Ultra-low Friction and High Load-Bearing Hydrogel with Tubular Structure Based on Controllable Light-Induced Dissociation

With high water content,excellent biocompatibility and lubricating properties,and a microstructure similar to that of the extracellular matrix,hydrogel is becoming one of the most promising materials as a substitute for articular cartilage.However,it is a challenge for hydrogel materials to simultaneously satisfy high loading and low friction.Most hydrogels are brittle,with fracture energies of around 10 J·m^(-2),as compared with∼1000 J·m^(-2) for cartilage.A great deal of effort has been devoted to the synthesis of hydrogels with improved mechanical properties,such as increasing the compactness of the polymer network,introducing dynamic non-covalent bonds,and increasing the hydrophobicity of the polymer,all at the expense of the lubricating properties of the hydrogel.Herein,we develop a hydrogel material with anisotropic tubular structures where the compactness gradually decreases and eventually disappears from the surface to the subsurface,achieving a balance between lubrication and load-bearing.The porous layer with hydrophilic carboxyl groups on the surface exhibits extremely low friction(coefficient of friction(COF)∼0.003,1 N;COF∼0.08,20 N)against the hard steel ball,while the bottom layer acts as an excellent load-bearing function.What is more,the gradual transition of the tubular structures between the surface and the subsurface ensures the uniform distribution of friction stress between a lubricating and bearing layers,which endows the material with long-lasting and smooth friction properties.The extraordinary lubricious performance of the hydrogels with anisotropic tubular structure has potential applications in tissue engineering and medical devices.

An approach to the simultaneous reclamation of carbon and sulfur resources from CO2 and H2S has been proposed and effectively implemented with the aid of catalysts. A brief thermodynamic study reveals the potential of direct reduction of CO2 with H2S（15：15 mol% balanced with N2） for selective production of CO and elemental sulfur. The experiments carried out in a fixed-bed flow reactor over the temperature range of 400–800 °C give evidence of the importance of the employment of catalysts. Both the conversions of the reactants and the selectivities of the target products can be substantially promoted over most catalysts studied. Nevertheless, little difference appears among their catalytic performance. The results also prove that the presence of CO2 can remarkably enhance H2S conversion and the sulfur yield in comparison with H2S direct decomposition. A longtime reaction test on Mg O catalyst manifests its superior durability at high temperature（700 °C） and huge gas hourly space velocity（100,000 h-1）. Free radicals initiated by catalysts are supposed to dominate the reactions between CO2 and H2S.

Phase unwrapping is one of the key roles in fringe projection three-dimensional(3D)measurement technology.We propose a new method to achieve phase unwrapping in camera array light filed fringe projection 3D measurement based on deep learning.A multi-stream convolutional neural network(CNN)is proposed to learn the mapping relationship between camera array light filed wrapped phases and fringe orders of the expected central view,and is used to predict the fringe order to achieve the phase unwrapping.Experiments are performed on the light field fringe projection data generated by the simulated camera array fringe projection measurement system in Blender and by the experimental 3×3 camera array light field fringe projection system.The performance of the proposed network with light field wrapped phases using multiple directions as network input data is studied,and the advantages of phase unwrapping based on deep learning in light filed fringe projection are demonstrated.

CO2环加成反应制备环状碳酸酯是CO2利用的一种有效途径。制备了一种以氯球为载体、固载咪唑基离子液体的新型多相固体催化剂，催化合成碳酸丙烯酯。在固定床上评价，催化剂表现出良好的催化性能。通过考察温度、反应压力、液时空速、原料比对反应的影响，总结出催化反应的最佳条件为130℃、2 MPa、0.6～0.8 h-1、CO2和环氧丙烷进料物质的量比为2.5∶1。在上述条件下，反应转化率大于95%，选择性大于98%。

将毒害艾美耳球虫重组蛋白rEnApiAP2单独免疫(单免)或分别与柔嫩艾美耳球虫重组蛋白rEtGAM56或rEtGAM59联合免疫(联免)雏鸡,同时设rEtGAM56单免、rEtGAM59单免、未免疫攻虫和空白组为对照,分别攻毒害艾美耳球虫或柔嫩艾美耳球虫,以成活率、排出血便数、平均增重、相对增重率、病变记分、卵囊减少率、抗球虫指数(ACI)和血清抗体水平为指标,评价rEnApiAP2单免及与rEtGAM联免的免疫保护效果。结果显示:各试验组的成活率均为100%;与未免疫攻虫组比较,各免疫组鸡排血便堆数减少、平均增重增加。在rEnApiAP2单免组间,低剂量组的相对增重率(82.36%)、卵囊减少率(73.88%)和抗球虫指数(155.26)均为最高,平均病变记分最低(1.71)。攻毒害艾美耳球虫后,联免组的ACI值均大于相应的单免组,其中rEnApiAP2与rEtGAM56联免组的ACI值(169.83)最高。攻柔嫩艾美耳球虫后,rEnApiAP2单免组的ACI值(128.37)低于rEtGAM56、rEtGAM59单免组(130.12、151.88),rEnApiAP2与rEtGAM59联免组的ACI值(141.62)接近于rEtGAM59单免组,rEnApiAP2与rEtGAM56联免组的ACI值(115.46)小于rEtGAM56单免组。各免疫组血清抗体水平均显著高于空白对照组(P<0.05)。rEnApiAP2对毒害艾美耳球虫具有一定的免疫保护效果,与rEtGAM联免可提高对毒害艾美耳球虫的免疫保护力。本研究结果为鸡球虫病重组亚单位疫苗研制奠定了基础。

Y-β zeolite composites were hydrotherrnally synthesized by using high silica Y zeolite as the precursor and characterized by XRD, N2 adsorption, SEM and IR spectra of pyridine. The result showed that the N2 adsorption-desorption isotherm of the zeolite composites had a distinct hysteresis loop, and the SEM result showed that the zeolite composites had a different morphology from Y, β and the corresponding physical zeolite mixture. The acid catalytic performance of the zeolite composite catalysts was investigated in the hydrocracking and hydroisomerization of n-octane, and the results showed that the composite materials exhibited an excellent hydrocracking activity and good hydroisomerization performance. The yield of i-C4 over the zeolite composite catalyst was 4.45% higher than that on the corresponding zeolite mixture in the n-octane hydrocracking process at 553 K. The isomerization ability of n-octane over the composite catalyst was 3.6 fold that of the corresponding mixture at 503 K.
