Currently,there is no solid criterion for judging the quality of the estimators in factor *** paper presents a new evaluation method for exploratory factor analysis that pinpoints an appropriate number of factors along with the best method for factor *** proposed technique consists of two steps:testing the normality of the residuals from the fitted model via the Shapiro-Wilk test and using an empirical quantified index to judge the quality of the factor *** are presented to demonstrate how the method is implemented and to verify its effectiveness.

The electric field-induced irreversible domain wall motion results in a ferroelectric(FE) hysteresis. In antiferroelectrics(AFEs), the irreversible phase transition is the main reason for the hysteresis effects, which plays an important role in energy storage performance. Compared to the well-demonstrated FE hysteresis,the structural mechanism of the hysteresis in AFE is not well understood. In this work, the underlying correlation between structure and the hysteresis effect is unveiled in Pb(Zr,Sn,Ti)O_(3) AFE system by using in-situ electrical biasing synchrotron X-ray diffraction. It is found that the AFE with a canting dipole configuration, which shows a continuous polarization rotation under the electric field, tends to have a small hysteresis effect. It presents a negligible phase transition, a small axis ratio, and electric field-induced lattice changing, small domain switching. All these features together lead to a slim hysteresis loop and a high energy storage efficiency. These results offer a deep insight into the structure-hysteresis relationship of AFEs and are helpful for the design of energy storage material.

This study aims to analyze the coking process and propose an effective method for the reutilization of fluid catalytic cracking(FCC)coke ***,we analyzed the basic characteristics and chemical composition of FCC coke *** results showed that the main components were carbon,oxygen,and aluminum,accounting for 60.8%,26.6%,and 11.5%,*** the conventional catalytic cracking reaction temperature from 500℃ to 600℃,the formation of the first aromatic hydrocarbon was particularly important for the formation of *** condensation of oil-gas-entrained catalyst particles and their heavy components was the physical cause of coking,while the dehydrogenation condensation reaction of oil-gas heavy components was the chemical *** addition,the membrane prepared by powdered coke had excellent photothermal conversion ability,which could be heated to more than 110℃ within 360 s under two fixed light *** evaporation rate of photothermal water was 5.89 kg m^(2) h^(−1),which has great industrial application *** works provide a novel and effective method of separation membrane for the reutilization of FCC coke blocks.

Wireless Power Transfer(WPT)technology can provide real-time power for many terminal devices in Internet of Things(IoT)through millimeterWave(mmWave)to support applications with large capacity and low *** the intelligent reflecting surface(IRS)can be adopted to create effective virtual links to address the mmWave blockage problem,the conventional solutions only adopt IRS in the downlink from the Base Station(BS)to the users to enhance the received signal *** practice,the reflection of IRS is also applicable to the uplink to improve the spectral *** is a challenging to jointly optimize IRS beamforming and system resource allocation for wireless energy acquisition and information *** this paper,we first design a Low-Energy Adaptive Clustering Hierarchy(LEACH)clustering protocol for clustering and data ***,the problem of maximizing the minimum system spectral efficiency is constructed by jointly optimizing the transmit power of sensor devices,the uplink and downlink transmission times,the active beamforming at the BS,and the IRS dynamic *** solve this non-convex optimization problem,we propose an alternating optimization(AO)-based joint solution *** results show that the use of IRS dynamic beamforming can significantly improve the spectral efficiency of the system,and ensure the reliability of equipment communication and the sustainability of energy supply under NLOS link.

