Purposes： We reported the roles and fimctions of nurses in home visits for brain tumor patients using the family health assessment guide in the study. Methods： One patient of brain glioma was chosen as the case illustration. The nurses assessed the patients＇ situation, their families and living environment individually. All these factors were analyzed together. Results： The nurses then implemented their knowledge and skills to adopt different measures in different conditions, investigated the patients＇ health problems and carried out personalized effective actions. Conclusions： Nurses should put effort into community nursing to allow patients to live in a safe environment, to satisfy the health needs of human being and their needs for health knowledge, and enhance their self-care abilities.

Profile Compensation for Single-Point Diamond Turning of Microlens Array

The development of multi-GNSS remarkably increased the number of available satellites, but how to solve the multi-dimensional ambiguity parameters quickly and accurately in network RTK technology is still an issue full of perplexity and significance. To ensure the virtual station have more available satellites under the occlusion environment, a fast ambiguity resolution method for base station based on ambiguity tight constraint was proposed in this paper. Firstly, the optimal subset of ambiguity is selected by partial ambiguity resolution(PAR) strategy, and then impose strong constraints on the ambiguities of these satellites. Finally, update the filter equation and assist in fixing the ambiguity of other satellites. The real measured baseline data which contain GPS, BDS and GLONASS from Tianjin CORS and Curtin University was used in the experiments, and the results illustrated that this method could significantly shorten the initialization time of ambiguity between base stations, accelerate the convergence speed of newly-arisen satellites, and increase the number of available satellites of RTK virtual observations(especially low-elevation angle satellites), that providing a reliable guarantee for high-precision positioning in the occlusion environment, such as the roads in cities.

To improve the efficiency and consistency of machined microlens array using single-point diamond turning technology,a theoretical model of surface form error is proposed in this paper.Then,a compensation method for this model is studied.In the proposed tool equivalent tilt angle model,the microlens array is regarded as a freeform surface.The corresponding curvature radius of the surface at each cutting point along the cutting direction is calculated by establishing a slow slide servo cutting model.In the spatial form error model,the assumption is that surface form error has a linear relationship with z-axis maximum speed vz.An empirical linear equation is obtained and verified,with a maximum deviation of 0.4μm.Then,after machining,the surface form error is measured and processed using on-machine measurement.The theoretical and measured surface form errors are consistent.The surface form error is compensated in the machining program.The peak-to-valley value is reduced from 5.4 to 0.6μm after compensation.Findings show that the single-point diamond turning and compensation method for the microlens array presented in this paper can predict the surface form error and significantly improve machining accuracy and consistency.

As an essential concept to understand the world,whether the real values(or physical realities)of observables are suitable to physical systems beyond the classic has been debated for many decades.Although standard nogo results based on Bell inequalities have ruled out the joint reality of incompatible quantum observables,the possibility of giving simple yet strong arguments to rule out joint reality in any physical system(not necessarily quantum)with weaker assumptions and less observables has been explored and proposed recently.Here,we perform a device-independent experiment on a two-qubit superconducting system to show that the joint reality of two observables is incompatible with locality under the weaker assumption of the reality of observables in a single space-time region(or single qubit).Our results clearly show the violation of certain inequalities derived from both linear and nonlinear criteria.In addition,we study the robustness of the linear and nonlinear criterion against the effect of systematic decoherence.Our demonstration opens up the possibility of delineating classical and non-classical boundaries with simpler nontrivial quantum system.

In-memory systems with erasure coding(EC)enabled are widely used to achieve high performance and data availability.However,as the scale of clusters grows,the server-level fail-slow problem is becoming increasingly frequent,which can create long tail latency.The influence of long tail latency is further amplified in EC-based systems due to the synchronous nature of multiple EC sub-operations.In this paper,we propose an EC-enabled in-memory storage system called ShortTail,which can achieve consistent performance and low latency for both reads and writes.First,ShortTail uses a lightweight request monitor to track the performance of each memory node and identify any fail-slow node.Second,ShortTail selectively performs degraded reads and redirected writes to avoid accessing fail-slow nodes.Finally,ShortTail posts an adaptive write strategy to reduce write amplification of small writes.We implement ShortTail on top of Memcached and compare it with two baseline systems.The experimental results show that ShortTail can reduce the P99 tail latency by up to 63.77%;it also brings significant improvements in the median latency and average latency.

