A gold-based multiplex immunochromatographic sensor for detecting paclitaxel

Paclitaxel(PTX),methotrexate(MTX),and 5-fluorouracil(5-FU)are commonly-used small molecule anti-tumor drugs for breast ***,drug resistance occurs with long-term treatment or excessive use,and the high concentrations of PTX,MTX,and 5-FU in patients may lead to side effects with dose-limiting toxicities,such as myelosuppression,hepatotoxicity,and peripheral ***,concentration monitoring of PTX,MTX,and 5-FU in clinical treatment is very *** prepared highly sensitive and specific monoclonal antibodies using several haptens,and established a multiple paper-based sensor utilizing optical signals of gold nanoparticles,which simultaneously detected PTX,MTX,and 5-FU in human plasma or urine with 10 min.A portable scanner for quantitative detection in plasma and urine samples was used,and the calculated limit of detection(cLOD)values were 0.002 and 0.142μg/mL for PTX,0.187 and 0.976 ng/mL for MTX,and 0.057 and 0.128μg/mL for 5-FU,*** the recovery test,the recovery rates and the coefficient of variation were 85.84%–108.81%and 1.23%–8.80%,respectively,indicating the reliability and accuracy of the multiple gold immunochromatographic strip(gIS).In addition,for the determination of collected clinical plasma samples,the correlation between the test data of the multiple gIS and liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry(LC–MS/MS)was ***,the developed multiple gIS could be applied to the rapid detection of PTX,MTX,and 5-FU in different clinical samples.

目前已有文献给出了uBlock分组密码算法的侧信道防护方案,但是这些方案不仅延迟较高,难以适用于低延迟高吞吐场景,而且在毛刺探测模型下缺乏可证明安全性.针对这一问题,本文给出了在毛刺探测模型下具有可证明安全性的uBlock算法的低延迟门限实现方案.此外,我们引入了Changing of the guards技术来避免防护方案在执行过程中需要额外随机数.对于防护方案的安全性,我们用自动化评估工具SILVER验证了S盒的毛刺探测安全性,并用泄露评估技术TVLA(Test Vector Leakage Assessment)验证了防护方案的整个电路的安全性.最后,我们用Design Compiler工具对防护方案的性能消耗情况进行了评估.评估结果显示,与序列化实现方式的uBlock防护方案相比,我们的防护方案的延迟能够减少约95%.

minocycline in the eradication of Helicobacter pylori infection: A systematic review and meta-analysis

Effect of Al content in molten steel on interaction between MgO-C refractory and SPHC steel

The effect of Al content in molten steel on the interaction between SPHC steel(0.005-0.068 wt.%Al,and 19×10^(-4)-58×10^(-4)wt.%O)and MgO-C refractory(11.63 wt.%C)was ***-metallic inclusions in the steel were examined at various periods(0,5,15,30,45,and 60 min)as well as the MgO-C interface after 60 min of corrosion at 1600℃.The results show that when MgO-C refractory comes into contact with SPHC steel,the refractory interface consists of three layers arranged from the innermost to the outermost,including the original refractory layer,the dense MgO layer,and the iron infiltration *** carbon in the MgO-C refractories and the Al content in the molten steel undergo a reaction with the MgO in the refractories,resulting in an increase in Mg concentration in the *** Al content in the molten steel from 0.005 to 0.068 wt.%causes a spinel layer to appear at the interface,and the disappearance time of Al_(2)O_(3) inclusions in the steel decreases from 60 to 30 min,while the average MgO content in inclusions ***,controlling the Al content in the molten steel and the smelting duration can help regulate the formation of spinel inclusionsinthe steel.

Switchable molecules with magnetic bistability that can function at standard conditions are highly desirable from the perspective of practical *** the last decade,significant progress has been made in modulating thermally induced electrontransfer-coupled spin transition(ETCST)events between diamagnetic{Fe_(LS)^(Ⅱ)(μ-CN)Co_(LS)^(Ⅲ)}and paramagnetic{Fe_(LS)^(Ⅲ)(μ-CN)-Co_(HS)^(Ⅱ)}electron configurations(named LS and HS,respectively,for short)within the Fe/Co mixed-valence cyanometallate ***,we prepared a novel[Fe_(2)Co_(2)]square complex[(pzTp)Fe(CN)_(3)Co(bnbpen)]_(2)[NO_(3)]_(2)·4CH_(3)OH·2.5H_(2)O(1·Solv)and its desolvated phase[(pzTp)Fe(CN)_(3)Co(bnbpen)]_(2)[NO_(3)]_(2)(1),obtained via single-crystal-to-single-crystal(SCSC)*** 1·Solv remaining in the diamagnetic state below room temperature exhibits an irreversible ETCST behavior accompanied by desolvation upon ***,complex 1 displays an unprecedented rate-dependent ETCST behaviour involving with two diamagnetic LS states(a dynamically favoured LS1 state and a thermodynamically favoured LS2state),between which a net one-way transition from LS1 to LS2 is accessible likely via a structural phase transition(SPT)above255 ***,two well separated transition channels(HS?LS1 at around 255 K and HS←→LS2 in the temperature range of 317-350 K)are achieved according to either fast(>20 K/min)or slow rate(min),*** a moderate rate of 3 K/min,complex 1 shows a wide hysteresis of 66 K centered at 328 K,the largest yet reported for discrete Fe/Co cyanometallate *** 1 represents the first ETCST example coupled with dynamic SPT,providing a new strategy for manipulating bistability within this fascinating cyanometallate family.