Tribological Behaviors of Electroless Nickel-Boron Coating on Titanium Alloy Surface

Titanium alloys are excellent structural materials in engineering fields,but their poor tribological properties limit their further *** plating is an effective method to enhance the tribological performance of alloys,but it is difficult to efficiently apply to titanium alloys,due to titanium alloy’s strong chemical *** this work,the electroless Nickel-Boron(Ni-B)coating was successfully deposited on the surface of titanium alloy(Ti-6AL-4V)via a new pre-treatment ***,linearly reciprocating sliding wear tests were performed to evaluate the tribological behaviors of titanium alloy and its electroless Ni-B *** was found that the Ni-B coatings can decrease the wear rate of the titanium alloy from 19.89×10^(−3)mm^(3)to 0.41×10^(−3)mm^(3),which attributes to the much higher hardness of Ni-B *** heat treatment,the hardness of Ni-B coating further increases corresponding to coating crystallization and hard phase ***,heat treatment does not improve the tribological performance of Ni-B coating,due to the fact that higher brittleness and more severe oxidative wear exacerbate the damage of heat-treated ***,the Ni-B coatings heat-treated both in air and nitrogen almost present the same tribological *** finding of this work on electroless coating would further extend the practical applications of titanium alloys in the engineering fields.

Light field tomography,an optical combustion diagnostic technology,has recently attracted extensive attention due to its easy implementation and ***,the conventional iterative methods are high data throughput,low efficiency and time-consuming,and the existing machine learning models use the radiation spectrum information of the flame to realize the parameter field measurement at the current *** is still an offline measurement and cannot realize the online prediction of the instantaneous structure of the actual turbulent combustion *** this work,a novel online prediction model of flame temperature instantaneous structure based on deep convolutional neural network and long short-term memory(CNN-LSTM)is *** method uses the characteristics of local perception,shared weight,and pooling of CNN to extract the threedimensional(3D)features of flame temperature and outgoing radiation ***,the LSTM is used to comprehensively utilize the ten historical time series information of high dynamic combustion flame to accurately predict 3D temperature at three future moments.A chaotic time-series dataset based on the flame radiation forward model is built to train and validate the performance of the proposed CNN-LSTM *** is proven that the CNN-LSTM prediction model can successfully learn the evolution pattern of combustion flame and make accurate predictions.

Currently, a decision tree is the most commonly used data mining algorithm for classification tasks. While a significant number of studies have investigated privacy-preserving decision trees, the methods proposed in these studies often have shortcomings in terms of data privacy breach or efficiency. Additionally,these methods typically only apply to symmetric frameworks, which consist of two or more parties with equal privilege, and are not suitable for asymmetric scenarios where parties have unequal privilege. In this paper,we propose SecureCART, a three-party privacy-preserving decision tree training scheme with a privileged party. We adopt the existing pMPL framework and design novel secure interactive protocols for division,comparison, and asymmetric multiplication. Compared to similar schemes, our division protocol is 93.5–560.4× faster, with the communication overhead reduced by over 90%; further, our multiplication protocol is approximately 1.5× faster, with the communication overhead reduced by around 20%. Our comparison protocol based on function secret sharing maintains good performance when adapted to pMPL. Based on the proposed secure protocols, we implement SecureCART in C++ and analyze its performance using three real-world datasets in both LAN and WAN environments. he experimental results indicate that SecureCART is significantly faster than similar schemes proposed in past studies, and that the loss of accuracy while using SecureCART remains within an acceptable range.

Low salinity water containing sulfate ions can significantly alter the surface wettability of carbonate ***,the impact of sulfate concentration on the desorption of oil film on the surface of carbonate rock is still *** study examines the variations in the wettability of the surface of carbonate rocks in solutions containing varying amounts of sodium sulfate and pure *** problem is addressed in the framework of molecular dynamics simulation(Material Studio software)and *** experiment’s findings demonstrate that sodium sulfate can increase the rate at which oil moisture is turned into water *** final contact angle is smaller than that of pure *** results of the simulations show that many water molecules travel down the water channel under the influence of several powerful forces,including the electrostatic force,the van der Waals force and hydrogen bond,crowding out the oil molecules on the calcite’s surface and causing the oil film to *** relative concentration curve of water and oil molecules indicates that the separation rate of the oil film on the surface of calcite increases with the number of sulfate ions.