Graphene oxide(GO)is regarded as a promising candidate to construct solar absorbers for addressing freshwater crisis,but the easy delamination of GO in water poses a critical challenge for practical solar desalination.Herein,we improve the stability of GO membranes by a self-crosslinking poly(ionic liquid)(PIL)in a mild condition,which crosslinks neighbouring GO nanosheets without blemishing the hydrophilic structure of GO.By further adding carbon nanotubes(CNTs),the sandwiched GO/CNT@PIL(GCP)membrane displays a good stability in pH=1 or 13 solution even for 270 days.The molecular dynamics simulation results indicate that the generation of water nanofluidics in nanochannels of GO nanosheets remarkably reduces the water evaporation enthalpy in GCP membrane,compared to bulk water.Consequently,the GCP membrane exhibits a high evaporation rate(1.87 kg m^(-2)h^(-1))and displays stable evaporation rates for 14 h under 1 kW m^(-2)irradiation.The GCP membrane additionally works very well when using different water sources(e.g.,dye-polluted water)or even strong acidic solution(pH=1)or basic solution(pH=13).More importantly,through bundling pluralities of GCP membrane,an efficient solar desalination device is developed to produce drinkable water from seawater.The average daily drinkable water amount in sunny day is 10.1 kg m^(-2),which meets with the daily drinkable water needs of five adults.The high evaporation rate,long-time durability and good scalability make the GCP membrane an outstanding candidate for practical solar seawater desalination.

Objective:Foodborne parasitic diseases,although with a declining overall incidence rate,are still endangering local public safety.This review aims to describe the current situation and epidemiological trends of foodborne parasitic diseases in China in order to explore possible reasons contributors to its high prevalence in some areas,and propose strategies for prevention and control accordingly.Methods:A scoping review was conducted by searching Pub Med,CNKI,Wanfang,CQVIP,Embase,and the Cochrane Library using search formula"foodborne parasitic diseases(or foodborne parasites)"AND"China".Studies on foodborne parasitic diseases in China were considered,but only articles in English or Chinese published between January 1980 and June 2020 were retrieved.Included studies were screened according to the eligibility criteria:1)diseases consistent with the WHO definition of foodborne parasitic diseases;2)the food carriers were included in the WHO food classification;3)data related to epidemiology,pathogenicity,and prevention and control;4)Foodborne parasitic diseases cases or outbreaks in China.Results:A total of 111 out of 665 records were included and summarized.The prevalence of clonorchiasis,angiostrongyliasis,echinococcosis,trichinellosis and cysticercosis was still increasing although the infection rate of soil-transmitted nematodes has substantially decreased in recent years.Diverse eating habits,close contact with animals,and urbanization were contributing factors to the increase.Conclusions:Foodborne parasitic diseases remain an important public health issue in China with the progress of economic globalization and food diversification.We should manage to raise public awareness about the prevention and control of foodborne parasitic diseases,improve health and safety inspections,as well as public health practice.

Study and design of cladding power stripper for high power fiber laser systems

Heat handling has been a significant problem of the high power fiber laser systems as the output power increases rapidly.Cladding power stripper(CPS) which is used to deal with the unwanted optical power and light is required for higher cooling ability. So the methods of stripping the unwanted light attracted much attention recently, and the thermal effect is given. However, few investigations focus on the dissipation of the heat converted from the unwanted light. In this paper,an approach of active cooling for CPS is demonstrated. This is achieved by using microchannel cooling technology in heat sinking in CPS to improve the efficiency of heat exchange. In order to explain the mechanism of CPS the function of it and consistence of categories of the unwanted light are detailed firstly. Then microchannel heat sinking is proposed and verified by the heat exchange theory. At last, the design of the CPS with microchannel heat sinking is shown and following experiment is conducted. The final temperature of the device with 1000 W cladding power was demonstrated at last to verify the ability of heat distribution of the CPS component. This suggests that these CPSs can be used to stripe a thousand of watts of light in high power double cladding fiber lasers.

位于新疆东天山北麓新建成的京新高速公路(G7)新疆伊吾—木垒段项目,跨越了北温带大陆干旱区、寒温带亚干旱区、亚寒带亚干旱区等气候区,经过山前冲洪积平原、剥蚀—堆积微丘区、台地、山间盆地低中山以及湖相沉积平原等地形地貌区域,通过对复杂的气象条件和多样的地形地貌以及对雪害的初步调查,结果表明:项目建设和运营中面临的主要问题是风吹雪灾害。本文通过风速风向远程监测、卫星遥感以及冬季现场雪情调查等多种研究方法,发现该公路沿线雪密度小、风向多变、风速大小和降雪量分布不均匀等易造成风吹雪灾害的特征,指出了风力强和降雪量大的路段范围。基于模糊综合评价法,建立适合于本条高速公路的风吹雪危险度评价模型,模型中考虑并选取自然和工程方面的8项影响因素,将这些影响因素与危险度评价指标形成隶属函数矩阵,根据隶属度最大原则对风吹雪危险度进行了评价,划分了京新高速(G7)新疆伊吾—木垒段的风吹雪路段危险度,模糊评价结果与现场雪情调研吻合较好,最后结合风吹雪最危险地段的路基形式,给出调整或增设防雪设施的建议。研究成果可为京新高速公路(G7)新疆段采取防风雪措施提供理论指导,为交安设施的动态调整和完善提供技术支持,这对保障寒区高速公路冬季运营安全及防灾减灾具有重要意义。
