with that of aircraft catapult launch simulation. The main contribution of this manuscript is the establishment of simple and accurate engineering estimation for carrier aircraft launch flight track sinkage and the development of robust and efficient search algorithm for the critical value with safe catapult criteria.

Temperature and volume dependence of pion-pion scattering lengths

The s-wave pion-pion scattering lengths a0 and a2 are studied at finite temperature and in finite spatial volume under the framework of the Nambu-Jona-Lasinio model.The behavior beyond the pseudo transition temperature is investigated using proper time regularization.The scattering length a0 exhibits singularity near the Mott temperature,and a2 is a continuous but non-monotonic function of temperature.We present the effect of finite volume on the scattering length and find that a0 can be negative and its singularity disappears at small volumes,which may hint at the existence of a chiral phase transition with decreasing volume.
